I dont believe in the caste system, but Guru Ji said that one is called Brahmin when they place Naam in their heart.

The diagram above is taken from the website (link given below) and is not my work.

http://www.friesian.com/caste.htm

Anyone can be born twice i.e. When someone loves God so much with their hearts and minds they themselves become born twice in the same lifetime. When one takes the Naam once becomes born twice. When one takes Amrit becomes born twice.

Again I would like to stress I dont believe in Caste System. I dont believe the skin colour makes a difference either, I believe that to be the colour of the mind, when the lords light is reveled to its follower, the follower fills up with light and becomes fair inside not by skin colour.

This diagramm is not about caste system (jâti) but the varna system. It's important to distinguish he two as they are not the same.

Dear N30,

the varna system with its four classes is based on abstract criteria of occupation whereas jâti is a group with a specific occupation one is born into. In ancient pre-Budhhic India it was still posible for an individual to change varna. Example: the son of a craftsman has a talent for fighting, he can aspire to the status of kashtriya.

This nevertheless changed over time. Before the fixation of the caste system by the British (via the census of India) class flexibility was limited to jâtis only, not individuals i.e. a jâti as a whole could change its varna if it changed occupation and adopted certain customs. A famous example for that is the caste of painters of Brahmin origin that was famous for teh Kangra paintings. Though originally Brahmin the whole caste changed to painting (a service activity:shudra). The whole caste was declassified as shudra i.e. the whole jâti was not Brahmin anymore.

Declassification on the level of an individual may also occure when that individual has broken certain of his varna-dharma. Example: If a kshatriya is found drinking sura (alcohol made out of grains; kshatriyas are only allowed wine made out of grapes), eating beef or domestic pig (wildboar that is hunted is allowed for kshatriyas whereas as domestic pig who lives in flith is never to be touched) he will be declassified as an outcaste. Normally a public humiliation is performed (e.g. cutting his kesh as his status of nobility). He may reintegrate his varna by asking forgiveness and performing penance.
