A great saint. I m a bit against predicting someone's avastha. Only Waheguru knows the true state of a soul. Buddha Dal shud be declared 5th Takht. Buddha Dal shud control Akal Takht and Dasam Granth Sahib and even Sarbloh Granth Sahib shud be parkashed there. Baba Joginder Singh Raqba vale Baba Gurdev Singh at shaheedi Bagh Anandpur Sahib Nihang Hari Singh nihang raj Singh raja and other jeevan vale Nihangs shud lead our panth.
