I love this photograph - it brings out all sorts of emotions -

on the surface it is just a metal docket from the Jora ghar at Darbar

Sahib - one you get when you give your shoes.

But for me it symbolizes a longing

- a longing all Sikhs have to have the Darshan Didar of Siri Amritsar - for the charan kamal of Guru Sahib
