Can you guys stop arguing about eating meat? There are much more important things to debate and much more important things that we could be doing with our time.

Akal Takht Maryada says that you can eat meat, whether any Jatha disagrees is a non issue, whether we like it or not. It's not like someone is forcing you to eat meat, if you don't want to, don't.

A couple of singhs do brasillian jiu jitsu with me and they wear a patka with wrestling earguards. It holds the patka in place. I'm still trying to find one.

I can't understand how that quote proves your point in anyway. You may also be taking the quote out of context as Gurbani is often written in a figurative sense.

i have always understood that marriage was done to further yourself spiritually and for procreation. Saying that i don't think that someone who is amrtidhari would have anything to gain by marrying someone who is not. I don't think this is anything to do with equality.
