That forum is just another one that in the inside that Mkhalsa has control of as well. He often has been caught posting under other names speaking on other peoples behalf and speaking highly of himself etc. etc. He controls those majority "akj" forums.

I especially dont like the bashing on SikhAwareness. This site has led me into so many positive paths in my life right now. The ONLY forum thus far with open minded intellectual discussions. THe only site where ones opinion is actually heard out not ignorantly discarded. What a MAHAN seva the admin are doing with this website and these people dare to do nindiya of it. I found it best to not get involved especially on there messsage boards. Because theres no way to have any intellectual discussion with them.

In the case of SSC. From what I hear it's an AMAZING camp doing nothing but bringing ekta and helping the youth in this kaljug.

One other thing is, that if these guys really think the claims that they make on this camp are true, then ask Sukha SIngh or Gurmustuk Singh of Sikh Net who went last year. Ask Ramta of UK. Ask KAM singh. or Kamalroop Singh.

One other thing I find funny is that if www.shastarvidiya.org aka Gurdev Jee did not use the word "admin cut" to describe quote on quote fake nihungs on the website, these anti Niddar Singh guys wouldnt even have the word "admin cut" in their vocab.

You'll find all kinds of 3ho'ers. Some that have extremely limited knowledge of sikhi and are completly focused on Yoga tantric stuff. Others who have now moved away from the yoga and concentrate on sikhi.

I have even found some who acknowledge and respect yogi ji but now could care less about yoga and simply want to be sikhs and have naam kamai.

and tsingh, you make good points. btw. gurdev niddar singh jee really does only need a few seconds to tie his dumala which he ties without a mirror. But he does keep the tradition of wearing bana in the UK wear its not exactly common to see singhs in bana like that.

The 3ho people wear like all white, and the women have these interesting dastaars. really something else.

Its a controversial topic as to how his yoga students actually adopted sikhism.

Some say that all of a sudden as his students learned yoga started growing there hair and wanted to become sikhs just like yogi bhajan.

But others have also said that post a few of his students wanting to convert, in all of the ashrams and yoga learning centres in order to learn yoga you then have to have a turban or head covered and must grow your hair.

There are also controversial claims that of Yogi Bhajan having several affairs with women and him being a "womanizer". Supposidley he was forgiven and given a tankah and punishment for his misdeeds.

All I know is that he has brought a lot of people to the feet of the guru.

sikhnet has a lot of info on 3ho and yogi bhajan as well though.

Gurdev Jee said that he has given all of the information for the websites, well atleast for Shastar Vidiya and Nihang as well as Sanjamkiriya etc. But it is now a matter of Nihang Teja Singh to update the sites.

First priority is being given to the Book which is soon to be released.

All I can say is that you will definitley know when this book is released.

Hypertrophy is the way to go to add muscle mass.

I used to weight 110. Now 147 lbs. with basically no body fat. I'd say less than 7%.

Keep a high protein intake. I found a great shake to gain mass is NLarge2 the chocolate one is great. Nlarge provides a mass building protein and calorie rich drink.

Bhai Sahib Jee usually takes about $100 U.S per day. From about 4 a.m to about 11 p.m 12 a.m. All day.

Instruments price range greatly from $500-5-7,000.

Pakhawaj and Joris are about $1000 and for students maybe less around 8-900.

Sirandas Taus Rabab's etc. vary.
