Theory Behind BrainWave Generator

EEG and the brain's state

EEG (Electroencephalography) technology is used to measure brain's electrical vibrations from the surface of the scalp. The resulting EEG pattern will contain frequency elements mainly below 30Hz. The frequencies are categorized into four states as follows:

State Frequency range State of mind

Delta 0.5Hz - 4Hz Deep sleep

Theta 4Hz - 8Hz Drowsiness (also first stage of sleep)

Alpha 8Hz - 14Hz Relaxed but alert

Beta 14Hz - 30Hz Highly alert and focused

The dominant frequency in the EEG pattern determines what shall be called the current state of the brain. If the amplitude of the alpha range frequencies is highest, then the brain is said to be in the alpha stage. Note, that other frequencies still exist and it is impossible to give any "exact frequency your brain is operating on". However, later references to the brain states use the simplification of assuming that such a single frequency exists.

Entraining the brain to a desired state

If external stimulus is applied to the brain, it becomes possible to entrain the brain frequency from one stage to another. For example, if a person is in beta stage (highly alert) and a stimulus of 10Hz is applied to his/her brain for some time, the brain frequency is likely to change towards the applied stimulus. The effect will be relaxing to the person. This phenomenon is also called frequency following response.

When the brain's state is close to the applied stimulus, entrainment works more efficiently. Thus, when doing a sweep from one frequency to another, the starting frequency should be as close to your current brain state as possible. The sweep speed should be such that your brain's state changes steadily with it, so that the difference never gets very large. In practice, it is difficult to determine your brain state without extra equipment (like EEG devices). However, you can quite safely assume that during the day your brain is in the beta stage (about 20Hz) and you can start the sweep from there. If you are already somewhat relaxed, you can use a start frequency of 15Hz or a few Hz lower.

Stimulating the brain with binaural beat frequencies

The easiest way of applying stimulus to the brain is via ears. Other senses could be used as well, and vision is actually used quite often (often in addition to hearing). However, humans cannot hear sounds low enough to be useful for brain stimulation, so special techniques must be used. One such special technique used is called binaural beats.

If the left ear is presented with a steady tone of 500Hz and the right ear a steady tone of 510Hz, these two tones combine in the brain. The difference, 10Hz, is perceived by the brain and is a very effective stimulus for brainwave entrainment. This 10Hz is formed entirely by the brain. When using stereo headphones, the left and right sounds do not mix together until in your brain. The frequency difference, when perceived by brain this way, is called a binaural beat.

The effect of the audible frequencies used

To get a stimulus of 10Hz, you may use tones of 500Hz and 510Hz, or 400Hz and 410Hz, or 800Hz and 810Hz, or so on. The only requirements are that the tone is heard well enough and that it is below about 1000Hz. Below 1000Hz, the wavelength of the skull is sufficiently small so that the sound waves curve around it.

You may try out different audible tones with BrainWave Generator and see which ones work best for you.

Altered brain states

As mentioned above, applying a stimulus to the brain will eventually bring the brain's state closer to the stimulus frequency. The following paragraphs describe some possible effects of this.

Note, however, that just passively listening to binaural beats does not necessarily alter your state of consciousness. For example, willingness and ability to relax and focus attention affects how effective the binaural beat stimulus is for inducing state changes.

Helping in meditation

Meditation is essentially about willingly being able to alter one's brain frequency to a desired state. While meditators have traditionally used several years to learn the techniques of meditation, you can now attain the same effect with brainwave entrainment. No special training or great discipline is required. Good meditation frequencies are in the alpha range, from 8Hz to 13Hz.

When a certain brainwave state is experienced and practiced over a period of time, the brain will "learn" the state change and it will become easier to self-produce the desired brainwave state at will. Thus, using brainwave entrainment, you can expect to get some of its effects later even without any entrainment.

Reducing learning time

The theta stage (4hz - 7Hz) has been found to increase learning capabilities. In fact, children spend more time in theta stage than adults, which probably explains the accelerated learning capabilities of children.

Alpha frequencies are also useful for learning purposes. You can play language cassettes, subliminal tapes, etc. during an entrainment session for a maximum effect.

Reducing sleep needs

Some people have found that half an hour a day of the Theta stage can replace up to 4 hours of sleep.

Treatment of certain mental diseases

Brainwave entrainment is used in treatment of depression, low self-esteem, attention deficit disorder, drug and alcohol addiction and autism, to name a few.

Brainwave entrainment has also been found helpful in alleviating headaches and migraines.

Miscellaneous

Some users have also reported increases in their sex drive as a result of brainwave entrainment.

What do u think? :LOL::LOL::LOL:

Just to add....

Bhai Vir Singh Ji mentions in his book Gurmukh Sikhiya...that the easiest way to do simran is just to sit down and repeat gurmantar..Waheguru... in a comfortable rhythm and with piyaar....

another gurmukh piayara said the same thing.....he also added taht simran should be done daily at the same time and in the same place so that it becomes easier for the mind to concentrate...

i attend sadh sangat and am fortunate to go to many samagams with Guru ji's kirpa....and the sangat usually does simran together with vaja and tabla for about 40 minutes and then 20 minutes of gupt simran.... the logic behind this is that the 40 minutes of chanting waheguru with many others in the same place chanting waheguru helps to calm the mind down and pay attention to be able to do the 20 minutes of gupt simran...

Sant Attar Singh's biography by Sant Teja Singh Ji Maharaj is very good book and it is a must read for Gursikhs. It has an entire section devoted to naam simran. I'll try to give a rough translation and briefly summarize it to the best of my abilities.

Sant Attar Singh use to always stress the importance of japping naam. Guru Ram Das has given us a hukam to jap naam.

(ang 305)

gur satgur kaa jo sikh akhaa-ay so bhalkay uth har naam Dhi-aavai.

One who calls himself a Sikh of the Guru, the True Guru, shall rise in the early morning hours and meditate on the Lord's Name.

udam karay bhalkay parbhaatee isnaan karay amrit sar naavai.

Upon arising early in the morning, he is to bathe, and cleanse himself in the pool of nectar.

updays guroo har har jap jaapai sabh kilvikh paap dokh leh jaavai.

Following the Instructions of the Guru, he is to chant the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. All sins, misdeeds and negativity shall be erased.

fir charhai divas gurbaanee gaavai bahdi-aa uth-di-aa har naam Dhi-aavai.

Then, at the rising of the sun, he is to sing Gurbani; whether sitting down or standing up, he is to meditate on the Lord's Name.

jo saas giraas Dhi-aa-ay mayraa har har so gursikh guroo man bhaavai.

One who meditates on my Lord, Har, Har, with every breath and every morsel of food - that GurSikh becomes pleasing to the Guru's Mind.

jis no da-i-aal hovai mayraa su-aamee tis gursikh guroo updays sunaavai.

That person, unto whom my Lord and Master is kind and compassionate - upon that GurSikh, the Guru's Teachings are bestowed.

jan naanak Dhoorh mangai tis gursikh kee jo aap japai avrah naam japaavai. ||2||

Servant Nanak begs for the dust of the feet of that GurSikh, who himself chants the Naam, and inspires others to chant it. ||2||

Naam is very important. Japji sahib says:

mooth paleethee kaparr hoe ||

When the clothes are soiled and stained by urine,

dhae saaboon leeai ouhu dhhoe ||

soap can wash them clean.

bhareeai math paapaa kai sa(n)g ||

But when the intellect is stained and polluted by sin,

ouhu dhhopai naavai kai ra(n)g ||

it can only be cleansed by the Love of the Name.

Naam shouldnt' be done for others to hear. Waheguru is within us at all times. Naam is done to wash away our sins. This is why Guru Ji has given us Naam.

Bhai Gurdas ji says:

vaahiguroo guroo ma(n)thr hai jap houmai(n) khoee||

His Guru-manta is Vahiguru, whose recitation erases egotism.

Some people say that Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji has many names, (ie. raam, hari, gobind, satnam, allah, etc.),so how do we know what gurmantar is. Sant ji points to this shabad: (ang 1403).

sat saach saree nivaas aad purakh sadaa tuhee vaahiguroo vaahiguroo vaahiguroo vaahi jee-o. ||3||8||

You are forever True, the Home of Excellence, the Primal Supreme Being. Waahay Guru, Waahay Guru, Waahay Guru, Waahay Jee-o. ||3||8||

Also, Guru Arjan dev ji says: (ang 376)

vaymuhtaajaa vayparvaahu.

The Lord is absolutely independent, and totally care-free;

naanak daas kahhu gur vaahu. ||4||21||

O servant Nanak, chant His Glorious Praises. ||4||21||

Guru Gobind Singh Ji has also written in Sarbloh Granth that Waheguru is the true mantar.

Raam means that God is within everybody. Hari means that God defeats sin. All these names can dwell inside you ('hirday vich vasaouday hun'). But when a Sikh, in full love and devotion, says waheguru (you are great), then in this Sikh, naam will dwell (es day hirday wich aa wasda ha athay ek khaas rang wich) in a special way.

(ang 563)

thoo acharaj kudharath thaeree bisamaa ||1|| rehaao ||

You are wonderful! Your creative potency is amazing! ||1||Pause||

So in conclusion Waheguru gurmantar is the most powerful. In saying Waheguru, all of Gods wonderful characteristics are included (as compared to one or two as in Raam and hari). If Waheguru is said in full love and devotion then first all of that persons sins are washed away (mal dhoor hundy ha), then you feel more and more love for Waheguru, and then that persons love for Waheguru increases so much that that person sees waheguru everywhere and in everything.

(ang 846)

barahm deesai barahm sunee-ai ayk ayk vakhaanee-ai.

I see God, hear God, and speak of the One and only God.

aatam pasaaraa karanhaaraa parabh binaa nahee jaanee-ai.

The soul is the Creator of the expanse of creation. Without God, I know no other at all.

The methods of reciting naam (naam japan dee jugath) have been passed down from Gursikh to Gursikh. But this daas has only seen it written in two places. In Sau Sakhi its says that Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj tells Mata Jeetho Ji that the tip of the tounge (jeeb di teesy), with force (jOr naal), should touch the roof of the mouth (thaloo naal), and at all times keep saying Waheguru Waheguru.

Shaheed Bhai Mani Singh, the one who sat and listened to the recitation of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji by Sri Guru Gobind Singh himself, in Bhai Gurdas Ji's 'yarwee waar' in 'sheeha thay gajan dee sakhee', has written that when our breath goes in we should say 'Wahe' and when our breath goes out we should say 'guru'. So from these two sources, and from talking with maha purkhs, I have learned that there are three ways of japping naam:

(1) very very slowly moving the lips and tongue say waheguru together with each breath.

(2) the tip of the tounge (jeeb di teesy), with force (jor naal), should touch the roof of the mouth (thaloo naal), and (holy holy) very very slowly keep saying Waheguru.

(3) with every inward breath say 'wahe' and with every outward breath say 'guru'.

(4) ajapaa jaap. This come naturally and can't be explained. Our consciousness and shabad become one. And then:

our dhhaarai jo a(n)thar naam ||

One who enshrines the Naam within the heart,

sarab mai paekhai bhagavaan ||

who sees the Lord God in all,

nimakh nimakh t(h)aakur namasakaarai ||

who, each and every moment, bows in reverence to the Lord Master

naanak ouhu aparas sagal nisathaarai ||1||

- O Nanak, such a one is the true 'touch-nothing Saint', who emancipates everyone. ||1||

But of all ways to jap naam the most important thing to remember is that 'naam hajoori wich japaya jaway'.

(ang 274)

gond mehlaa 5.

Gond, Fifth Mehl:

gur kee moorat man meh Dhi-aan.

Meditate on the image of the Guru within your mind;

gur kai sabad mantar man maan.

let your mind accept the Word of the Guru's Shabad, and His Mantra.

gur kay charan ridai lai Dhaara-o.

Enshrine the Guru's feet within your heart.

gur paarbarahm sadaa namaskaara-o. ||1||

Bow in humility forever before the Guru, the Supreme Lord God. ||1||

mat ko bharam bhulai sansaar.

Let no one wander in doubt in the world.

gur bin ko-ay na utras paar. ||1|| rahaa-o.

Without the Guru, no one can cross over. ||1||Pause||

bhoolay ka-o gur maarag paa-i-aa.

The Guru shows the Path to those who have wandered off.

avar ti-aag har bhagtee laa-i-aa.

He leads them to renounce others, and attaches them to devotional worship of the Lord.

janam maran kee taraas mitaa-ee.

He obliterates the fear of birth and death.

gur pooray kee bay-ant vadaa-ee. ||2||

The glorious greatness of the Perfect Guru is endless. ||2||

gur parsaad ooraDh kamal bigaas.

By Guru's Grace, the inverted heart-lotus blossoms forth,

anDhkaar meh bha-i-aa pargaas.

and the Light shines forth in the darkness.

jin kee-aa so gur tay jaani-aa.

Through the Guru, know the One who created you.

gur kirpaa tay mugaDh man maani-aa. ||3||

By the Guru's Mercy, the foolish mind comes to believe. ||3||

gur kartaa gur karnai jog.

The Guru is the Creator; the Guru has the power to do everything.

gur parmaysar hai bhee hog.

The Guru is the Transcendent Lord; He is, and always shall be.

kaho naanak parabh ihai janaa-ee.

Says Nanak, God has inspired me to know this.

bin gur mukat na paa-ee-ai bhaa-ee. ||4||5||7||

Without the Guru, liberation is not obtained, O Siblings of Destiny. ||4||5||7||

At all times consider shabad as your guru, and consider our Gurus from Guru Nanak Dev Ji to Guru Gobind Singh Ji as 'pooran gur avthaar'. Keeping this in mind one should: (ang 286)

oot(h)ath bait(h)ath sovath naam ||

While standing up, sitting down and sleeping, the Naam,

kahu naanak jan kai sadh kaam ||6||

says Nanak, is forever the occupation of God's humble servant. ||6||

In all times good and bad keep saying 'Dhan Guru Nanak, Dhan Guru Nanak'. A very important point should be made here, that for the first two to four years one should say waheguru with the tongue (methods one and two).:

(ang 1362)

rasnaa japai na naam til til kar katee-ai.

The tongue which does not chant the Naam ought to be cut out, bit by bit.

And after this (method 3) will be easy to do. Amrit Vela and before one goes to sleep people should try to do it with the breath. While one is out walking around try doing it with your tongue (helps keep concentration), and then eventually you will be able to do it all times with just your breath.:

(ang 319)

jinaa saas giraas na visrai har naamaaN man mant.

Those who do not forget the Lord, with each breath and morsel of food, whose minds are filled with the Mantra of the Lord's Name

Dhan se say-ee naankaa pooran so-ee sant. ||1||

- they alone are blessed; O Nanak, they are the perfect Saints. ||1|

(ang 305)

jo saas giraas Dhi-aa-ay mayraa har har so gursikh guroo man bhaavai.

One who meditates on my Lord, Har, Har, with every breath and every morsel of food - that GurSikh becomes pleasing to the Guru's Mind.

A Gursikh needs the sangat of other Gursikhs. Some Gursikhs have done bhagti from previous lives and hence their swas giraas starts naturally. Others have been destined to start abhyaas in their present life and hence must start at the first rung of the ladder.

When people start japping naam, they have three main complaints. (1) they feel sleepy, (2) their body feels tired from sitting with their legs crossed (3) and the mind starts wandering.

The solution to feeling sleepy is to take a bath in cold water. And if you still feel sleepy splash cold water into your eyes. And if you still feel sleepy, then stand up and for alittle while walk around while japping naam before you sit down again.

The solution to feeling tired is to consider your body as your horse. If your body gives you trouble then tell it that enough is enough. You've controlled me for too long and now I must control you. With alittle bit of effort (himmat), then in a few days you won't have this problem.

When one first starts the mind wanders constantly, but with time it will become easier to concentrate. The solution to stop your mind from wandering is to think of Guru Nanak-Guru Gobind Singh, hold their feet, and say 'hay sachay pathshah. mada han, chunga han, thayra han'. Bless me. Please allow my mind to stay forever at your feet.

Also one should read Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji's bani (salok) and remember the sacrifice that Guru Sahib made for us. And in this vairaag remember Guru Ji. One tear from this vairaag wipes away lifetimes of sin.

Also, stay in saad sangat and do sewa.

(ang 6)

man jeetai jag jeet

conquer your own mind, and conquer the world.

(ang 74)

nihtay panj ju-aan mai gur thaapee ditee kand jee-o. ||18||

I have thrown the five challengers to the ground, and the Guru has patted me on the back. ||18||

The devotee who trusts his faith, shares his earnings, japs naam, and does

sewa, his mind is filled with love for Waheguru. With simran and kirtan, and always remembering these 4 things in your consciousness, your soul wakes up and we see Waheguru in everything.

(1) (ang 1245)

ghaal khaa-ay kichh hathahu day-ay.

One who works for what he eats, and gives some of what he has

naanak raahu pachhaaneh say-ay. ||1||

- O Nanak, he knows the Path. ||1||

(2) (ang 470)

mithat neevee naankaa gun chang-aa-ee-aa tat.

Sweetness and humility, O Nanak, are the essence of virtue and goodness.

(3) (ang 1378)

fareedaa jay too akal lateef kaalay likh na laykh.

Fareed, if you have a keen understanding, then do not write black marks against anyone else.

aapnarhay gireevaan meh sir neeNvaaN kar daykh. ||6||

Look underneath your own collar instead. ||6||

(4) (ang 468)

da-i-aa jaanai jee-a kee kichh punn daan karay-i.

Showing mercy to other beings, he makes donations to charities.

Excerpts From Bandginama

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1st Stage
In the initial stage, we should practise Simran by uttering the Divine Name
aloud. But if this fails to result in mental concentration, we might resort to
the beads of the rosary. Subdued utterance of the Divine Name and listening to its sound helps us to concentrate.
At first, the mind does wander and concentration is dicult to attain. In
this tug-of-war, irrelevant thoughts are bound to recur, but one need not
despair:
There is no escape except through Simran.
bin Har bhajan nahi chhutkara
Guru Arjan - Gauri.
This human life is the time to realize God.
Gobind milan ki eih teri baria
Guru Arjan - Asa.
==================
2nd Stage
Repetition of the Name at times, leads to automatic mental Simran: the
lips cease to move, and yet mental Simran progresses. This induces mental
peace and joy. As we grow spiritually, mental Simran will always, or whenever we so choose, progress unceasingly. The physical aspect of Simran ends, and mental repetition continues from day to day. The external attractions and distractions begin to drop, while mental harmony with Him begins. All the powers of the mind, which were diffused in external objects, begin to be concentrated, through the sweet, soft, mental Simran. The seeker of God perceives a flood of mental peace coursing through his whole being; the mind is at rest, the lips are motionless, and yet mental Simran continues!
Those who are regular in the recitation of Gurbani, especially as a mental
process, taste this joy now and then. But it is far more useful and more
methodical, to get to the stage of mental Simran through the repetition of
Nam. It facilitates the progress to higher stages.
At this stage, if we accustom ourselves to the practice of Simran with our
every breath, it brings much joy. As we inhale, we might mentally utter
"Wah", and "Guru" when we exhale. The lips do not move. This is also
mental Simran, and we practice Nam with our every breath. This is the
second stage of Simran.
===========
3rd Stage
The Third stage of Nam is marvellous. Mental Simran promotes concentration, and the gentle sound that mental Simran creates within our being becomes more audible. The sounds of the external world are drowned in the sound of mental Simran within. We hear nothing but the music of Simran within. The music is pitched in such a high key that even while travelling in a railway train, moving at full speed, to the man practicing mental Simran, the rattle of the wheels is inaudible.
The spiritual stage gradually continues to advance to such an extent that
we consider even the recitation of mental Simran as super
uous. Then the physical process of Simran ceases, but the mind is in union with God, in a state of poise. Now, both the physical and mental stress of Simran cease, and the mind is perfectly at rest. This is called the Sahej stage, whose peace and bliss defy description.
I have been told that focusing on the saroop of the Guru, although a good concentration technique, must eventually be let go. It is useful for when our mind wanders, but otherwise concentration should be on gurmantur.
Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh,
I would also like to share my thoughts on this as well. I have my own method of doing simran and that is usually sitting cross legged and both my hands interlocked and just repeating Waheguru, Waheguru in my mind. I do this best when I am sitting near a lake (N30 Singh and drawrof, know what I'm talkin bout... :wink: )
I know that in the namdhari (oh no...he's one of those......... :roll: , u know what i mean by that....... 8) ) amrit sanchar the pyare do explain the techniques of doing simran but again it comes down to the fact that each person has his own method.
Bhul Chuk Maaf Karna.......
There are many ways to do naam simran.
This one works for me...this way given by sant baba jagjit singh ji harkhowaley in his tapes and the sangat.
When doing Simran-
When one recites Vahiguroo mantar ...try to bring dyaan in trikurti(3rd eye) between two eyes..then try to picture whole creation with your dhyaan- bring whole shristi (universe) into your DHYAN(Concentration) see vahiguroo jot in everyone, every being and try to anubav(feel) that you hearing vahiguroo from every praticle in this earth (ant to elephant) (leaf to tree)..whole creation.
This particular technique is "Vairaaaaaat Upasana "
so to get rid of duality within our mind which makes us think there is TWO but in reality there is only ONE (IKongkar).. i personally try to bring people, things, places i "hate" first in my dhyaan..see vahiguroo light in them...then move on towards bringing the creation...that why one can get rid of "Dvait" (duality) and bring advait (non-duality/ONENESS in one's mind).... when that ONENESS exist in the mind..then MIND BECOMES SHUD(PURE) ..then with his kirpa one can meet the vahiguroo..!
Surrender to the sound of his name....just let go and become the ear, don't direct anything, simply allow for the sound of his name to pierce your ears, let the sound flow within you freely, without an opinion of its nature.
brilliantly put...
one question guys,
How effective is the technique of repeating the shabad in ur mouth without actually producing a sound, kind of a mental simran?
The reason I ask is that I dont seem to get any peace or rass from it. Either that or I guess I am covered in thick layers of filth which will take years to remove before I can see any effect.
and btw has anyone done kamai of this shabad " Gobinday Mukandey Udaare Apare Hariang Kariang Nirname Akaame"
Please share your experiences if any
A few imp points :-
1-Making habit of early rising.
2-Bathing
3-Listening to pure Ucharan of japuji sahib and Other banis like from Sant jarnail singh's voice.
4-Atleast spend 1-2 hrs
5-No news paper reading.It will fragment your mind.
6-No television at least for the next 3-4 hrs.
7-less acidic food.
8-Dhyan of Sri Guru Teg bahadur sahib saviour of Hindustan or other Guru Sahib you love most.
9-Sitting in gratitude for giving us honorable life & rich spiritual heritage.
10-Thinking of old singhs who sacrificed their lifes for saving hindustan.
11-Slowly real love will flow.
12-No kirya works unless you have developed pure love.
These are a few points which are very important.
I think every indivdual is different and prefers to do bhagti differently you just have to find which technique suits you best. When i try there is no real ras either but a wondering mind to deal with, but then again that's what meditation is bringing the restlessness back under control
So those who are not able to concentrate while Jap, should do listen more .......(I am not saying to leave jap totally), i am using word MORE......gradually mind will follow the paath....
RAAGMALA Ji...
Pehlaan bol bol ke japna chahida ae...te apne mann nu drid karna painda ae...you have to practice it because at initial stages it hard to really enjoy the Rass from inner simran. Sometimes I enjoy it, but many times I say it loud for initial concentration and then slowly recites it within mouth. At one stage u will experience that repeating without actually producing a sound is better.
Regarding "Gobinday Mukandey Udaare Apare ...Hariang Kariang Nirname Akaame" , its a great mantr from mukharbind of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji...I recited this shabad for some days long time back and felt lighted. Once a sikh asked Guru ji that hindus says that they have Gayathri Matra and asked me what is your matra similar to this. Guru Gobind Singh ji said that whole Gurbani is Matra, bus after insisting Guru Ji told that Gayathri matra is nothing but 52 words, and you tell them that our Mantra is " Gobinday Mukandey Udaare Apare.... Hariang Kariang Nirname Akaame" (from Katha of Jaap Sahib by Giani Thakur Singh Ji)
Main saareyaan da dhanwaad karda haan apne tajurbe (experiences) saanjhe karna waaste...
N30 Singh ji I am thanful for sharing this:
"Wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio - flow immediately into the next
repetition.
Wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio
Wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio
Wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio
Wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio
Wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio
Wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio
Wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio "
Actually after coming back from India last year, I tried to concentrate but could not. I tried a lot, last night I read this post and recited in this way and it helped me a lot.
Bhul Chuk Maaf...........Sarbat Da bhala......
dhohe hath jod Guru di Fateh saajhi kariye...
Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa.....Waheuguru Ji Ki Fateh.........
