Ok I am not very good with computers how do you post pictures

Is it ok if I put pictures of great Lahore Ahmadi Muslims. As some of you know I just became a Lahore Ahmadi. If it is ok how can this be done.

If anyone would like to know more about the Lahore Ahmadi Muslim here are some sites. I am not trying to make anyone a Lahore Ahmadi but alot of people think we are just like the Qadiani Ahmadi Muslims this is not true.
