Its really simple; you mentioned it, and because you are a self proclaimed hazoori singh, thats the answer to your question. Perhaps at the very least you can name the document or person you spoke to. Am I missing something here? I personally don't care enough to research this in India, I have much more important things to be doing. I have no intentions of going to Hazoor Sahib at the moment. Therefore, I'm really confused and am not sure what you're getting at. Since I don't seem to be getting anywhere with these cryptic rhetorical questions, instead...
