angadsingh Posted March 17, 2005 Report Share Posted March 17, 2005 Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh I'm preparing a presentation about Sikhs in movies and films for a Sikh youth camp. I will be covering Sikh portrayal/misconceptions in movies, films, and the media along with different Sikh actors/actresses. As many of you probably know, Waris Ahluwalia starred in the hit film "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou." I would LOVE to get in contact with him somehow and talk to him about his experiences and journey in Hollywood. Talking to someone in the industry would increase the effect of my presentation exponentially and I feel the youth will be able to relate to it better. If anyone knows ANY way in which I can contact him, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, please feel free to email me with any ideas/tips/information for my presentation. I'm in the early stages of preparation, so any guidance and direction would really help.
