these r all the powers . people waste their lives trying to get all of them . but seldoma person gets all of them . max a person gets is 2 or 3 . these are maya .

and we do not have to go after these .

gursikhs only want thier guru ji not these powers .

when a person does simran or bhakti these powers automatically come into feet of them ,

brahmgyanis and sants never use these pwers . these powers automatically work for them doing their seva .

    bhul chuk maaf

  2. babbarsher jee,

your post is really very true .

I have heard that a person who is a nitnemi of panj baanian and rehraas sahib without missing a single day. when his ant sama comes the light of his eyes will become dim and darker and acc. to his habit he will start doing rehraaas in his mind , and he will be connected with guru ji and thyen he will go to sachkhand or given another birth as gursikh to meeet with God .

And this is a thing to note that when death comes it is not easy , it very very dreadful and painful , but for gursikhs even death respects them and takes them with care without even hurting them like a lioness does while carrying her cubs in her sharp teeth.

And some more high gursikhs do not even have to wait for death , when they know their time is near , they just do samadhi and leave their body and uniting directly with god or guru ji .

And the story of brahmgyanis is different . they do not want to live in this

world but since they have certain dargahi duties they perform them and when their time comes they are happpy to leave their panj bhootak chola and unite with god . but they do not go anywhere they are still present in Guru Granth Sahib Ji . their sathool body goes but their sookhsham shareer is sill present . they take care of their devotees and help alomg with other gupt forces like shaheed singhs etc.

    bhul chuk maaf.

  3. LUST

LUST or Kam is one of the 5 vikars .( kam, krodh, lobh, moh, hankar)

This whole topic applies to you only if you want to become a true sikh , if not ,ts ok do whatever you want . this is the reality . now read this :

Definition:-Lust is a feeling that is promoted by your mind to taste the bodily pleasures through your eyes, etc and your 10 "indrias". indrias means organs .

    which are:

    5 sense organs -

    eyes,

    ears,

    nose,

    tongue,

    skin ,

5 working organs or "karm" indre

    tongue

    hands

    feet

    penis

    anus

note:i m gonna be explicit , pardon me if some one is offended. this is a very sophisticated topic that is often neglected .

now when you have lust all of these your organs are involved .

your eyes see the bad things , then ur whole organs respond according to that and you know how they respond .

so in simple words lust means looking at girls or boys with bad feelings in ur mind and then physical touching and relationship to satisfy you r hunger .

In sikhism , Lust is strictly forbidden , .

    love

about love i do not know that much . love is just showing how much you appreciate otyhre people and how u long to meet them or talk to them or live with them .

now love i think is a pure feeling . because you love ur mother, father, brother, sister, cousins, uncles, aunts, pets and GURU ji .

so love is not bad .

but if u say that i love a girl and if u do not think of that girl as ur sister then that is not love because then that becomes ur lust.

    Guru Gobind Singh Ji says

" rehni rahe soi sikh mera oh sahib main uska chera

rehit bina neh sikh kahave rehit bina dar chota khave "

meaning :the person who follows my rehit or maryada is my sikh and who does not he has no right to call him a sikh

"rehit pyari mujko sikh pyara nahe"

meaning: guru ji loves sikh's rehat more that the sikh himself

    Guru Arjan Den Ji says:

" par triya roop na dekhe netra "

meaning : your eyes should not see the lady who is not your wife "

" eka nari jati hoye par nari dhee bhain vakhane "

"dekh praayiaan changiaan maavaan dheaan bhaina jaane "

meaning: if u see beauti ful faces , those who r of ur age consider them as ur sisters , those who are elder that u consider themas ur mothers and those r very younger than u cosider them as ur daughters .

there r a thousands other tuks from gurbani condemning lust .

so there is no chance u can love a girl before marriage .

And it does not mean that once u r married u can have sex with ur wife 24 hrs . there also u have to control yourself . you have to be jati in your marriage . that's what is called nirlepta in maya .

because when semen comes out your body it takes out a lot of energy and other things that r necessary for advancing in spiritual stages and bhakti .

now here is how u can be jati in ur marriage life :

i would like to give a sakhi from the life of baba nand singh ji .

once baba ji asked a devotee to be jati in his marriage life and upon asking he asked how? then baba ji told him the method .

he said that you can have *** once in a year . if u r still not able to control urself then do it every six months . if still not able to control urself do it once in a month only . if still not able to control urself do it only once in a week on every tuesday night from 11 pm - 1 am . and then the next morning do kesi ishnan.

and if u still not control urself then u r not a sikh and it means u r engrossed in lust . "

u c this is lust . u eveb have to control it once u become married.

lust is a very dangerous thing and be careful from it because it can detroy ur years of hardwork and simran in less than a blink of the eye .it takes away everything from you .

only guru ji can save us from this lust and no on e else can .

  4. Prema Bhakti

    Types of Bhagats

    One is Maryada Bhagat

    One is Prem Bhagat

And one like Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj, is he who, having merged with the Lord through Prema Bhagti becomes Maryada Himself. Having struck the climax of spiritual glory through Prema Bhagti, one starts blazing like a spiritual sun, a Sun of Maryada himself.

    Baba Harnam Singh Ji Maharaj

Baba Nand Singh Ji's intense divine love of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib and Sri Guru Granth Sahib from His very infancy, acquired the eternal glow of a unique Maryada of adoration, love, devotion, worship and total surrender at the lotus feet of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. From this unique Maryada radiates the flavour and fragrance of Prema Bhagti of Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj. One starts basking in the grace of Mahan Babaji and the Supreme Lord Guru Nanak.

Holy Maryada fashioned and designed by Mahan Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj is no empty ritual. It transports one into the living presence of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib. Every moment, every breath spent in the service, adoration, devotion and worship of Sri Guru Granth Sahib is most rewarding. My humble experience is that the blessed time so spent does not remain unresponded and unacknowledged for long by our beloved Lord Guru Nanak.

Tyag De Badley Prem Milda Hai

Prem De Naal Sachi Bhagti Shuroo Hundi Hai

    Baba Narinder Singh Ji

Renunciation and tyag attracts the blessing of divine love and with divine love commences the true and real Bhagti.

Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj once explained that there are nine types of bhakti such as hearing the glories of the divine, singing His glories (Kirtan), sewa (service), Nam Simran and so on, but every type of bhakti blossoms to perfection only if done and performed with total love. Without true Prema Bhagti, without intense devotion and yearning, it is difficult to attain God.

    Immaculate Purity

With minds purified in the holy presence of this Ocean of purity, Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj, automatic transmission of divine love of the most lovable Sri Guru Granth Sahib, the living Sri Guru Nanak sahib was another common universal experience.

xternal and internal purity was immaculately observed in the service, adoration and worship of Holy Sri Guru Granth Sahib. As Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj was Himself Truth and purity Incarnate, He stressed and insisted upon meticulous observance of these divine virtues and permitted no deviation.

His unique Maryada, tradition and culture breathes in and breathes out purity. No worldliness or impurity dare enter His dwelling place.

As Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj was a mass of purity, thousands of devotees attending congregations in His holy presence felt as if they had taken a dip in this Ocean of purity. Minds would be cleansed of all accumulated impurities of past sins and Karmas in His holy presence.

From this Ocean of purity which Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj was and is, beams out to the whole world all the blessings and bliss of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

There was no trace of ego, worldliness or materialism in His dwelling places. Purity was the keynote, main-stay, life-force in His congregations.

The very name of Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj is a symbol of love and purity. His holy and pure name blooms large on the spiritual horizon like the full moon on the day of poornima.

With a pure heart, one can feel the intoxication of divine love in which the whole life and Maryada of Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj vibrates in the real soul enchanting luminous form of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

With minds purified in the holy presence of this Ocean of purity, Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj, automatic transmission of divine love of the most lovable Sri Guru Granth Sahib, the living Sri Guru Nanak sahib was another common universal experience. Pure love of Sri Guru Granth Sahib was the unique holy transmission to all alike from this great Divine Source, Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj.

This wonderful Maryada, practical and intense worship of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, sprang from the depths of His very soul based on His personal and direct experiences with Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

His Maryada was highly disciplined as it was cast and moulded in pure labour of love.

Pioneer and founder of this unique Maryada, culture, way of worship is no other Divinity than the Almighty Sage of Kaleran, now internationally known as Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj. What a unique introduction and presentation of Sri Guru Granth Sahib to mankind as living Sri Guru Nanak Sahib. He blessed congregations to experience the holy presence of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib face to face.

    Dargahi Ticket

In the possession of this unique Parshad, Divine Ticket, thousands of His disciples including Sikhs, Hindus and Muslims migrated from far off places to the other side during partition of 1947 but not even a single one of them suffered even a slightest bruise

ivinely commissioned and appointed by His great Master to spread the gospel of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, He set out to scatter that unique flavour far and wide, the like of which has not been seen so far, and is far beyond the limits of human endeavour.

He unfolded the Supreme grandeur of Sri Guru Granth Sahib splendidly and glorified the eternal Sri Guru Granth Sahib as the living Guru Nanak magnificently. Blessing of Sri Guru Granth Sahib was supreme and He advised everyone to invoke that blessing by completing one path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in a month in the following manner:

Complete recitation of the whole of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in a month.

Complete 50 paths of Sri Sukhmani Sahib in a month; recite 2 paths of Sri Sukhmani Sahib daily.

Complete 250 paths of Jap Ji Sahib in a month; recite 10 paths of Jap Ji Sahib daily.

Complete 180 Malas (Rosary Mala of 108 beads) of Mool Mantra (from Ekonkar to Nanak Hosi Bhi Such) in a month; do six malas daily.

Complete 80 Malas daily of Gur Mantar 'Waheguru'; 20 Malas of Waheguru if the Nam is recited four times on each bead.

Complete 160 Malas daily of Ram (Nam); 40 Malas if Ram is recited four times on each bead

A Mohammedan was advised to practice and recite the name of Allah on each bead as above.

Hundreds of crores of Sri Guru Granth Sahib's paths were thus distributed as the most blessed Parshad to millions of devotees in His life time and are continuing uninterrupted since then.

He, thus, brought the supreme blessing of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, the living Sri Guru Nanak Sahib within easy comprehension, reach and grasp of everyone, educated, uneducated, lettered, unlettered, literate, illiterate and simple village folks. Every one recited Amrit Nam and sang the glory of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib in this simple and easy way.

That was the grand purpose behind His holy advent. Uniqueness and greatness of the Eternal Glory of Sri Guru Granth Sahib was unveiled in its totality. The precious treasure of Lord's Name was thrown open to all. It was so simple, easily understandable within the grasp and practice of simple village folk. He freely distributed this Dargahi ticket destined for Sach Khand.

Though He physically disappeared in August 1943 from this earthly scene, He perennially flows as Eternal presence in this very Dargahi Ticket given as Prashad by Him. Lakhs of refugees from either side during the partition of 1947 experienced the miraculous power of this Dargahi ticket, Dargahi Name with the Eternal presence of the Saviour Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj, and were saved. Such was the unique power of Nam He distributed.

In possession of this unique Prashad, Divine Ticket, they passed through the most dreaded naked dance of death, but not a single person blessed with this celestial ticket could be injured or harmed or died an unnatural death.

All Glory to Mahan Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj.

Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj thus blessed millions with unique Prashad of the Lord. Unique Prashad of redeeming Gur Mantar, Mul Mantar, Japji, Sukhmani Sahib, Ram Nam and in addition the paths of Bhagwat Gita and Holy Quran Sharif were distributed as Parshad to Hindus and Muslims in same congregations.

Nam was not the privilege of a selected few. It was open to all It was distributed freely to everyone without any consideration of caste, religion and creed.

By thus propagating the Gospel of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, Lakhs of illiterate, simple and plain-hearted villagers were able to feel and experience the spiritual satisfaction of attaining the Grace of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. Babaji had thus brought lofty ideals of personal service and worship of Sri Guru Granth Sahib and resultant spiritual attainment within the immediate reach and grasp of millions of completely illiterate folk. Only those who practice, know how wonderful and rewarding this spiritual Sadhana is!

  5. Accoring to my knowledge,as far as i know , there have been never a incident involving the lareevar and padshed saroops issue. So its hard to tell exactly what Baba ji said about this.

But I think , babaji , never thought a difference between both saroops. they considered guru Granth sahib Ji as a living guru and proved it to the whole world.

At present there are many padshed saroops in Nanaksar. therefore , there is no difference between the both . both r the same and to be given equal respect. no discrimination is to be made .

Characteristics of the main saroop through which Baba ji pragted Guru Nanak:----------

    1)The saroop is hand written.

    2) Lareevaar

    3)Weighing 50 kg

    4)Written in pure gold ink

5)Size is bigger than any other saroops

6)Thickness of the paper used varies.

7)Outer jilad(binding) is made of Chandan (sandalwood) (very expensive and beautifully scented wood)

Guru ji pardon me , because some of the words have been used that shouldn't have been said . Because u r a living guru .(guru granth sahib ji)

sadsangat ji ,bhul chuk maaf karni ji

    waheguru ji ka khalsa

    waheguru jiki fateh

    gur ang sang

  6. It was in the early morning hours of the thirteenth of Katak month in the year Samat 1927 at about 0313 AM (November 1872 AD) that Divine light in its purest glory dawned on this earth in a small village Sherpura, Tehsil Jagroan, District Ludhiana, Punjab.

There was an unusual glow, a unique lustre on the face of the new born child and the flash of this unusual glow had lit up the Comparatively dark room. Two attendant ladies were wonderstruck with this unique phenomenon and were the first chosen ones to be blessed with the darshans of the divine manifestation. They warmly Congratulated the highly pious and blessed parents of the child and told them about the rare Divine-Light they had witnessed. The name of the blessed father was Sardar Jai Singh and that of the proud mother Bibi Sada Kaur.

Light Supernal had gloriously flashed to welcome the most auspicious birth of this holy child. Little did anyone realise at that time that blessed was the day in the annals of human and spiritual history and unique was the house, the village and the land where this unknown Divinity had set his sacred feet. The universe was blessed with the very source of blessedness in a human form.

It was on this auspicious day that a king amongst sages and the Supreme Messenger of Sri Guru Nanak Sahib and Sri Guru Granth Sahib descended on the face of this earth. Whichever place he visited, he flooded it with a tidal wave of divinity, a tidal wave of the divine fragrance of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. Today, the same child is adored and worshipped by millions all over the globe as

    BABA NAND SINGH JI MAHARAJ

Sri Guru Granth Sahib glorifies the spiritual stature of a true saint, a true Brahm Giani, a true Gurmukh. The garb of a Saint, a true Brahm Giani, a Gurmukh adorned the form of Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj. And Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj glorified the true grandeur of Sri Guru Granth Sahib as never before.

He proclaimed that Sri Guru Nanak Sahib is a living and Eternal Supreme Reality, Divinity and Truth. Based on His own mystical and direct experiences He proves beyond an iota of doubt that one can physically serve and talk to the Lord Guru Nanak. Great mystics and bhagats whose hymns (bani) have been enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib vouch for this unique mystical attainment. If mystics like Namdev & Dhanna Jat could succeed in materialising the Lord physically from idols of stone, is it difficult to behold Him physically in Sri Guru Granth Sahib in which the Supreme power and shakti of the Great Gurus stands fully invested by the Gurus themselves? Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj used to say in honour of Sri Guru Granth Sahib:

Eh Jeonda, Jaagda, Bolda, Guru Nanak Hai

    Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj

Sri Guru Granth Sahib is a living and awake Sri Guru Nanak Sahib who talks.

The entire earthly life-span of Mahan Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj was totally dedicated to the glorification of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. And when one witnesses simultaneous recitation of hundreds of Akhand paths of Sri Guru Granth Sahib at Nanaksar in His Sacred Remembrance during the last week of August every year, one cannot escape the divine reality that in the holy process of Eternal Glorification of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj stands eternally glorified Himself.

    Jin Nanak Satgur Poojia

    Tin Har Pooj Karaawa

    Sri Guru Granth Sahib (450)

The one who truly worships his Satguru, the Lord blesses him to be universally worshipped.

    Jini Satgur Purakh Manaayia

    Tin Pooje Sab Koi

    Sri Guru Granth Sahib (451)

That Gurmukh who has won over the Satguru is worshipped by the whole world.

After father realised his beloved Master and Lord Guru Nanak in flesh and blood, shone the significance and the immortality of the holy boon mercifully granted by the all compassionate Mahan Babaji
