  2. https://www.sikhitothemax.org/ang?source=G&ang=695 Hanuman burnt the fortress of Sri Lanka, uprooted the garden of Raawan, and brought healing herbs for the wounds of Lachhman, pleasing Lord Raamaa and yet, because of his karma, he could not be rid of his loin cloth.
  3. Sikhs don’t worship Hanuman. On ang 695 of Guru Granth Sahib, Hanuman is mentioned and it’s written that hanuman due to karma of previous lives was not able to get rid of his loin cloth. Hanuman was not beyond karma and worshipping him is a mistake. But hanuman was devotee of Ram and was extremely loyal to Ram. He was ready to sacrifice everything and fight to any extent for Ram. Dasmesh Pita loved the Granth ‘Hanuman natak’. Guru Sahib kept it in His kamarkassa. Guru Sahib wanted His Khalsa to be loyal and devoted like Hanuman was to Ram. Kavi Kankan was a Darbari poet of Dasmesh Pita. Kankan added his own verses to Hanuman Natak. He also wrote a Granth called ‘das Gur katha’ and compared Khalsa Panth to Hanuman. https://www.manglacharan.com/post/strength-of-the-khalsa-das-gur-katha
  4. Tapoban Dhakki Sahib is heaven on earth. EVERYTHING of the past is preserved here. Old wells, charrkhaas, weaver’s khaddi, old sandukkris, old farming tools like suhagaa etc to name a few. Sant Darshan Singh ji is a true saint. He is not like other Dera wale babaas.

  6. Tarkhans used to work during day light under a shed or roof. Farmer had to work all the time even in dark.
  7. Even in Gurbani, old farming ways and old agricultural instruments are mentioned. We are just wasting millions of dollars on marble, gold and other decorations.
  8. Dear Veerji tarkhans had a roof above them while working. Jatts worked in the open in extreme heat or cold. Many died of heat stroke. Many died of snake bite or attack by other animals. Jatts had to remain awake in the night to watch their crop is not being damaged by some animals. Then there is constant fear of the crop being eaten up by some pest or damaged by lack/excess of rainfall. Just last month, there was excessive rainfall in punjab and wheat crop was damaged in large numbers.
  9. We can buy some land around ur Sukha Sahib and use this way to irrigate the fields. We will make @dalsingh101 to work in the fields and to rotate the garrdall. He will realise how much hard work jatts used to do.
  10. This old well has been preserved in the largest Gurdwara near my farm called Nanakpuri Gurdwara Sahib. @GurjantGnostic @dalsingh101 @Soulfinder Should not our Gurdwara Sahibs be preserving old things and heritage?
  11. Thick wooden thing is called Garrdall in punjabi. Just been told by an elderly villager.
  12. In old times, irrigation was done this way. An ox or bull was used to rotate the thick wooden thing. IMG_0107.MOV

  15. I asked the same question to Baba Gurbaksh Singh ji who is Jathedar of Tarna Dal Bhikhiwindiye UP. He told that at some places, there is slight pad ched and at some places there is lareevaar. The paper used for this pothi is very old.
  16. This Gurdwara Sahib can be reached at https://g.co/kgs/ut2aFh
  17. This pothi has the mohar and signature of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. There was a Singh who got shaheed fighting alongside Maha Singh (father of Maharaja Ranjit Singh) of Sukerchakiya Misal. This pothi was with his family and was preserved by the future generations of this family. Right now this pothi is with Tarna Dal Bhikhiwindiye who have 13 Gurdwaras/Chhaunnis in UP. This pothi sahib is being kept in the Khazana of the below Gurdwara Sahib.
  18. Recently, a very nice Taksali Singh told me that Sant Kartar Singh Bhindranwale used to do sewa of horses. He used to pick lidd(dung) of horses in the same way as Nawab Kapur Singh did in 18th century. Even today, Taksal keeps some horses.
  19. hang, khang, nyang, ang, oang, yang, eee the above is the English transliteration of the mantra sent to me by Nihang Kamalroop Singh.
  20. In Sarbloh Granth Sahib, it’s written that the demons used biyadh astar (similar to a virus) on the devtas and it caused many diseases on the bodies of the devtas. The devtas then did jaap of this mantra and got cured. During the time of coronavirus, Singhs did jaap of this Mantar and got great relief.
