  1. In the al koran, the prophet is only given status of being the provider of the law and for that hes commended, but in Gurbani Satguru is given status of that near God, satguru is given status of he who is invincible of he who can carry us by his finger across the ocean to our lord our God.

bahadur if anything your conversion has ignited more love for the House of Nanak, and i insist my fellow brothers to now from this individual learn one lesson, ignite that love even more between you and you guru and be lucky that you have your Guru who is bhram avtar swaroop SatGuru Granth Sahib Ji

i know this sounds a little akj but its how i truly feel

Dhan Satguru Nanaka Dhan dhan tera Naam

  2. Bahadur, there are so many contradictions i could point out but hey lets have a few:

    1) To a SIKH of Mahakaal in this Yug of Kali, Sahib Shri Guru Granth Sahib is his teacher his savior and his love.

    2) By you calling Satguru Nanak a pir you are ripping him of his rightful title of SATGURU

    3) Satguru Nanak belonged to NO faith, he was neither Hindu na Musalmaan, hence so so so many references of Mahakaal in bani by the names of popular Hindu Gods and Islamic themes.

    4) If Satguru Nanak was a Muslim ALL the Gurus would be subjected to the fundamental Sharia of circumcision which is a covenant with Allah and the prayer of namaz, the Gurus would not have written Adh Granth but would have instead referenced to the Al Koran.

    5) How could you give our Satgurus such a low auda, Satguru Nanak pooran avtar is lower than Imam Ali or Muhhamad? After you all you bowed to the very teachings of the house of Nanak, cleary showing submission yet now Gurbani in your mind is lower that the Koran

    6) Satguru Granth Sahib is most definitely a Revelation just like the Al Koran, as it came from the heavens to which Mardana Ji would play the rabaab.

Bahadur, this is jis thaali mein khana usshi thaali mein sheik!

  3. WB, I think the purpose of the story is about highlighting hypocrisy and negation of ones principles.

The references to eating meat are clearly made to those people who eat meat for taste, rather than survival or warrior tradition.

Everysingle living being has a unique belief, be it that many within a community have a similar one based on one main source.

Focus on your belief and ensure that you are not an hypocrite, you've made your concern for the rest of the Sikh nation clear, now give people their space and God given right to practice their own beliefs in peace, you talk much about Vaheguru's wrath, I would be more concerned about not recieving his displeasure via all the voluntary representation and judgement you are engaging in on Vaheguru's behalf.

Take a leaf out of Baba Harnaam Singh Ji's book, and give polite advice only once (if you really feel you need to) and leave people to make up their own mind.

All you are doing is increasing emnity between veg Vs meat camps and the poor souls who choose to take sides.

thank you brother shaheediya thats what ive been trying to say to him the whole time

  4. fine veer ji very much agreed with you !

so are we living in those times where we have to goto a battle spill many people's blood for righteousness???

and thanks for pointing out that eating meat for pleasure is sin so the eater him//herself knows why he ate.

see again you totally misinterpreted the message of the sau sakhi, think out side of the box.

In Shrimadh Bhagwat Geeta, Shri Krishna gives gyan to Arjun about Dharam, about life and death. And one point which Shri Krishna really stresses is that this dharti is karam khandi, and that everything happens in accordance to the will of Almighty God, may it be the death of an ant to the death of one of Arjuns relatives, therefore the sin would not be on his hands, he also stresses the intention that he carries out his karam play a big role. Because if one was to take what Shri Krishna said literally then the actions of phsyco's would be justified. Arjun killing his family because he was for righteousness was justified but Arjun killing his family for money, wealth, aishwariya would have been wrong.

Here we can draw in the issue of meat, if one kills an animal with the intention of bringing it pain is adharam, but if someone kills an animal to strive then that is not adharam. We are on this earth to gain Karam, good and bad, when you kill an animal, yes it might feel pain but it will also be grateful to Almighty God for releasing it from its joon so that it can move on and reach heera janam, but then again who doesnt feel pain, the pain of death is no where near to that of childbirth or emotional pain is it?

When an animal is jhatkad its head is removed, its brain is cut off from the body's neuro-senses, therefore it cannot feel pain, one blood is cut off from the brain after 30 seconds it will loose consciousness as with any organism. Now your telling me this is worse than that very animal in a forest who is mauled by a tiger where the tigers teeth pierce the neck, the brain still has contact with the body as the neuro senses are still intact, blood is still reaching the brain where it is still in consciouses. You would call a tiger taking the life of the animal the will of God then why not the human taqking the life of the animal the will of god?

  5. matheen, we do jhatka say 2-3 times a year. rest of the time diet is veg because halal is haram. We are on this dharti to do karam, this bhoomi is karam khand. We each have our respective dharam, may it be warrior or yog (ie bhakti) If one has a love for God then no karam of an animal can get in your way. The cycle of life and death must continue if that animal doesnt die by my hands it will die at the hands of someone else or natural causes. What brother NEO was pointing out about tamsic etc was that when you meditate you cant have flesh taking six hours to break down in your stomach when your meditating, most importantly you wont be able to sit if you have eaten meat because of your body speeding up its metabolic pathways, and chemicals in your body going haywire due to no physical activity. Surti should tik when you overcome the senses, ie sit still control touch, control sound (the best way i find is i know this sounds a little contradictory but to listen to a tanpura while meditating, this channels the sound and creates a drone by which you can begin opening your chakras) then control sight, you can do this two ways either close your eyes and have a jyot infornt and concentrate on the glow or go into complete darkness and search for "the light" you could blind fold. The you should control your breathing, breathe so that you feel or in a sense imagine the breath going down to your muladhar chakra and then out. ofter control of these senses your surti should tik, and thats when experiences kick in. first experience that i had was (what i think is my chakras opening) i felt vibrations at the bottom of my back then slowley as the weeks progressed the vibrations moved up. now when i meditate what i experience is ineffable.

  6. Yes all of them had a physical strenous life that you cant even possibly live !

Baba Harnaam Singh ji meditated 40 days without food and water.... to prove as said in Gurbani ... Gurbani can sustain humans without food.

Baba Nand Singh sahib, never slept !

Baba Randhir Singh we all know..spent most of his life in jail.

Baba Attar Singh and all mahapurshs did kark and very hard tapsya which if we do will result in death or ill-health !

Man, which world are you living in ??? KHALSA DONT NEED TO EAT MEAT TO MEET THE PHYSICAL STRENOUS LIFESTYLE...

Baba Deep Singh got his head cut off and he still fought, what can be more physically strenous then that ??? but he ATE GURBANI ...

On the otherhand in today's world there is nothing that physically strenous that cant be met by eating a good vegetarian died. You are just eating meat for TASTE !!!! ADMIT IT, YOUR SOUL KNOWS IT ..AND THAT IS GHOR PAAP WHICH DHARMRAAJ WILL SURELY PUNISH U.... God will surely punish u !

I eat only veg diet, I build body i have good strength and more muscles than most meat eaters !! I have no problem in wrestling down a meat-eater !!

Just ask yourself oen questin in your heart, if you were a goat would you like to be slaughtered and tell me the answer only in YES OR NO otherwise dont reply to me and stop arguing with me. Just answer me in YES OR NO that if you were a goat would you be happy to get slaughtered by the Nihang's sword !

Theres nothing wrong in following a veg diet.. theres nothing to loose in following a veg diet leaving aside who is wrong or right in this argument.

but meat eaters are always at risk of bad karmas, curses from animals ! when animals die they feel FEAR of Death ! the same fear you will be experiencing it.

I am no ehankaari , but you are very much fool !

you cant even answer my question properly non of those mahapurshes practiced birr rass, baba nand singh etc were all shaant rassi.

So randhir singh spent his life in jail thats really strenuous yeh your logical thinking is amazing!

bachu go do your parahi before acting like a gyani

  7. wbol i would definatly want to be slaughtered by the hands of a nihung if i was goat that my rakht could adorn the shastar which Mahakaal has ordained as one of the purest forms on earth. I would be greatful to the nihung singh for allowing me to move on in this great cycle of life and death.

Wbol you talk of karam, there are bigger karams which can be accumulated and worse karam, Maharaj clearly states that this dharti is karam khand, a place where karam kamoune is the norm, so whats your problem ( lord forgive me if in the next statement i gain ehankaar da karam) I meditate and my surti tiks within 5 minutes, i have had many wonderful experiences of God through meditation, and i eat meat which is suplementary to my shastar vidya. WYou still havent answered my question who the hell are you to condemn me for eating meat, who the hell are you to decide my faith. you know what its not your fault its admin cut

  8. see your doing it again, your ehankaar is unbelievable, who the hell are you to condemn us (and i use that term loosely) Who are you to make judgment of Mahakaals behalf?

BTW answer one question were any of those Mahapurush's (out of which i only count 4) Nihung Singhs or people who generaly had a very physically strenuous lifestyle?

  9. the whole article critisises all those who use "TUKS" to explain their arguement, i was watching one of Dr Zakir Naiks programmes the other day and he too was stressing this fact, that westeners have totaly blown the concept of Jihad out of prespective because they are using selective quotes, when he read out the whole verse or in our case the shabad the meaning is totaly different.

SO PEOPLE DONT USE TUKS, READ THE WHOLE SHABAD FIRST AND THEN LOOK AT IT FROM ALL ANGLES AND THEN PASS JUDGMENT!!!!!

i admit even i use tuks sometimes to prove a point, but this article is an eye opener!

THANK YOU SHAHEEDIYAN MAY GOD BLESS YOU!

  10. moorakh muh na lagie

you truley think that my whole life's sole purpose is to eat meat, you fool some live to eat whereas we eat to live. Your interpretation of Bhagat Kabir Ji's shabad is subjective to your narrow minded little head, whereas someone who has some budhi given by Mahakaal would think that Bhagat Kabir Ji is saying attain mukti in this heera janam why waste to only be born as an animal who is to be slayed!

  11. First of all the body is tied to this mortal relm, once life ends aatma goes forth before Mahakaal for judgement, therefore this nullifies any concept that the ruh of that animal can cause hindrance to the person consuming it. Another thing, anyone who has atoot bishwas in Mahakaal can never ever be harmed by such things.

This dharti is Karamkhand, where life and death is decided by vidhata. So wahegurubol, you can shuv your narrow minded views where the sun doesnt shine.

  12. and who the hell are you to judge upon our puratan maryada, you veggies think your a cut abouve the rest, your houme is unbelievable, how dare you think that you have dhrishti that of MAHAKAAL to fortell my fate if i eat meat, who do you think you are? Are you my guru? if not then who the **** gave you the right to condemn me? Punjabi saying "pehla apni peeri thalle sota fer" Dhai dina da mehmaan ta sadi maryada te muh chak ke bakwaas karri janda ya. I would love to see you talk like this in a shauni, theyll rip your tongue out!
