i mite jus shave ma head

Its really bad now!, i mean my hairline is only slightly recieded but my hair on top is VERY thin. any1 got any tips for gettin ma hair back. i.e diet, oils etc etc

Ma mum says to let her massage ma head but i dont want her to rub away my current hair.

PS my hair isnt very long (about shoulder length), it hasnt ever been but it has always been VERY thick unitl now, im only 22 aswell so it surely cant be baldness!!

point 4: well the internet is a big problem, theres porn all over the place and to easy to access. I may need to cncel my internet in order to stop this because the urge comes now n again to watch sum porn!

i must say when decided to keep ma kesh i focused on points 1,4,5 (the others were already engraved in2 me by parents)

i think point 4 is neglected by a lot of singhs (esp. older gneration)

the majorty of people who i know who have cut kesh etc have dun so only for girls!!! which is a bit fukd up

id like to see a day where 'sikh' boys decide to alow chasin girls n step up to the plate n be a 'singh'

sum interesting replies, as for trying to stop my lust via yoga, havnt tried it however i do go gym regularly and take out sum aggression there (imagine how bad it would b if ididnt go gym!)

i think things like the half naked girls at uni are aiding to my lust problems, but then i again i should hav the power to stop/control the lust.
