DO U HAVE A SOFTWARE CALLED DVD SHRINK?

i have some dvd movies that i need to urgently rip to compressed file i.e mpeg or avi. how would i do this? i dont have software either. could some one upload a software on this site for me to download and use. im gona use it to convert some material on sikhi and upload on a server for u guys and gals to download.
