so nobody's gonna talk about someone mention bapu asaram as brahmgyani 🤣🤣 and most are good talkers but not brahmgyani that doesn't mean they are not very advance but not brahmgyanis mooji, i dont know, sadhguru jaggi vasudev definately a spiritual being not brahmgyani yet, gurumaa not a brahmgyani she has one of the best explanations of sukhmani sahib but she has no pratap like a brahmgyani, and i think people needs to be aware of good talkers

Anybody who gather crowds and huge audience around them + giving speeches all day on TV, certainly not brahmgyani.

Recognizing a Brahmgyani is quite difficult if not to say impossible. It is a mark of grace from the Lord to come across them.

In Sikhee Brahmgyani is also known as Sant.

There are different stages. Unfortunately, Sikhs are obsessed with Brahmgyani & Dasam Duaar.

    S. Sahib ji has said that he does not talk about Dasam Duaar. There are many smaller milestones that needs to be discussed amd known before talking abt Dasam Duaar and such high-level talk.

Qualities of Brahmgyani are clearly given in Sukhmani Sahib

Bro, this is from another post. Hopefully, you will get the point.

Srimaan 108 Sant Baba Nand Singh jee Kaleranwale's bachan (something like this) - The seed which remains exposed is never able to sprout, while the one which stays hidden in soil, can become a huge tree.

It implies - The more secret/hidden one keeps his spiritual state, the more progression one will make.

    Bhul chuk maaf

    100% Agree. Alakh Niranjan !

Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh.

Dass is a 21 year old singh, I've been blessed with seva, simran, gurbani, kirtan daat from a young age and with Satguru ji's kirpa I was blessed with amrit when I was 17.

Slowly I was able progressing with my gursikhi jeevan, I was reciting gurbani whenever I could in my free time and even while during commutes to school and uni etc and was listening to katha and kirtan and performing various seva when I was able to. I felt like this was fruitful as my mindset was changing and I was blessed with more gursikh like qualities such as patience, humbleness, I was becoming more kind and calm etc.

In the past year or 2 I've noticed my jeevan has fallen significantly and is nowhere near where it was before. I'm barely reciting any gurbani - I'm just doing the bare minimum 7 bania even then they rushed and not recited with prem and sharda. I'm no longer able to do anything sikhi related as I've lost something I'm not sure what, I feel very empty sikhiwise and I can't concentrate on katha, kirtan, gurbani etc. when I try to force myself to do something anyway.

As a result I've lost qualities gained by Maharaj kirpa and I've now gained bad qualities like hatred, jealousy, laziness and panj vikaar etc. have a stronger effect on me.

I've also fallen in a worldly sense too, don't if that's linked. I'm very anxious, lost a lot of confidence and have been dealing with depression too. I'm struggling at work and uni and my health is not as good as it used to be.

Please can guru sangat guide me. Thank you for your help in advance.

I was listenning to Baba Nand Singh Ji's Kathy yesterday. When your Keegan is rising think that your past karma merit has taken fruit, if Jivan is falling then some past paap / sin karm has taken fruit. However, you realizing the fact that your jivan is falling is still positive sign. I would say put all your effort and do ardaas.

  5. There are a lot of misconceptions and confusions in main-stream Sikhi. Daas can only say that without the sangat of a GurSikh Bhagat (Who has attained minimum “Nadar” of SatGuru), it becomes very difficult to tread this path and only such a person who has tread the path, can guide others.
People are lost in their own mental imaginations and perception. Good Luck.

@sevak what is your background ji ? I mean, did you emigrate to Canada from Panjab ?

I thought that Canada is considered second behind USA as 'Sachkhand' lol ?

I think women are better with linguistic skills generally than men ? Men also are not as disciplined I think when taking exams and studying as women ?

Traditionally Punjabi men deserted there desi wifes for gori (white) women. Why wouldnt they desert now.  - How common is/was that ?

Girl or boy is not a genuine student and is only coming to get PR. Govt should exercise some control. >99% of them probably are not , same in UK. Govt/educational institutions make money from these students, also the agents if there any involved also, so they'll 'turn a blind eye' to these fake students

No, I didnt migrate from Punjab. Im 100% familiar with Punjab.

My post was one-sided. I have met many hard-working, honest desi students who are positively contributing to the Canadian Economy.

This is true many students come to Canada to seek PR. However, this does not mean that they will be not studying genuinely. There is a small minority that will drop school and work full-time and marry a Canadian gori to get PR.

For women, yes its freedom here. They like it and they get addicted to it. Personally, I dont care who does what, for me its all good.

I want go on a path of gurbani meditation .I am seeking guidance for practicing saintly meditation while living in family.

I have never got anything on a brahmgyani woman .If anyone knows any please help me .

    Thank you

I always hear this from Sikh Women, that there has been no “Brahmgyani Women”.  Actually, in the house of Guru Nanak there has been many, many brahmgyani women.

For now and at present times, your best bet for finding a Brahmgyani is SGGS.
