  1. Bhai sahib as per hukam of sangat ji, let's agree to disagree with each other. Daas regrets any act if done in Haumai. Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  2. Sorry Bhai sahib Ji if I am seem to be arrogant and egoistic. I just feel so sad that today Sikhs are so much into adopting modern filmy morals than gurmat. I don't claim myself to be a Giani or I am the one who can understand Gurbani accurately. Gurbani is Agaadh Bodh. Whatever I am speaking is not based on what I have learned from reading Gurbani myself. I have just written down the opinion of a Brahmgyami Gurmukh Sachkhand Vasi Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Ji. In his book, Gurmat Gauravta he has highlighted the superiority of Gurmat over all other mats in this world. This modern day thinking that all religions are just different paths to Vaheguru is purely blasphemy. Without giving your head to Satguru Nanak Dev Ji, no-one can attain liberation and that's the main point. If I am spreading any negativity on the forum then I ask for forgiveness at the feet of all the sangat here. If I acted in Haumai then please give maafi to this Daas. As your hukam, I will not post anything on this thread now. May Guru sahib give Bibek Budhi to all Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  3. The followers can't because the person whom they follow encourages them to worship himself. Sri Dasam Granth Says Mahadev Achut Kehvaayo Bisan Aap Hee Ko Thhehrayo [Shiv called himself blotless and Vishnu called himself the Supreme] Brahma Aap Parabrahm Bakhana Prabh ko Prabhu na kinhoo jaana [Brahma called himself Parabrahm but none could comprehend the lord] So, my point is that the followers of these devte will listen to their guidance only, right? And when their followers will ask them who to worship, Shiv Ji will say worship me, Vishnu will say worship me and Brahma will say worship me. So, followers will obviously worship the devte only and not Vaheguru and hence can't attain liberation.
  4. The same bani also says Simrit Sastra Punn Paap Beechaarde Tathe Saare Na Jaani [The Vedas discriminate between good and evil but don't know the essence of reality] Tatai Saar Na Jaani Guru Bajau Tatai Saar Na Jaani [Without the true guru they can't know the essence of reality]
  5. Seriously who has the right to Alter bani? By saying Guru Angad Dev Ji altered original version of Japji sahib, whosoever said this is committing a great sin. Poore ka kiya sab kichh poora Ghatt Vadh Kichh nahe [The works and creation of the Perfect one are all perfect like him] This is just a manmati story by a manmat banda. And this story is so illogical and perhaps, I thank GurU Gobind Singh Ji who did a karamaat on Vaisakhi 1699. You say that Guru Angad Dev Ji altered the pauri so that no-one else can do the karamaat of making the dead alive done by reading that pauri. On Vaisakhi 1699 Guru Gobind Singh Ji cut off the heads of 5 devoted people and then recited 5 banis while stirring is khanda in a baata full of water and pataase. Then he sprinkled a few drops of that Amrit on the bodies of the dead men and put it in their mouth and they became alive! Guru Khalsa Panth knows that procedure and can still make a dead person alive with that amrit provided that there are Rehitvaan Naam Rasiye Gurmukhs in Panj Pyaare. Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  6. Veer Ji, Satguru Guru Nanak Dev Ji are one with Vaheguru. Satguru Ji are Vaheguru himself. Vaheguru himself came in Kalyug in form of Guru Nanak Dev Ji to spread the divine message and liberate people by giving then naam. There is only difference in form. Vaheguru is nirgun in whom gursikh merges back like a drop goes into the ocean. And Satguru is sargun saroop of Vaheguru which we can see. When we say that Brahmgyani becomes one with Vaheguru then we mean that now they have become a roop of Vaheguru only. It's just like a river has joined the ocean back. But this doesn't mean that Brahmgyami becomes Vaheguru. Brahmgyanis are forever alive and live in Sachkhand praising Vaheguru who lives with them. "Sachkhand waise Nirankaar" Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  7. Yes, Gurbani is for the whole human race. And you know what Gurbani says to the whole human race? Bin Satgur kinne na paayeo Bin Satgur kinne na payea [Noone can achieve anything (includes liberation) without Satguru and Satguru is Guru Nanak Dev Ji only] Amrit Peevoh Sadaa Chir Jeevoh [O siblings of destiny take the Holy Amrit and live forever!] Peevoh Pahaul Khandetaar Hoye Janam Suhelaa [Drink the KHANDE DI PAHAUL and reap the profit of this human life, that is, liberation] Satgur kai Bhaane Jo Chalai Har Saeti Ralliya [ One who follows the hukam of the True Guru merges back into Vaheguru] Still any doubt left? Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  8. By reading Vedas and reciting its mantras one can no doubt reach an avastha. One may even go in samadhi. But you know what guru sahib says, Sidhs go in samadhi and are tired of it but still are not able to realize God. Trimandeep Singh
  9. Yes you are right one doesn't Need to be a Sikh to sing Gurbani. Everyone has a right to praise Vaheguru and everyone should have access to truth. However, only those who adopted Gurbani as their SATGURU (Sikhs) will be liberated. Trimandeep Singh
  10. A vedic Hindu can't be called a vedic Hindu if he doesn't worship Shiv Ji /Vishnu Ji because these are the God as per Vedas. You are right. Gurbani is against Worshipping of these demi gods. Hence a vedic Hindu doesnt worship Vaheguru. Now if you say what if the Hindus start worshipping Vaheguru? Answer is they will no longer remain a Hindu if they don't worship Shiv/Vishnu because then they would have to reject the Vedas. Trimandeep Singh
  11. Muslims practice fasting, do Halal, bow in one direction while Namaz and bow in front of kabars (dead people coffin). A person who practices all this can't do bhagti. If you say, a Muslim who doesn't do all this will attain Sachkhand if he praises Allah then also you are wrong. The time a 'Muslim' rejects these rituals, he will automatically be kicked out of Islam because he rejected the ideals Quran and Hadith. A person can only get a place in Sachkhand when he renounces such pakhand and empty rituals. And as per Gurmat, all these religions have some or the other empty rituals. Hence only Sikhi is the way.
  12. Veerji, you are mistaken, here Kabir Ji is not talking about the Khalsa which was formally prakash-ed by Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Here Khalse means pure.
  13. Veerji, in Bachittar Natak Guru sahib clearly says that these prophets didn't attain liberation and fall into the Lakh Chaurasi because they weren't able to overpower their ego. I don't remember the pankti but Guru Sahib said that Brahma kept contemplating the Vedas thinking that he knows god but he kept thinking and died. If the writer of Vedas (Brahma) didn't achieve liberation then how can the readers of Vedas (Hindus) achieve liberation. It should be noted that a Hindu is required to strictly follow Vedas and Shastras. And Guru sahib says, Ram Rahim Puran Kuran Anek Kahe mat Ek na manyo (I don't believe in the message that Vedas give about Ram and the Quran about Rahim) Thus means that Vedas and Quran are not the absolute truth. If the Hindu Dieties and the writers of Bible, Vedas and Quran didnt liberation then how can their followers attain liberation? Trimandeep Singh
  14. Bhai sahib, in a worldly sense you may find countless solutions to a problem but here we are talking about the TRUTH. Truth is ONE and Eternal. There is only one truth. We know that different religions have the same message but their interpretation of God is different. However, only ONE Dharam exists. Sarab Dharam mein Shrest Dharam Har ko Naam Jap Nirmal Karam. Out of all the interpretations/religions of God we have today, only one is ABSOLUTE TRUTH. Islam allows Halal but it is prohibited in Hinduism and Sikhism. Christianity says Jesus is the only way but Sikhism says he was a prophet and a creation of Akaal Purakh. Hinduism says the trimurti, Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva are the form of one God only whereas guru sahib says, Maahadev ko kehat Sada shiv Nirankaar ka cheenat neh bhiv (These people think Shiv is the True Timeless Being but these fools don't know the secret of Akaal Purakh) Islam and Hinduism promotes fasting. It is a very important element of both. Bhagat Kabir Ji says Chhodeh Ann Kareh Pakhand (Fasting is purely an empty ritual) So we come to the conclusion that all of these different religions follow some or other rituals which have Been labelled as PAKHAND by Guru sahib. If Muslim doesn't fast, he no longer remains a Muslim. If a Hindu no longer worships Shiv/Vishnu/Krishna Ji then he no longer remains a Hindu. Thus non Sikhs have to leave their religion to stop doing pakhand (fasting, idol worship) which are an integral part of their religion. A person needs do free his mind from pakhand to do bhagti, and hence needs to become a bemukh from their own religion to do bhagti. Thus, non Sikhs can't reach Sachkhand by following their religion. Trimandep Singh
  15. Bhai sahib, First of all, the purpose of all human beings is to get a place in Sachkhand. One who gets place in Sachkhand, means he has been liberated. If a non Sikh can reach Sachkhand then you are saying that one can get liberation and reach Vaheguru WITHOUT Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The purpose of Guru Nanak Dev Ji was to reveal the Satnaam in Kalyug and liberate people. If people were already being liberated and would have gone to Sachkhand without adopting Guru sahib as Guru then Guru Nanak Dev Ji wouldn't even have come in the first place because liberation is the ultimate goal of human life. That is the most precious joon because only humans can do bhagti to attain liberation. In Bachittar Natak, Guru Gobind Singh Ji writes his conversation with Akaal Purakh. Akaal Purakh Ji says that he sent so many avatars and mahapurush like Shiv Ji, Krishna Ji, Brahma Ji, Vishnu Ji, Gautama Budhha, Muhammad, and so many countless prophets to spread the truth but they got overpowered by ego and instead asked people to worship themselves instead of Vaheguru. Akaal Purakh Ji said to Guru Gobind Singh Ji to take birth in Kalyug and spread the right dharma; which means that before his prakash, the whole world was worshipping someone who was not God. All non Sikhs obviously worship the creation of God. Before guru Nanak Dev Ji, there was no absolute truth revealed which means that all those who didn't follow the dharma of Guru Nanak weren't liberated. Those who get liberated don't require anything else. They have got everything. But Guru Nanak Dev Ji had to come because the people before him must be lacking something. They may not have something. What was that? Naam. And if you still say that non Sikhs who don't worship the true God get a place in Sachkhand, which means they got liberation then what extra do those people get who actually worshipped the true God, ie, Akaal Purakh? Do they get to sit more near to Vaheguru? Since you have mentioned Guru Nanak Dev Ji as the Greatest Master so the people who adopted him as their guru must have received something more than those who adopted other gurus (inferior to Guru Nanak), right? When you say that Sikhism says that Sikhs don't have exclusivity to Sachkhand, then please give any evidence from Gurbani. (I know you will not be able to find since it doesn't even exist.) You need to know Gurmat Karam Philosophy to understand this concept. Gurmat doesn't say that if you don't worship God, you will have to live in eternal hell, like Christianity and Islam. Gurmat says you will land up near those whom you worship. Even Gurbani says that those who worship the devi (Hindu goddesses) they become a woman in their next life. Those who worship Shiv Ji, they will land in Shiv Puri, those who worship Krishna Ji, they will land up in Baikunth, those who worship Allah, they will land up in Jannat, those who worship Budhaa, they will land up in Nirvana and those who worship the True creator, they land up in Sachkhand, the highest heaven of all. Shiv Puri, Baikunth, Jannat, Nirvana, all of these are heavens are in Giaan Khand and people who land up here enjoy various kind of pleasures but only temporarily. Then they again take birth because they are not liberated. People live in Sachkhand permanently. Guru sahib also gives his orders in Rehatnamey that a Khalsa shouldn't eat from hands of non Sikhs. This is because only Khalsa is purest of the pure. Non Sikhs may keep themselves physical hygienic but without naam, they cannot wash their minds completely. Gurbani says, ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋ ਬੋਲੀ ਬਿਖੁ ਲਾਦੀ ਸਿਰਿ ਭਾਰਾ Without Naam, the mortal has no friend and carries loads of sins on his head If a mortal has so many loads of sins then how do you expect non Sikhs who haven't even received naam from Satguru, get liberated. They can't even wash away their sins. For non Sikhs who haven't received naam, Gurbani says Gurmukh Laaha Lai Gaye Manmukh Challe mool gavaaiye jeeo (The gurmukhs reap profits and reach Vaheguru whereas the Manmukhs depart and regret.) And Gurbani also defines who gurmukh is. One who follows the teachings of the True Guru, Guru Nanak is called a Gurmukh. And respected Bhai sahib, if you still don't agree with me, then I would just request you to tell me the purpose of coming of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and how can one be liberated without getting naam which is given by Satguru Ji Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  16. Bhai sahib I had written my post just with the concern that Guest Shaheed doesn't follow anything that opposes the Maryada given by Panj. The opinion given by you seems non gurmat. If one can't follow the Maryada given by Panj and goes to take Amrit at Amrit Sanchaar of any other jatha, then it is purely Manmat. You are clearly ignoring and showing your back to the Panj, from whom you took Amrit. Before taking Amrit, you are asked to offer your head and hence you can't do anything opposite to the Rehat given by Panj. Though Panth Maryada allows consumption of jhatka but if the Panj instructed you to not eat ANY type of meat then accept it as Satbachan and follow it with Tan Mann Dhan. Taking your opinion, if one doesn't want to do Amrit Vela then he may again go to take Amrit from any other Gurudwara whose Panj don't mention Amrit Vela as a MANDATORY Rehat. Now, replying to Guest Shaheed Ji. Veerji if the Panj ordered you or commanded you to ear meat like once a month or after any other certain period, then you should surely follow their hukam. But if they only said that you are 'allowed' to eat jhatka but don't consider it mandatory, then you are surely not violating their hukam by being vegetarian. Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  17. Guest Shaheed Ji, one thing concerns me. You asked if it is okay to take Amrit from a jatha who has a little different Rehat than that you want to follow. From experience of gursikhs, I would say that whatever Rehat that the Panj Pyaare commanded you to keep, you should accept it as sat bachan, even if it doesn't fall in line with the Maryada you want to follow. Eg: At AKJ, they tell you Keski as a Kakkar in place of kesh. So, suppose you are more inclined towards taksaal then you would believe Kesh as a Kakaar. But still you would have to follow Rehat given by Panj no matter what. You can't separate keski from your body just like a Kirpan. I didn't want to touch any jathebandi differences here. I was just concerned if you follow something slightly different than what Panj instructed you at Amrit Sanchaar. Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  18. Bhai sahib Ji, I would suggest you follow Soulfinder's advice. Please keep these things a secret. You can ask about these things to any kamai waala gurmukh you know. Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  19. Bhai sahib Ji, the furmaan, "Nanak Brahmgyami Aap parmeshur" has been wrongly interpreted by you. In this ashtpadhi Dhan Guru Arjan Dev Ji mentions that only Akaal Purakh, Satguru and High Avastha Gursikhs are brahmgyamis which also verifies my point in previous post that non Sikhs can't attain brahmgyami avastha. Coming to your point, the gur furmaan, "Nanak Brahmgyami aap Parmeshur" doesn't mean that Brahmgyani becomes Akaal Purakh but this means that Akaal Purakh is also brahmgyami. This doesn't imply that Akaal Purakh is only a brahmgyami and hence his glory is same as that of brahmgyami gurmukhs. Brahmgyami means one who realizes jot of Vaheguru in himself. As Akaal Purakh knows himself, so he is a brahmgyami and same with Satguru Ji. Now, refuting your logic. Guru sahib also writes, "Brahmgyami sab shrist ka karta" Does this mean that Baba Deep Singh Ji or Bhai Gurdaas Ji or any other Brahmgyami created this creation? Obviously No. This vaak means that Brahmgyami is the one who created this whole creation- Akaal Purakh. You are right in saying that Vaheguru acts through his gursikhs and mahapurush. Guru Gobind Singh Ji in chandi di Vaar writes that you gave power to Raam to kill the evil Ravan with his bow, you gave power to durga to kill the mighty demons, you gave Krishna the power to knock out Kansa holding his hairs and you created the demons to break the ego of demi gods. Also he sends gursikhs on earth like Sant Gurbachan Singh Bhindranwaale for chardikala of Panth but that doesn't mean that his brahmgyani gursikhs start giving naam to anyone. A brahmgyami gursikh can never go against guru sahib's will to give naam to anyone. Guru Gobind Singh Ji works through Panj pyaare in Amrit Sanchaar. But this doesn't mean that the Panj Pyaare are Vaheguru himself or they are the ones giving naam. A brahmgyami purush when himself worships someone else(Vaheguru) then why would he make himself guru of someone. Naam is only given by Satguru Ji not through a brahmgyani. When Gurbani says that there is no difference between a brahmgyami and Vaheguru that means they have become one with Vaheguru. They show us a reflection of Vaheguru. But this doesn't mean that we start worshipping brahmgyamis because there is no difference between them. This 'difference' is in the context that they have merged back into Vaheguru and hence no difference. When we say there is no difference between Guru Nanak and Vaheguru, this means that Vaheguru's jot is in him. Vaheguru's sargun roop is Guru Nanak. But we will merge back into nirgun roop Vaheguru only. Yes you can say that Guru sahib is omnipresent but guru sahib is just a from in which Akaal Purakh manifests himself. Akaal Purakh in pargat roop is guru Nanak. And we can have darshan of Guru Nanak Dev Ji but we can only experience Vaheguru. We can't see Vaheguru in his nirgun roop because he is FORMLESS. Please see this video and all your doubts will be cleared. Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  20. Respected Noobhere and Paapiman, I would like to correct you here. Firstly, a pooran brahmgyami is not a Satguru/like a Satguru. The only Satguru is Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Secondly, noone can merge back into Vaheguru without seeking the sanctuary of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj. If you can attain liberation by just having a guru who has really high avastha/or is brahmgyami then why not accept Hindu dieties as your guru because the purpose of human life is to attain liberation. What is the need of Guru Nanak? One who worship the True Almighty and another who worships the creation of Almighty can't reach the same destination. You gave to take Amrit, jap naam, do Sewa and only then you can get a place in Sachkhand. Only those souls who have been accepted in Sachkhand get liberated. Bhagats who worship Hindu dieties land up in Gian Khand temporarily to enjoy the pleasures of heavens. But then they are again sent on earth. If you can attain liberation by making a brahmgyami your guru then make Baba Nand Singh Ji, Sant Isher Singh Ji, Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji or Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Ji your guru because all of them are in Sachkhand and attained brahmgyami avastha during their human life. But will you get liberation? No. If you ask them to make your their 'sikh' they would immediately interrupt and instead encourage you to make Guru Nanak your guru and take Khande di pahaul. And when Gurbani talks about these mahapurush, guru sahib never uses the word liberated for them. They were saved. But this doesn't mean that they were saved from cycle of birth and death. Ganika, the prostitute was also saved but not liberated by meditating on the mantra of Ram. I am not sure if Dhroo meditated on Kirtam naam or Sat Naam. But if he got liberation, then certainly Guru Nanak Dev Ji would have given him his darshan and instilled within him the true naam when he went into the forests and did bhagti. If he had some other saadh sant as his Guru, then he shouldn't have been liberated. This modern Manmat philosophy that all religions are merely different to paths to Vaheguru is blasphemy. Gurmat doesn't acknowledge this. Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  21. Bhai sahib ji, I humbly ask you to please quote any of my point that you found wrong or manmat. I would request you to continue to debate on this but in a healthy manner. I would like to know your pakh (point) also. Guru sahib kirpa karan Trimandeep Singh
  22. sakar roop of guru sahib as in keeping a photo in front? If this is what you are saying, then I would not recommend this. Having a photo of guru sahib while japping naam helps a lot but in short run only. A very experienced naam abhiyasi gurmukh Bhai Raghbir Singh Bir writes when he reached a higher avastha, he couldn't focus on meditating on the nirgun roop of vaheguru. May guru sahib bless you consistent amrit vela, strength to fight sleep and remain steadfast when maaya attacks you. If you continue to read lots of bani, you'll surely have a divine experience when you receive khande baate di pahaul. guru rakha Trimandeep Singh Trimandeep Singh
  23. Yes, Amrit resides inside us. But we can drink it from inside only when we become a Sikh of guru, do Amrit Vela, do lots of naam abhyaas and Gurbani abhyaas and then finally, Amrit trickles down and gurmukh tastes it. I don't have much knowledge. You can read books of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Ji- Anhad Shabad Dasam Duaar and Gurmat Naam Abhyaas Kamayee. If you read these two books, you'll get a clear understanding. Maafi ji Trimandeep Singh
  24. Were Bhagat Kabir and Bhagat Farid Ji amritdhari? Yes, they had taken charan pahaul/charan Amrit from lotus feet of Satguru Nanak Dev Ji. In historic documents, their meeting has been mentioned in Ayodhya (with Bhagat Kabir Ji) and many other Bhagats like Bhagat Pipa Ji were also there. It is said that at the end of the conversation they had, Bhagat Kabir Ji begged for naam. Sache Patshah laughingly said, "you already know everything!". But then they became Sikhs of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Before meeting Guru Nanak Dev Ji, they meditated on Kirtam Naam, not Sat Naam. With Kirtam naam they attained enlightenment and purified they minds to an extent but without Sat Naam noone can have Darshan of Vaheguru and cannot get liberation. Also, after they became Sikhs, their writings that they wrote AFTER becoming sikhs were recorded by guru sahib and finally got into place in Aad Sri Guru Granth Sahib. You said, "Bin naame mukt na pavai koi, bin satgur ko naam na pavai" You have helped me instead lol. In this pankti Satguru is mentioned, who is the sargun saroop of Vaheguru. It's true that naam is given by vaheguru. But in which form? He has three forms, sargun, nirgun and Shabad. Which one? Yes, we get naam by offering our head to sargun roopi Vaheguru, that is Guru Sahib. And Guru Sahib gives us naam through guru roopi Panj pyaare. Guru sahib works through his Panj rehitvaan naam rasiye gurmukhs. You said, anyone can chant naam. But this is wrong. Naam isn't just like any other mantra. You need to sacrifice something to get it, that is by offering your head to Satguru. There are endless panktis to support my point that naam is given by Satguru only. And having shradha/faith in Satguru is different from surrendering yourself to Satguru. You get naam only after surrendering yourself to Satguru, that is take Amrit. I again request you to watch the video whose link I pasted. And the video makers can be trusted because of their kamai, gyaan and the sangat of gursikhs they have done. Bhul chuk maaf Trimandeep Singh
  25. I may not seem correct but these are not my vichar but those of tyar bar tyar sarblohi gursikhs. They say that a non amritdhari shouldn't chant naam as one gets naam from Guru roop Panj pyaare only. This video will answer your question. Also, you should do lots of abhyaas of bani than naam. https://m.facebook.com/Gurmatbibek/videos/388824204970543/ Daas, Trimandeep Singh
