Hirsutism facial hair on women

Recommended Posts

The Bhenji who loves her Guru so much that she takes his Roop proudly in the face of what we know is world ridicule? Vah vah.

I'm telling you. You see a Bibi like this, demonstrating Gursikhi? Call the vichola. Have your family talk to her family. Beg Vaheguru. Don't be sleeping on this Veers.

Does she understand collaborating as a family, does she use Shastar? Bro.

If our Ahankar makes us unworthy or unready for Bibi like this? That's okay but that's on us being fools.

E v e r y t h i n g t h e y s o l d y o u a b o u t l o v e b e u t y s u c c e s s i s a l i e !

Reprogram yourself today through Gurmat. Cut off your Sis and beg Guru Ji to take it.

I have looked in all places and there is only pain without Gurmat. Even those places they tell you to go and even doing it how they say to do it.

We have damaged our minds and bodies with a lifetime of delusional programming.

Dan dan Guru Nanak Dev Ji! Raj Kharega Khalsa! Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Vaheguru! Vaheguru!

No Sharda for Guru? No sharda for you. You're just playing a role in their ego narrative whether your role is long or short.

Utmost importance no pornogrpahy ever young bros. It's poison as those women are trafficked and under duress or drug addicted. You're witnessing a crime.

Two words to avoid like the plague in Kalyug, everybody and normal.

True in a way bro. But one could argue all the Kakars represent a potential loss of income, we have to rely on hard work and Guru's Kirpa for what underlies our Maya.

Kalyug uses many forms of situational ethics to get us to concede bits of our integrity for Maya.

We must stay Nirmal to receive the continued Kirpa of Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharajah, and pick our work and set our expectations and priorities appropriately.

It's okay if Bhenji is not at that place where she can handle that task. But the Rehit remains.

I'm no better. Having not taken Amrit yet, when my company rolled out an aggressive anti weapon campaign rather than try and stand up and argue my Shastar are Kakar I hide them in my bag on the clock. When I take Amrit I will begin carrying a new Kirpan openly and stand up for our rights, but I won't be looking for is a Jatha to tell me neglecting to carry Shastar on my person at all times is Rehit, or laugh at Rehit with my little manmind.

If a legitimate medical issue exists and is treated and the Kesh changes so be it.

But having more hair than your Ahankar likes is not a medical condition, it's part of the point. The Ahankar is the Rog not the Kesh.

But still bro, Beards and Moustaches are not meant for females.

The Panth needs to find a solution to this facial hair problem facing our females. This wasn't a big problem when my mum was growing up. She never saw any lady with facial hair.

If there is a shift it's most likely hormones in western food.

Women have always had varying degrees of hair though. They've just been plucking, bleaching, waxing, lasering it off.

And yes. Some have no facial or arm hair. Some have barely visible fuzz, some have arm hair but no facial hair, sometimes it's darker.

One of my cousins hit puberty early from chicken hormones though too.

Or maybe surviving genocide increases testosterone in women for a few generations.

Saabat Soorat Rab Di Panneh Beyimaan

Simple as that. Vaheguru has given you a perfect body. Every miniscule of it is perfect. Whosoever alters his/her appearance through facial products, makeup, cutting hairs etc is doing bajjar qurehit. You are saying, "Hey Vaheguru, YOU have made me ugly. I need to cut my hairs or else noone's gonna marry me. I can't get a job because of these. So it would be better if you do something or else I am gonna cut these!"

Even those non Sikhs don't have any idea by what they have done by cutting their hairs. Whosoever violates Guru sahib's hukam will be punished.

Thank you Guru Gobind Singh Ji, you introduced us to Sikhi or else jamdoots would have fried us in hot oil and make our pakodas.lol

@Trimandeep Singh may I know what would be your reaction if your wife would grow beard?  Apologies for asking this, just wanted to know.

If I would grow beard in future when I would be Amritdhari or in higher Sikhi spiritual state,  then  I would accept it happily. If it would be a issue at work or community,  then to make things easy for my family I would probably move to area with higher population of Sikhs.

Though I am currently not married and right now, in my age, we need to focus on studies and try to balance out our Paath Simran and study life. I can't say anything because I haven't been in that situation.

However, in a life partner, I would only be concerned about her Rehat and bhagti and family background (their love and cooperation towards Sikh principles in case they are non Sikhs). Beard isn't much of a concern for me. Manmukhs get in 'love' by only seeing outer appearance. However, gursikhs see the inner appearance.

  • 1 year later...

I know I am late to the party but this thread is a great highlight of what is the current state of the panth.

We have lost sight of dharam, we have lost sight of spirituality. Instead we have turned in to a religion.

Rather than taking this topic with an open mind, we have become more like "what is haram, and what is halal" "what is a sin, and what is not".

Like bruh. Rather than exploring this topic we pretty much end it with silly hypothetical questions.

This is maybe a result of your previous life karams. If you cut/remove your hairs then surely you can't get liberation as you violated hukam and tried to escape that punishment

Hukam and karma is not the same for everyone. I agree with suffer based on our actions in our previous life. But, does that mean we should stay silent and accept it.

As we like using hypothetical question. Let me use this one. What response would you give to a child who is being abused? Should we tell the kid to accept it, and if they run off they are escaping their punishment.

Honestly, this response so silly and absurd. We suffer from our past actions, but it doesn't mean we sit and fully accept. We are allowed to seek help, guidance or choose what path is best for us. If the sister is in some sort self-conscious on her appearance than I think she should do what's best for her. Who are we to say what she can and cannot do.

Also, if I'm clear I believe keeping kes is applied to singh's.

Just imagine Guru Sahib saying

A silly hypothetical statement. The use of this statement is to provoke emotions. Also, if you ask me to imagine what Maharaj would say, you are asking me to use my mat (manmat)

you will again get the same punishment or maybe more severe than that

Most beautiful are those persons who chant Waaho! Waaho! ; people come to venerate them.

In the shabad you've mentioned in your post, it speaks of those who decorate their body to please Sri Akaal Purakh. Maharaj has made it clear that the will of Satguru is naam simran. How many times had Maharaj talked about simran and bhagti.

We already know that the Divine lives within this vessel. So ask Sikhs or those who practise dharam seek to purify the soul and consciousness.

What credit does she get? Sikhi is about bhagti, not I keep my kes so I am a great sikh.

I don't think the panth needs to anything. My issue with this topic is how we are telling women what to do, and how we evaluate if someone is a sikh. If a women wishes to keep complete kes that's cool. If she does not, than that is also cool.

We should not be making statement to reduce women to a rehat that I believe was only intended for Singhs.

Those Bibis that are keeping Kesh fully we should support fully though

We should support all and not put one above another. This may be a reason why some women feel excluded from the qaum.

Females and males are both Singh bro. Amritdhari is Guru Ki Fauj, leadership branch. Men and women have the same rules in a fauj. Only reason women not to keep kesh is vanity. Same stumbling block for men. Now in the mona community? Equal opportunity to fall short on rehit.

Bhenji it is a very awkward position you are in and I completely understand as even my MIL who is amritdhari will criticise women with facial hair . I hit menopause which caused a hormonal imbalance causing chin hairs. I eat home made food no processed food (natural fresh products as much as possible and cheese only 1x a month) and by using homeopathic it has taken 1.5 years for the hairs to become very fine and barely noticeable.
I hope you find a solution that will help you but you should find the root cause first which is normally hormonal- PCOS  or menopause as even laser removal is not permanent for some people.

Maybe correct your mother in law for speaking against Saroop.

Amritdhari should come with a set of these a lot of times.

Your mil is a Mona, Sehajdhari at best. And there's nothing wrong with that except she's posing as Amritdhari which are our leaders, not everyone. Who lead by the example of their feminine Dhari.
