    Absolutely correct jee!!
    Everyone's not at at the same Aatmak state... So never judge anyone on why he does this or why he doesn't... 
    BTW, Guru Saheb says--
    ਬਾਦੁ ਬਿਬਾਦੁ ਕਾਹੂ ਸਿਉ ਨ ਕੀਜੈ ॥
    ਰਸਨਾ ਰਾਮ ਰਸਾਇਨੁ ਪੀਜੈ ॥੨॥
