Kamela means slaughter house. Think its pure Punjabi too, anyone confirm?

According to my dictionary Kapoora means testes of a goat. I think its pure Punjabi, isn't it? Don't think its used in either Hindi or Urdu

Non amritdaries distract themselves from obeying the Sikh tenets, the path of shakking the Amrit. They are not only a distraction to themselves but also a distraction to the Khalsa panth - an enormous distraction. That's why someone has ,very cleverly, made use of this term. They do nothing but maar the sehaj of the panth by doing poothyaaan sidhyaan kartoota..
Being vegan does no good to you. Go Jhatka a Bakra or Soor (as Bhai Mani Singh Ji) and take it as Parshad. You might get some drishti into the larger picture.

I say this with the risk of being labelled a missionary. But the initiation ceremony should be called Khande Ki Pahul. Amrit existed prior to the Pahul ceremony and continues to exist beyond the Pahul ceremony too (in the case of sahajdharis, non Sikhs who attain a certain spiritual state).
Besides that, I kindly request anyone on this forum to find me the word 'amritdhari' in old writings (1700 - 1850). The chances are very slim that you will find it because the real word for the ones who had taken pahul was Kesdhari. A Sikh with hair and beard but not taken Pahul (like nowadays) did not really exist. You were either Keshdhari (i.e. amritdhari) or sahajdhari. This is evident from several Rahitnamas that frown upon people who look the part (i.e. full Kesh) but do not take Pahul (Daya Singh Rahitnama as an example). -
Sikhs are as foolish now as they were 300 years ago. Anyone claims a manuscript was written by the Guru and there is no dearth of emotional fools buying that.
Please note what Gyani Gyan Singh writes in Naveen Panth Parkash
Sukha Singh granthi prepared a Granth in Patna.
He had a son named Charat Singh whose letters (handwriting) matched with Dasam Guru.
He prepared five more pages and added these on behalf of Guru.
Another Granth was prepared that Baba Hakam Singh took.
That is at Gurdawara Moti Baag, and I have seen it as well.
They wrote many other granths. The handwriting matched with Guru's handwriting, I have seen this myself.
They claimed the signatures to be Dasam Guru's and priced these many times more with that claim. -
Thank you. Mission accomplished. Now I am gone forever.
Bless all you amateur scholars esp Dall and Amardeep. Hope you grow out of 'internet khoj' one day and visit real libraries and do some good khoj instead of parroting others views.Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa

Paapi stop asking others for rebuttal, learn to read and learn yourself instead of relying on sants or online forums.
And amardeepu, talk facts not useless bakwas. 'Kesar Singhs focus is on linking ceremony to his ancestors so the banis read should be ignored' lol wishful thinking to erase parts of history that do not fit into your dasam granth narrative lol. Being very quick to use kesar singh when he says saakh Mehla 10 to big up dasam Granth but for amrit sanchar you got problems, hypocrite.
-
Stop being an illiterate fool and learn something about gurmat. Taking your head out of your backside will help for a start, then learn gurbani arths in shabad context and not seperate tuks.

Rattan Singh Bhangu's makes an interesting statement that dasmesh pita introduced Khande amrit because he perceived the charan version was making Sikhs docile and placid.
Not every controversial statement is interesting and worth considering. Stop being a pseudo intellectual.
guru hargobind put resistence to mughal for several battles (more than 4 as popularly believed), they were in scale not much smaller than guru gobind singhs defensive battles.
When Guru Har Rai was summoned by Aurangzeb, the elders of the Sikh court discussed that in case the army tries to forcibly take Guru Har Rai a prisoner, the Sikhs would retreat to the Shivalik Hills and put up a fight. (source: Suraj Parkash)
so stop denigrating our early sikhs and insulting charan pahul you dalla

The most interesting thing I have found is that when Guru Har Rai was summoned by Aurangzeb, the elders of the Sikh court discussed that in case the army tries to forcibly take Guru Har Rai a prisoner, the Sikhs would retreat to the Shivalik Hills and put up a fight. (source: Suraj Parkash)
Slap in the face of Dalla of this forum who thought Rattan Bhangus statement regarding early Sikhs being meek and cowardly was interesting and called others pappu when they defended early Sikhs. Who is the Pappu now?

Wikipedia quotes HR Gupta to say Guru Tegh Bahadur had bodyguards. Didn't find the reference on the page number (188) though
As had been the custom among Sikhs after the execution of Guru Arjan by Mughal Emperor Jahangir, Guru Tegh Bahadur was surrounded by armed bodyguards.[14] He himself lived an austere life.[15]

You defend something you've never read. Charitars and Avtars were written by Poet Shyam, an average poet as shown by internal evidence and historical evidence shows that court poets wrote chunks of the Dasam Granth. Dasam Granth is nothing compared to SGGS Maharaj.

with a gunda mouth like yours what gyaan can you teach? You deserve every swear word under the sun.
Crystal
Says the one who insults ladies on this forum without reason. You are the definition of every swear word under the sun.

Sri Lanka never had one king, especially at times of Guru Nanak. There were several kingdoms. The Guru did meet some king but we will never know properly which one.
