This is my understanding. I believe Guru Ji is talking about the dancing of the mind, when your in prayer thinking of something else while praying, you mind isnt set on praying and your prayers are done half hearted. When the mind is still, then you can attain oneness. But Guru Ji also says that your mind should dance to God. I dont think Guru Ji was taking about Physical dancing but I think it depends on individuals understanding.

Meaning in reality theres only one dharam. All texts have similar messages about God. Each text is taking about the same God. If you see the one God in different texts you've grasped the ultimate reality or truth.

But i dont think that animals earn karma, they just live in these forms and follow their base instincts. When they die they move up until they enter the human kingdom at some point.. i dont think there is any karma involved with those souls that travel from the mineral kingdom, -> animal kingdom -> human kingdom.. i think that the souls who travel the opposite way are taking these bodies due to karma... im not sure though, but this is what i read once

Amardeep, karma is a action. They are both good and bad actions. I believe even the animals are effect by karma and have some sort of Dharma or way of life?
