It helps to improve your pentra (foot work), posture, breathing technique, improve stamina, endurance and overall flexability.

also, help improve your immune system.

but listen, instead of chatting about it, come to the classes, i promise you will feel nimbler after a few lessons. and overall have a more postive body language when in a fight (unable to telegraph moves to the oppenant).

but you dont have to do this to fight, it can also help you become more healthier and fitter.

I was waiting for the moment like the lady would mar a pad...like...but I guess like that wasn't going to happen like ! Mind you like think of its applications in chemical warfare like like, you kill all your ennemies with a pad like. Like?
