my humble submission is that there should not be any discussion on the authenticity Sri Dasam Granth on this site unless it is of view that is not or disputed, therefore need to be settled here, a remote possibility. from the perspective of those who believe that it is authentic and Bani of Dhan Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj, it is question of devotion not discussion, and devotion is at very high pedestal than freedom of whatever. mow the if sa believes that it is Maharaji's Bani (regardeess of the fact if it is nor), then questioning and bringing in doubts about Sri Dasam Granth, will create more doubts for ordinary folks. the discussion can happen on its relevance in moderns society and how it was used by puritan sikhs. for me, is unequivocally settled not because i have "historical evidence" but because those all Dargahi Mahapuraksh (including original Five Beloved) and those blessed by them have never rejected anything related to Sri Dasam Granth, and i urge those who believe in it please not do use improper method and language against those who not approve it.  finally it is slippery slope, tomorrow someone will want to discuss the same issues regarding Sri Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj, then even if there is Sachkhand so on  and so forth.

then that will their own inner calm not eternal and universal calm, as many of us are calm with relative things and relative times. 

thanks Ragmala, you are absolutely correct in this approach,  the eternal truth can only be verified by those who are beyond intellect-based scholarly evidential approach and are merged in The ONLY ONE, as you referred to Hazur Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj. we have to accept that any large of amount of intellect we may have, we still operate within the realm of Kalyug will interpret things within that realm only, once we accept our reality that inner calm will start to come in as most doubts, questions, etc will wither away.

thanks all, answer basically remains the, one's inner spiritual avastha and comprehension of Reality determine his/her out-worldly outlook, based on gnosis not intellectual understanding (maya). still i appreciate everybody's view, here is nothing right or wrong, it is question of how far, high, and deep one takes devotion and love for Akaal Purakh and his numerous relative forms.

i think it is entirely based on one's worldly outlook based on inner spiritual avashta, and the following sakhi is indicative of such example: 

"With the conclusion of evening program at 11:30 PM, Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj went to bhora sahib, and also instructed kirtani jatha to rest until the next Amritvela program. As every body in the kirtan jatha was asleep, Baba Ji’s sevadar abruptly woke the kirtani jatha members, and told them to come back quickly as Baba Ji wants them to do kirtan. 

Everyone puzzled and still sleepy, came back. They requested Baba Ji that it is early than the scheduled time, and also they have not taken bath. Usually jatha members are required to take bath before they start program. Baba Ji said do not worry just undertake five ablutions, and start Dhan Guru Nanak Tuhi Nirankar. The Jatha read the dhaarna from 1:00 to 2.30 AM. Then Baba Ji told them to go back. Jatha members could not comprehend the exact reason for this abrupt kirtan but had a sense that something must have happened. No body asked anything about the mystery.

Next day in the diwan, the question relating to the last night occurrence came up. Baba Ji smiled and said that last night Hazrat Mohammed Sahib Ji came with his quawali jatha, first they did the kirtan. Then Hazrat Mohammed highly praised the Dhan Guru Nanak Nirankar dhaarna, and liked to have his kirtani jatha to do the same, and hence unfolded the mystery. "

After Baba Ishar Singh Ji Maharaj, no one was formally given seva of Nanaksar, although numerous will claim that. Baba Ishar Singh ji announced that there is a football in the middle and only the one who will fulfill fundamental requirements will be able kick the football, means inherit seva, and there was none. Baba Ishar Singh Ji in order to clear the confusion, prophesied that he will be back. He was implying that someone eligible and capable based on his own Bhagti, will born in the USA and take over whole Nanaksar seva. Baba Nand Singh Ji already warned that kalyug has arrived in white cholas, we have seen rampant misuse of Sampradaye Bana. Nonetheless, Nanaksar remained Bhakti dha Ghar pinnacle of puratan maryada with lot of naam simaran going on individually and collectively.
