  1. Satuu,

Unfortunately the following doesn’t work at the moment

However, when they sort it out, you'll probably find the shabad under kirtan > Bhai Niranjan Singh Jwadeekala section.

I scarcely remember watching a bit of the programme a week or two ago and recall that the shabad was sung by Bhai Niranjan Singh Jwadeekala and started with “Lal Rangeelay Preetum Manmohanâ€

If you’ve got DC++ log onto the kirtan hub and you’ll most probably find the shabad amongst a wide variety of others which users share..

    Hope that helps

    Gurfateh

  2. ....

Make bhog and do ardass at the start.

While doing the jaap sit on a white sheet wearing white clothes. Have water in a container near you and have a quoi (ghee) jot lit. After doing your jaap for the day splash chitey from the water around your paath room (it's good somehow, not sure if it's a necessary part of maryada) and then drink the water.

At the end make bhog and do ardass.

    ....

    Bhai sahib Xylitol jee

When u say 'bhog', are u referring to Karah Parshad/ Degh?

  3. Here is another similar shabad. ' think someone already posted it before but since it fits nicely with the above shabad seems logical to repost it here.. n e way..

  4. Next step- what do they sound like!!,

although can probably find somewhere to hear the dirluba but never even heard of the esraj nevermind the sound it makes!!

I remember vaguely a sakhi i heard from somewhere that Maharaaj Dasam Paatshah made an instrument (think its called taus) smaller so that Singhs could carry it easier on hourseback... im assuming this was the dirluba?

n e way it would be great if someone could post a link / media so that we can hear these instruments.

BTW, a final query What instrument do Bhai Baljeet Singh Naamdhari play?

  6. This request was made sometime earlier as well:

    http://www.sikhawareness.com/sikhawareness...ighlight=#52980

Looking at the following Naamdhari website link, it seems as though they are using Bikrami as well. However some of the gurpurb dates have incomplete details eg just says guru sahib's name without explanation- not whether its a parkash, Joti Jot, gurgadi divas.

Also, the gurpurb section obviously contains dates of the Naamdhari gurus/sants..

    Better than nothing i suppose:

Could not post direct link as the site is done using frames,

http://www.namdhari-world.com/new%20nw/frame1.htm > then click on Calendar > dates (ON TOP NAVIGATION BAR, UNDER HEADER)

  7. Try typing the hubs address in the "manual address connect" on the "public hubs" tab instead of using the "favourite hubs" tab. This worked for me after consulting the DC++ website to configure all the settings etc.

btw this is assuming that u can connect to other hubs successfully and ure just having problems with connecting to the gurseva hub.
