or if your using dreamweaver dead easy, all in the help files, the wonderful thing about making websites is you learn as you go along

What you want is a hyperlink to that actual movie, and basically launch itself, now depending on peoples browser settings it might play, or it might just ask to save or download, if you want to get technicall

you might be able to write javascript to force it to launch in windows media player, but thats super advance.

replace newpage.html with your movie files link

and link with what you want it to say on your page.
