@fromherkingsareborn - This might sound very weird, but Daas would humbly suggest that you do not go to such a Gurudwara alone, especially when the sangat is very less.

    Bhul chuk maaf

Its not weird its being careful. I would never allow my sister or daughter to go to Gurdwaras alone & seek justice for women rights. Call me old-fashioned I dont care.

My troll senses are tingling from the op. I think someone just wanted to test this forum about women rights.

  2. Basically the gist about Vadbhag Singh Dera was that they sometimes find rich people who come there, take them to a special langar, mix some sort of vibhuti in their food and send bhoot prets along with them so that they keep coming back again & again resulting in good buisness for the dera.  This is what he was saying in Katha. Anything is possible these days, people are scamming left and right.

With respect, simran is not generic. It is the very source of all mystical / spiritual powers. But yes, guidance of a mahapurkh is always beneficial.

Sorry, what I meant to say was that we do not know how to use proper techniques via Simran or Gurbani.

Naturally, if one is a regular Nitnemi these things wont effect in the first place.

Sometimes these things also work under Gods will then what will we do ;(

I've watched a few of his videos. My cousin is affected in the same way as this woman, has been for many years. When I met him a couple of years ago, the spirit came and was talking to me, saying it knew me, but refused to give it's own name. Bichara has been possessed for over 10 years now. No matter where we take him, he only gets better for a few weeks and then back to this way.

Maybe you can contact this Guy.  Apparently his murshad is a Khwaja Ji who gave him this power.

Muslim Peers are extremely powerful in this science of treatment. I mean this guy looks genuine but you can never be careful these days.

I mean in our Dharam, people say to do generic stuff like prayer & Simran. But no one knows the practical methods of accomplishing unless one is fortunate enough to come under the company of a great sage. Sometimes Amrit Shakna also helps. For example, my dadi ji used to see certain things after dada jis death. We got her to get AMrit SHak. She was fine after that.

Also there is a hisab kitab of Karmas.

Was a Sampat Paath ever done for him?

Bro a sampat path should not be done in a home. Also it must be done under supervision of a great Sage.

There are stories of destruction and deaths when maryada was not followed during Sampat path.

And in this dark age, maryada is never properly followed for sampat path.

I have two stories within my own family who saw bad events after a Sampat Path. One Mama dying of Cancer right after Sampat Path.  And one masi & mama losing their property & currently living in poverty after having two sampat paths done at their homes.

Sampat path is not a joke imo unless you have a Great Sage supervising and keeping a check on pathis lust & vikars through Antaryamta.

Rock what you think about this stuff?

I think there is a greater occult event.

But also a persons unconscious mind rising upto conscious level component. For eg, people indirectly about their sufferings in guise of bhoot. But its working for them.

But I definitely cannot deny the occult.  For example, I dont know if its a co-incidence but I read in mystic musings how lemons are used in occult science. And then boom I find this guy using lemons to trap bhoots and getting rid of them.

The reason I believe this occult might be real is because there are different anecdotes that I heard or read from 5 different sources that confirm the same truth.

People who have no spiritual protection of their own or their Guru are more susceptible to such things.

I am still very open & have not reached any rigid conclusions yet. But this shit is something!

  7. Mystic Musing Pg 164

"Seeker: So Sadhguru, every time someone is born he just gets a pack of
karma to work out in this lifetime?

Sadhguru: The warehouse is there. One truckload has been taken out, to be worked
out now. The warehouse is always sitting there in your head. Now what we're doing
with Samyama, you're not going into the prarabdha. You're going into the sanchit
aspect of your karma. You're bringing out, you are opening up the warehouse. That's
the reason why, when a person walks the spiritual path, in many ways---if they don't
handle the situation properly---they will suffer much more than someone else, because
they are bringing up large volumes of it. Others are just handling what is allotted to
them. Now you're trying to take up the whole portion, you want to get your PhD today,
so you're not going step by step. That is the reason why so much discipline was always
brought into yogic practices, so that when things overwhelm you, you are able to
handle that situation. Otherwise, if you open up things for which you are not ready,
karma can just smother you completely."

That's interesting, most of my meditation happens from midnight-4am and I have seen dramatic changes but that might also be because I try to do it all the time.

Back in 2011, I would often stay up till 6-7am.

Sikh Mahapurush say that the doors of Sachkhand open between midnight 12 AM to 6 AM.  You can take this literally or metaphorically lol, but whichever way you take there are some hidden treasures in such Bachans.

At Nanaksar Gurdwaras, the Nitnem starts from 2 AM & concludes by 7 AM.

Back in 2009-2011 I had some good moments too with peace of night hours.  Actually whenever the outside is quiet you naturally get meditative.

    Generating Ushna

Another aspect is that all these practices generate a certain amount of ushna. There is no equivalent for the word “ushna” in English, but it usually gets translated as heat. Heat, not in terms of temperature but as one of three aspects – the other ones being sheeta and pitta – that control various functions in the human system. If you have excess ushna, or in other words, if your samat prana is high, you feel your body is hot, but if you take your temperature, it is normal. Ushna is not like having a fever – it is experiential heat.

Because yoga evolved in tropical climates in India, we always said that all yogic practices must happen before 8:30 in the morning or after 4:00 or 4:30 in the evening.

Samat prana or samana vayu is in charge of maintaining the warmth of the body. A yogi always wants to keep the body slightly on the warmer side because heat also indicates intensity and dynamism. If the body cools below a certain point, it creates inertia in the system. Almost all the practices are designed to take you to a somewhat higher realm than what people normally live at. A higher realm does not mean a higher level of metabolism. If the metabolism becomes high, you will exhaust yourself physically.

When your energies are in a higher realm, your body will function at an easier pace. We can prove this to you in a matter of three to six weeks – if you do certain practices and get your energies to a certain level, your physiological factors will settle down and go at an easier pace. When your energies are low, your body tends to go at a higher pace to keep the life process going, which will deplete the system. If your bodily functions go at a certain speed, your mind will go crazy, and above all, it will reduce your lifespan.

We are conscious that doing practices will raise the ushna in the system. If the temperature outside is high and the ushna rises beyond a certain point, it will cause cellular damage. That is why yogic practices are always to be done in the cooler hours of the day. Between day and night, there is a transition that reduces the friction within the system, and therefore, the practices will generate less ushna. Because yoga evolved in tropical climates in India, we always said that all yogic practices must happen before 8:30 in the morning or after 4:00 or 4:30 in the evening."
