1. Islamic executions are not recognised by Iraqi law.

2. I didn't see and member of clergy in that video let alone the usual execution methods for stoning.

Maybe you should add that this happened in Kurdistan among the Yazidi tribe. The girl was lynched because she was in love with a Muslim boy. Yezidis practise a cult that worships Satan as Malik e Tawus, the peacock angel. Such practises are not legal under Iraqi law under the present government.
