Hello everyone I have question that is bothering me for a while n hope someone can answer it.
i have been doing Naam abhyaas for couple years and what is bothering me is when am reciting my body especially my arms get very stiff my hands r litterly clenched and my breathing gets faster n feels like am under some heavy pressure n my body is trying to get away from underneath it really hard for me to put in words it's like someone is trying to pull my arms , and recently I started seeing colors like sky blue red saffron anybody can plz answer what that experience is I would be very thankful. I tried many threads but nobody has asked this specific question or maybe I have missed can anybody plz shed some thoughts of my journey thx again.
