AKJ are not fools. I have many friends who are AKJ. And they are very very devout Sikhs who actually follow what is writtenin Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji! Not in words, but in actual practice.
well that's great, kudos. I have distant relatives who are akjs HOWEVER they are from the first generation of akjs....they believe in raagmala so we don't have a problems. The fools of akjs are the ones who disbelieve in ragmala and dasam bani. Just to clarify.

Are you aware that Bachittar Natak claims that all our Guru Sahibaan were Hindu Kings in their previous lives (from only the two clans of Bedi and Sodhi). It also claims Guru Gobind Singh Ji were descended from the Hindu Avatar King Ram Chander and the mythical Sun God dynasty (SuryaVanshi).
Are you further aware that Bachittar Natak claims that these Hindu Kings did a deal on how GurGaddi would be carved up amongst them (like a business deal) in their next incarnations between 1469-1708.
Do you not feel that the AKJ, Missionaries, Bhai Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale and others are justified in insisting only those words which are in tandem with Gurmat should be considered authentic Dasam Bani.
Note that all 100% of the Panth are united in respect for authentic Dasam Bani.
The overwhelming majority of the Panth do not believe that the 600 pages of sexually erotic tales in Charitropakhiyan were written by Guru Sahib. Only the minority Sanatan sects of Damdami Taksal, Nirmale, Udasi's, 3HO, Buddha Dal do.
And that was why Sardar Kartar Singh Jhabbar and the Akali Singh Sabha Lehar which freed our Gurdwara's from Hindu Mahant control threw out Charitropakhiyan that the Hindu Mahants were insistent upon reading daily so that the Hindu Mahants prostitutes could girate to it inside Darbar Sahib.
The juxtaposition of Sri Benti Chaupai Sahib (which i respect) into Charitropakhiyan is fully documented as having being done by the British and Arya Samaj sponsored Sodhak Committee of 1897 that was finalised by Amitabh Bachchan's ancestor Khemu Bedi.

No it isn't. Guru Gobind Singh Ji himself declared SGGSJ AS THE ONLY LIVING GURU... he did not delcare Dasam Granth as Guru. In fact didn't Dasam Granth get compiled by others AFTER Guru Gobind Singh Ji was gone from this world?

For myself, I am not convinced that the 'entire' dasam granth was authored by Guru Ji. I am certain that *some* of it was. However, since he did not declare it as 'Guru' I can never hold it on par with Sru Guru Granth Sahib Ji. (Waiting for the onslaught of accusations now).

Out of the ten gurus how many have their writings in maharaj?
The ones who don't have any writings in maharaj should we class those gurus beneath the onesones who do?

Even non-Sikhs can defend Sikhism. I am a wild dog, who eats from the house of Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev jee Maharaaj. Gurparsaad, I will try to defend Sikhism. In our history, we have had non-Sikh (Sehajdhari) Shaheeds too.

Paapi Ji given that you consider yourself a non-Sikh, I just about grasp where you are coming from now.
The reason why Baba Banda Singh Bahadur was eventually captured and made shaheed was due to lack of supporting numbers. The reason for our defeat in 1849 was due to lack of numbers given that 90% of Punjabi's were Muslims and Hindu's in 1849. The reason for the losses we suffered in the Pakistani Genocide of Sikhs in 1947 was our lack of numbers (only 13% of Punjabi's in 1947 and today) and yet again the hundred or so brave shaheeds of 1984 were defeated purely due to a lack of numbers. It is only Hindutva supporters who wish for the Sikh Panth to remain in as small numbers as possible as that way the Sikh Panth will always be at the mercy of other enemy forces unable to defend itself nor unable to meaningfully serve humanity on a wider basis as the Khalsa Panth should by being at the forefront of genocide prevention, disaster relief, clean water provision, schoolbuilding etc.

It's happening in the UK just as much maybe even more. A close friend of mind converted along with his whole family (he is a choora) however a very well of choora. When he converted he gave me this BS about how sikhi is messed up you have curroption etc, I out it to him that curroption and evil people are in every religion. He seems closer to God but still....someone who ibused to see at the guru ghar now giving speeches at churches full of Punjabi's, that doesn't sit well with me.
What attracts people from the UK whoblive very good lifes to converting to Christianity. What are these missionaries offering Punjabi's sikhi can't?

Learning martial arts is key to being a Singh and kaur, if you posses no vidiya like I said in a previous post you should not wear a kirpan. Most Sikhs would get beat down and killed by most youngsters with street mentality because they are ruthless. Read purtan accounts of Singh's how ruthless they were, what have we become now? Shook cats.
I don't know where you live but I know plently of Singh's who teach their daughters sva raksha and also how to use a kara.
Those who teach their daughters to be timid are just asking for dirty sulleh to take advantage.

Several paintings were made of the Gurus during their lifetime - Guru Hargobind, Guru Har Rai, Guru Tegh Bahadur and Guru Gobind Singh. Some of these are pasted into the Dasam Granth Anandpuri bir of 1696

I am so sure in a granth I faintly remember Nanak parkash? There is a chapter on guru Nanak sarguns form, and if I remember correctly exactly like Vishnu. Please don't take my word for it as it was 5 years since I remember reading that.

interesting point, can be also used to say about the pakhand kirtani jatha and other extreme vegetarians who push their veggie crap on the panth.
