Im shocked that at 15 you have access to all this. Your best interest lies that someone speaks to your parents about it. You may feel scared, but after 5-10 years you will realize that this was the best thing to do.

So when you go to an MNC office do you wear your sleepwear ? or are you formally dressed? Is showering, dressing formally a ritual or a requirement? The statement that "why you need rules and regulations for remembering God and Guru"? is simplistic and inconsistent with Guru Sahibs hukams. Guru Ram Dass has specified in his hukam in Guru Granth Sahib....Gur Satgur Kaa Jo Sikh Akhaey...So Bhaal keeah Utth Haaar Naam Dhiavery...(ank 306) .Guru Sahibs hukams are get up early (is that a ritual? or a requirement?) Udham Kareah Bhalkeah Parbhati Ishnaam Kareah...(So having an early morning bath is a ritual or a requirement?)....this same hukam is in all rehatnamas, and in Guru Gobind Singhs 52 Hukams for the Sikhs before he became Aloop...Water  is known to absorb whatever is in the environment ..hence the water in the sarovar of Darabar Sahib on which Gurbani is sung virtually round the clock has curative powers. Hence the recommendation for having water when we do paath...I have personally followed all these requirements and benefitted from them...so would suggest that we do not spread our own understanding (manmaat) and instead refer to Guru Sahibs hukams (grumat) for guidance and implementation.

Very very well described. Excellent !!!

    Brother,

It is not the amount of bhakti of anyone which can ever enable anyone to be worthy to have Their darshan, though that also purifiy us, and undoubtedly pleases Waheguru as seen in the Bani,  but it is only by Their beant kirpa that they reveal themselves to that wadbhagee jeev who selflessly and full heartedly, with utter love and devotion engages himself / herself in doing that correct bhakti.

All our efforts are like 0, but even that 0 has to be written by us on the slate, and then They as being the embodiment of all mercy, they just put  the 1(one) in front of our 0(zero), thus convert that 0  into 10 out of 10.

We all have heavy karmic load, so unless they extend their arm and pull us out, there is not much we can do.

Though as beggars, we should never leave their door, and keep up the knocking, for He the owner of His house, knows when to open the door and is willing to open it, but alas, there is hardly anybody doing the knocking, for all are busy with the manmat practices as seen mostly.

The bhakti which pleases Them/ Him, and draws us closer to Them, is the one of meditating upon His saacha Nao.

    The Bani beautifully tells us:

    DARSHAN PAAVA JHE TUDH BHAVAA.

So in short, the secret to have Their darshan, is to please Them, with Nam bhakti.

    Stay blessed.

Excellent !!!!! Very nicely described !!!!!

  4. Has anyone heard of Prof. Balbir Singh (MA) - USA. He did sangat of Both the Baba Jis and is in USA. Is he still around?

He talks about some of the things of how Nanaksar established original maryada and how the new age sikhis are bent on destroying it. Feel very grateful to listen to some of the Baba ji's bachan through his youtube videos.

What is your general feedback? Did it help you in your spiritual progress?

    Thanks

    Bhul chuk maaf

Not sure what its context is with spiritual progress. It will make your body and mind healthy and thereby you will have a good base. I bought their course which was months ago.
