    Sorry Singh, Yes Baba Kahan Singh was the son of Baba Binod Singh and Baba Baaj Singh was a descendant of the third Guru.

     

    Baba Baaj Singh Ji used his Kara to kill many of the Turks. The Talwar was only reached for for the remaining 2 or 3 soldiers.

     

    I suggest trying to contect Baba Hari SIngh Ji for more inof. Also i can recall many years ago this sakhi coming into one of the issues of the Atam Marg by Baba Waryam Singh Ji. That might be worth searching for

    Now I am a bit confused....she ties a dastaar and wears a kirpan but she says she is not amritdhari(according to her comments on Instagram) - (&why haven't the hardcore nut case Sikhs who protest over such small issues not gone up in arms over this woman  who is clearly seen with a gatra in her wedding picture on the article yet she says she is not amritdhari? . Why can't she get the beard removed? Why is she a hypocrit ? She also drinks(as seen from her Instagram favourite drink). She is trying to get fame for this bullshit. Disgusting!!!

    Do you think the Singh marrying her might be a closet homosexual?

    Good morning DS,

    One persons heer could be another's person nightmare.

    Saying that I have to profess that she really does look like a transgender male( & not a pretty one).

    We have many closet homosexuals in the panth, thats not a problem the problem id the peados and the gay molestors. what I am worried about are the ones who have access to kids ie tabla classes, Punjabi classesclasses.

     

    Reading the article and looking at her picture I come to the conclusion she is confused. If she really felt strongly about not changing her appearance ie the beard who is she kidding that the tats and piercings etc is allowed?

    I came across this article by chance, zooey D the famous actress who might I add is extremely cute and somewhat awkward at the same time. Anyway she shared this link and the comments I have to make are as followed.

     

    This kaur is an attention seeker. She is going on and on(itvitv goodmorning and other news articles) about keeping her beard and how God intended.....wait.     I would love to learn more about Sikhism.  I have spent the last few months looking.  The more I learn the more I love what I see!   There is so much information on the internet, a lot goes over my head.  Could you recommend the best place to learn as a beginner?

    ​Multiple people do drink, but the pitcher which is used to give water is kept sucha. In amrit sanchar, people are drinking (placing their lips) from the same bowl, when it goes around, towards the end of the ceremony.

    Can you elaborate on the difference between Trai Mudra and Panj Kakkaar? I know the Mudra is the Kach Kes Kirpan found in puratan Granths (as opposed to 'Kakkaar' which is found in more recent works). But what do you mean by 'difference' in regards to that?
     

    Shudaran Granth? Or Suddharm Granth by Bhup Singh?

     Where does the term kirpan come from?,

     

    Treh mudra is  kesh kachera & kard.

    ​its to do with a hadith of the holy prophet of islam "when you have discovered the truth do not keep it concealed to yourself but reveal it to others."

    Chatanga, do you believe he was a holy prophet? 

     

    For one I don't believe how a holy man can have sexual relations with a little girl as quoted in their texts. Or have the followers gone astray ?

     

    What I believe should be said is how Islam believes it is the duty of a Muslim to go and spread Islam to us non believers however their own pond is not clean. Killing and persecutions of non Muslims, rape of their women. I don't believe how god could instruct anyone to spread the name of their faith in that way.
