I have spoken with the Namdhari committee who are aware of Surjit's fanatical preaching and are in the process of reviewing and terminating their right to train at the Namdhari Gurughar in Birmingham, Coventry Road.

The problem lies when he makes claims that this is the 'legacy of Guru Nanak' but then vilifies people, spreads malicious ideologies, promotes sex outside of marriage, drugs, alcohol, has rapists as students.

It isn't just a class to learn fighting as he claims its Sikh maryada which makes it far more than just fighting.

A year ago I attended seminars in Birmingham. All they were busy doing was vilifying a guy that used to train there but now suffers from schizophrenia and another who apparently went to an airport mentioning a bomb.

Anyhow, there's no way to prove what he is teaching is legit. Many, many trained experts have said it's a mix and match of other arts!

They claim they are using money that they gain from the public for books and projects but it pays their wages. Why should he be funded and supported by hard working people, why can he not get a job?
