What are the best ways to reduce sleep???

Today he is fine. He agreed somehow to get into rehab. I live in london btw, will anyone provide me free rehab details please??

Veerji he is not really open to those things, like not even 1%

My dad has been drinking a lot of alcohol from past few year. 2-3 weeks every 3-4 months he just goes 24 hours drinking. My family is really stressed.  We have tried everything we  could but nothing worked. I really need some help.
