  1. I know I couldnt repond because my knowledge is 'pathetic', BUT the point about RSS propaganda being spread is valid. Maybe he should apologise for saying such a thing which was taken from a RSS booklet, that says blasphemous lies about Guru Jee and the Amrit Ceremony. They seem to use Nihang this , Nihang that ..... but all they are doing is using a samprada that hasn't got much of a voice as a medium to spread lies and deceit about the Sikh religion. Be that through a historical context or through a mythical context i.e. "If you talk to spritiual Nihangs...." Challenge_Everything are you sponsored by EA Sports [/font:55b362c321]BTW .... lol)
  2. What I am complaining about..... ummm nothing really just making aware of stuff like this, especially the young influential ones, who come onto these forums and read posts like above "If you talk to spritual nihungs, they will tell you ......" which is just pure RSS propaganda going down ...

  4. Know Your Hindu Fundamentalism [/font:9455a11ebd] Brahmanic Terrorist Organisations The Sangh Parivar Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) National Volunteers Association The RSS was founded in 1925 by the Maratha Brahmin Keshav Baliram Hegdewar [ Biju ] on the Aryan Vaishnava Holy day of Vijaya Dashami (the 10th day of the moon) when the Aryan invader Rama destroyed the Dravidian Empire of Lanka [ Sangh ]. This was done to symbolise its inherent anti-Sudra nature. Its organisation is highly skewed, with the Sar Sangh Chalak (supreme dictator) at the top [ Roots ]. This person can only be a Brahmin. It is the successor of Vivekananda and Arya Samaj in the Neo-Brahmanist fundamentalist movement. The militia is organised around local cells or `shakas' where weapons are distributed to its hardcore members, who are drilled in a vigorous program of harsh discipline. Vishnu temples serve as repositories of weapons as well as centers of dissemination of its racist ideology of Aryan supremacy. Its only leaders have been blue-eyed Sarasvat Brahmins, a condition enshrined in its constitution. The Brahmin Golwalkar, the second leader of the RSS, was trained as one of the hardcore followers of Vivekananda. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Indian People's Party Its top leaders are all hardcore Brahminist RSS cadres. All its leaders have been Brahmins too. Generally, RSS cadre graduate to the BJP. VHP (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) World Hindu Council The council was established on August 29, 1964 in Bombay, Maharastra [ Biju ] with a political objective of establishing the supremacy of Hinduism all over the world. It obtains funds and recruits from Aryan Hindus all across the globe, especially from the US, UK and Canada and has grown to become the main fund-raising agency of Brahmanist Fundamentalism. The council was instrumental in the demolition of the holiest Islamic shrine in Oudh, the Babri Masjid at Ayodhya and has organised several massacres of Muslims and Christians. It is in the forefront in the call for a Hindu Rashtra, a Hindu State ethnically cleansed of its non-Aryan populations. Bajrang Dal Party of Hanuman The militant wing of the VHP, it was formed "to counter `Sikh militancy' " during the Sikh Genocide of 1983-84 [ Bajrang ]. Created with the objective of the eradication of Sikhs which it has termed "Muslims in disguise", its cadres fought alongside Congress-backed Hindutva militias during the massacre of 200,000 Sikhs under Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi. Recruits carry a " knife-like trident to be slung across the shoulder - an answer to the Sikh kirpan " [ Bajrang ]. It has subsequently expanded its targets to include Muslims and Christians as well. Ranvir Sena Army of Ranvir The militia was founded in 1994 by `the merger of several upper-caste private armies such as the Savarna Liberation front and the Sunlight Sena' [ Rama ] in order to combat Maoist Dalit organisations. It is essentially the Brahmin private army of Bihar. Enjoying clandestine Government support, the organisation is devoted to anti-Dalit terrorism and the preservation of the Vedic apartheid system. Its militiamen are known to be heavily armed with the most modern weaponry which is financed by the VHP, and the Sena has openly claimed responsibility for numerous massacres of landless Dalit Blacks and mass rapes of Dalit women. Human Rights Watch estimates the private army has been responsible for more than 400 deaths [ HRW ]. Shiv Sena Shivaji's Army The Shiva Sena arose as a movement amongst Congress members. It intitially unleashed a `physical annihilation' of Communists (who were mainly Black) and against Dalits, and organised the mass murder of Bombay's once-influential Black South Indian communities (`lungiwallahs') and Gujaratis [ Roots ]. Subsequently, it engaged in the mass murder of 3000 Muslims [ Sri ] ABVP Indian Universities Council This front comprises students of Hindu religious schools (vidyalayas). It has expanded its base by infiltration into `secular' universities. Its higher-ranking cadres are well-equipped with weaponry; they often organise communal campus disturbances against Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Buddhists and Jains. Most of its members graduate to become hardcore RSS and VHP militants. Indian National Congress Party Congress Also known as the `Soft Hindutva' wing of the Sangh Parivar, it practices Hindutva under the deceptive guise of Pseudo-Secularism. The Congress Prime Minister of India, Narasimha Rao the Brahmin, engineered the demolition of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya. It plunged Asia into a nuclear arms race when Indira Gandhi the Brahmani exploded India's first nuclear bomb in 1974. It followed the Kautilyan policies of Pandit Nehru. The list of its Presidents have been mainly Brahmin with a few Brahminist castes : Pandit Nehru, Pandit Shastri, Panditani Indira Gandhi, `Rama' Rajiv. Rajiv Gandhi invaded Sri Lanka to support the Aryan Sinhalese government in its extermination of Indigenous Dravidans, an act which has been termed `Ramaite in its Fascist tendency.' Hindutva was greatly aided by the Congress, " Congress, also played a major role in the movement's [ Hindutva ] resurgence " [ Perry ] Balram Jhakhar, a colleague of Narsimhanrao, said that "to preserve the unity of India, if we have to eradicate 2-kror (20 millions) Sikhs, we will do so" [ Sekhon ] Congress goons fought alongside Bajrang Dal and RSS militia in the genocide of 200,000 Sikhs in 1983-4. Initially the `Brahminical Tilakites' [ Roots ] formed an important part of the party. Internal purging of opponents and non-Brahmins, eg. Gandhi led to a further strengthening of Brahmin power. The Brahmin Tilak started the revival of this party [ Chandra ]. Bharatiya Jan Sangh Indic Race Party Founded in October 1951 with the Bengal Brahmin Shyama Prasad Mookerjee as its president, who had resigned from the allied `soft' Brahminist Congress in Apil 1950 [ Chandra ] was president until he died in 1953. Its cadres were carefully chosen indoctrinated activists. The second president, the Brahmin Mauli Chandra Sharma resigned in 1954 to protest against RSS domination of the party. It strove for an `Akhand Bharat' [ Chandra ] ethnically cleansed of its Muslim, Christian and Black Sudroid Populations. Hindu Mahasabha Great Congress of Hindus The Sabha began as `an extremist wing of the Congress Party' [ Perry ] and was founded by the Maratha Brahmin Vinayak Damodar Sarvarkar. Influenced by `German racism' [ Letter ] Sarvarkar sought to establish a racially pure Hindu state ethnically cleansed of its non-Hindu populations. Sarvarkar's followers were involved in the brutal assasinations of of Sir Wyllie [ Sarvar ]. HSC (Hindu Students Council) World Hindu Council The `student wing' of the VHP [ Biju ]. It conducted the the World Vision 2000 conference in Washington D.C in 1993 which was a celebration over the destruction of Babri Masjid and the attendant genocide of 5,000 Muslims [ Biju ]. It is involved in setting up hardcore Hindutva websites across the internet, spewing hatred against Christians, Muslims, Buddhists and Sikhs. Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS) Hindu Volunteers Association The HSS was formed in the US in the 1980s, ` openly claiming allegiance to the founding principles of the RSS' [ Biju ], in order to organise Hindu terrorists in America. Arya Samaj Society of Aryans Founded by Dayanand Sarasvat (born 12 Feb 1824) [ Rao ] Swami Dayanand established the Arya Samaj in 1875. The Dayanand Anglo Vaidic schools (DAVs) are its propaganda wing, designed to raise a generation of brainwashed militants. Most of its students go on to become hardcore RSS and ABVP members. The Arya Samaj is the fountain of the Hindutva movement : `The rise of Hindu nationalism can be traced to the Arya Samaj in the late nineteenth century' [ Perry ]. Dayananad Sarasvati was a bigoted anti-Islamist. This is what he had to say regarding Islam : " Such teachings deserve to be utterly discarded. Such a book [ Quran ], such a prophet [ Mohammed ] and such a religion [ Islam ] do nothing but harm. The world would be better off without them. Wise men would do well to discard a religion so absurd and accept the Vedic faith which is absolutely free from error." [Polemics], [ Sarasvati, p.633 ] The raison-d'etre of the Arya Samaj was anti-Islamism and anti-Sikhism : " Both of the early leaders of the militant Aryas, Pandit Lekh Ram and Lala Munshi Ram [in 1917 he became Swami Shraddhananda], died at the hands of Muslim assassins as a direct result of their involvement in communal activities -- polemics and conversions. Lekh Ram was killed in 1897 due to hostile exchanges with the Ahmadiya sect of Qadian. Shraddhanand was murdered in 1926 due to his shuddhi activities in Delhi and the United Provinces." [ Polemics ] Ram Rajya Parishad Council of the Kingdom of Ram Formed with the explicit purpose of re-establishing Ram-Rajya (the Empire of Ram), its goal was the elimination of Sudroid Blacks (Dalits, Dravidians, Adivasis, Kolarians) and to establish a racially pure Aryan nation on the lines of Ram-Rajya. Jan Sangh, the Hindu Mahasabha and the Ram Rajya Parishad was 10 seats with 6.4 per cent of the votes. [ Chandra ] By 1967 it had disappeared. http://www.dalitstan.org/journal/politics/hindutva/what.html
  5.  lol.... just been watching Tabay Roas Jageo Video - Documentry on RSS downloaded from : http://www.khalsaalliance.org/ (about 55 minutes into video) (Please watch and Can somebody post the translation in english) and he is talking about this..... this is actually from a RSS propaganda booklet written in Hindi called "Sangat Sandesh" and in it describes the amrit sanchaar and says that Guru Gobind Singh had devi-devteh .... he explains what kalyug this booklet is saying .... it goes through all the Amrit Sanchaar and Kakkars and what this booklet says for example Hanumaan was meant to give his own Kashera .... and a Giani Sahib (I think Bhai Sahib Bhai Dit Singh) says that a Brahmin said to him this once and Giani Dit Singh replied "How many Keshera did Hanumaan have ?" , the Brahmin replied "He had 1 Keshera, that Ram gave him" Giani Dit Singh "He was Behsharam, he gave his Keshera to Guru Jee and walked away naked ?" lol.. also A Sikh kid asked him about Amrit and said that her class teacher told her that the Keshera she was wearing was blessed from hanumaan.... he was about to reply to this ....but before he could ... another Sikh kid put his hand up and asked to reply to this... he said your welcome... she said something like "I had a teacher who said this to me aswell ..... and I replied if your hanumaan wore a keshera then why are you not wearing one .....also everyone knows that hanumaan is a monkey .... then there must of been a hole in the back of the Keshera for his tail ... after that the teacher never said anything to her about this again" This Sangat Sandesh booklet also says before giving Amrit that Guru Gobind Singh Jee called three Brahmins and then washed their feet and drank that as charan amrit. After that Guru Gobind Singh called chandi devi and said that we cannot shave in battle as there is no time in battle so we let us keep kes. Sorry if i didnt explain clearly....Just watch the video

  8. You are the one who said it was petty. Please read your previous post. This representation be it 16th/17th or 18th century is offensive. Please do not justify it by means of it being a historical piece. It is depicting Guru Nanak Dev Jee as hindu ....... lets not go round circles please ..... Q. Do you find any pictures that depict Guru Nanak Dev Jee as part of hinduism offensive?
  9. RSS / VHP attack on Sikhs and other minorities is not petty... it probably is to you .... but that is your problem
  10. hoie isK isr topI DrY ] swq jnm kuStI huie mrY ] hoe sikh sir ttopee dhharai || saath janam kushattee hue marai || He who as a Sikh places a hat on their head; will be reborn seven times as a leper. Thankhaanama Bhai Nand Laal Jee (obviously you have higher Sikh sources than Bhai Nand Lal Jee......... and you see old history books as the truth.... :| )
  11. Dhan Guru Gobind Singh Jee said: Jab lag Khalsa rahe niara; tab lag tej dion mein sara. Jab eh gahe bipran ki reet; mein na karoun inki parteet. "So long as the Khalsa remains distinct and different, I shall give my whole-hearted strength to him, But when he begins to behave like a Brahmin I shall not stand by him." (bhul chuk maaf karna Jee) Funny enough I am secure about my Sikhi aswell..... but the VHP / RSS are not..... Hindu Fundametalists became insecure as our Guru's spoke and acted upon The Truth. Guru Nanak Dev Jee spoke up against the false rituals and practices, like not putting on the Janeou when Guru Jee was young. Sikhi is being attacked from all angles ..... people are trying to bring back Hindu practices and beliefs back into Sikhi i.e. like caste (they are winning in this case) The Hindu Fundamentalist are trying to Hinduise India. There is a constant attack on the Sikh faith with assimilation into hinduism. All there groups have literature, talks saying that Sikhs are Hindus ..... are you choosing to be ignorant to this ? This depiction is an insult because there is no doubt that this is one of the tools to make people think Sikhi is part of Hinduism .... This picture is depicting Guru Nanak Dev Jee Maharaaj as a hindu ...... RSS/VHP are putting posters that have this messages on them. Justifying pictures like this ...... here is another example... i guess you will find a way of justifying this aswell....
  12. Why have this website put up such an offensive peice of art on their website ? Look at the picture it is meant to be Guru Nanak Dev Jee and Guru Gobind Singh Jee .... they got Guru Nanak Dev Jee with a tilak and topi , Then they got all these Hindu Gods surrounding Guru Nanak Dev Jee and Guru Gobind Singh Jee .... this is the type of material hindu fundamentalists distribute in Punjab as they believe that Sikhs are Hindus.... and they want to Hinduise 'Mother India'. the caption says: "Akali Guru Nanak Dev Ji A Pahari painting depicting an imaginary meeting between Akali Guru Nanak Dev Ji and Akali Nihang Guru Gobind Singh Ji (bottom right and left), flanked by Ganesh (bottom left), Brahma and Saraswati (top left), Vishnu and Lakhsmi (top centre), Shiva and Parvati (top right), and Durga (bottom right), Pahari late 19th century" Imaginary or not this is offensive
  13. Do u guys remember what happened in Ayodha ? Well just read some news that the BJP/VHP/RSS are to start campaigning to build a temple there ....... http://www.business-standard.com/common/st...p;autono=185341 here some info re vhp: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/south_asia/1860202.stm Profile: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad The VHP leads the Hindu nationalist campaign in India By Rajyasri Rao BBC correspondent in Delhi The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) was founded in 1964 by a group of senior leaders from a hard-line Hindu organisation, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), to give Hindus what they believed would be a clearly defined sense of religious identity and political purpose. Hindu hardliners have grown more vocal Its founders felt the need to present Hinduism in a rigorous though simplified form which would be comparable to most other world religions. The superiority of other faiths was believed to stem from their being far less diffuse and more uniform than Hinduism. But its critics call the VHP a hardline Hindu outfit with unmistakably close ties to its parent organisation, the extremist RSS, whose objective to 'Hinduise' the Indian nation, it shares. Central to the RSS ideology has been the belief that real national unity and progress will come only when India is 'purged' of non-Hindus, or, when members of other communities subordinate themselves 'willingly' to 'Hindu superiority.' Linked groups The VHP has tended to tone down the rhetoric of Hindu supremacy and even make an occasional distinction between fellow (Muslim) citizens of the present and (Muslim) 'marauders' of the past. But the ambition of establishing a resurgent Hinduism by inculcating what some historians call a carefully constructed common 'Hindu spirit' is very much central to the VHP. The temple project enjoys a lot of support This is also something it shares with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which currently leads the Indian Government at the centre. Earlier known as the Bharatiya Jana Sangh (BJS), the BJP was established in 1951 as a political wing of the RSS to counter rising public revulsion after the revered independence figure Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated by a former RSS member. Some commentators say the party came close to obliteration in the 1960s with the Congress led by the charismatic and secular Jawaharlal Nehru, leaving little room for hardline communal politics. But a political emergency announced by Nehru's daughter, Indira Gandhi, in 1975 enabled the BJS leaders, Atal Behari Vajpayee and LK Advani among them, to gain near stardom after serving brief prison sentences. Many women have joined the hardliners' campaign But it didn't really emerge as a political presence until the early 1980s. A series of events in that decade including the mass conversion of lower-caste Hindus to Islam pushed the BJP's close affiliate, the VHP, to the forefront. Historians say the VHP-led Hindu right considered the mass conversion of "dalits" or lower-caste Hindus to Islam to be an unforgivable insult. The dalits, for centuries beholden to the upper castes, outraged Hindu hardliners by daring to convert at all, and moreover, convert to Islam. The VHP saw this as a serious threat to its notion of Hinduism. It proceeded to whip up Hindu support for a re-defined communal force, organising a series of religious meetings, cross-country marches and processions through the 1980s. This phase coincided with the launch of an electoral strategy by the BJP to corner and hold on to the "Hindu" vote. Temple controversy Following the success of their campaign, senior VHP leaders announced at a religious meeting in 1984 their programme to "liberate" a site in Ayodhya from an ancient mosque to make way for a temple to the Hindu god Ram. Some 'moderate' Hindu leaders support the VHP Analysts say this announcement heralded a turning point in the history of the Hindu nationalist movement. The VHP has since then claimed that the site belongs rightfully to Hindu worshippers who believe that the mosque stood on the birthplace of the god, Lord Ram. Although the claim does not stand up to substantial archaeological or historical scrutiny, the VHP and BJP are seen to have made possible the creation of a shared Hindu symbol that cuts through most divisions in Hindu society.
  14. http://www.newkerala.com/news-daily/news/f...ws&id=88666 VHP plans new campaign for Ram temple [World News] Raipur, March 21 : The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) is all set to launch another nationwide campaign in support of a Ram temple in Ayodhya by taking out the god's statues to "all the villages" in India. VHP general secretary Pravin Togadia lamented here that all political parties, including the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), had let down the Hindus. "The VHP has a blueprint for converting India into a Hindu nation. In the first phase, statues of Lord Ram would be sent to all villages of the country from Ayodhya to spread religious awareness," Togadia told IANS. He said artisans in Ayodhya had been trained to make small statues, which would be first dispatched to over 40,000 tribal villages where he alleged Christian missionaries were "forcibly converting people". The VHP would then reach the rural and backward areas and ask Hindus to support only those political outfits dedicated to their community's interest, Togadia said. "The majority community has to display unity to oppose the appeasement of Muslims by political parties. Otherwise, Hindus will be reduced to a minority by 2050," he said. The VHP leader said the US had lost credibility among the Hindus by refusing a visa to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. "The US has never been a friend of India. It always worked against Hindus, but in Modi's case it has been exposed," Togadia said. --Indo-Asian News Service
  15. http://www.business-standard.com/common/st...p;autono=185341 Ayodhya temple an unfulfilled desire: Advani Our Political Bureau / New Delhi April 05, 2005 On the eve of his party's silver jubilee celebrations, Bhara-tiya Janata Party (BJP) chief LK Advani today said the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya remained an “unfulfilled desire†for him and said it would have been built had the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) returned to power. He also gave a clean chit to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on the post-Godhra violence in the state saying the accusations against him were “incorrectâ€. “There remains an unfulfilled desire in my heart that the Ram temple could not be built and it was due to this urge that in 2003, in the last six months of the NDA government, that serious efforts were made in this direction,†Advani said. He said efforts would have borne fruit had the NDA got a renewed mandate. “I am confident that the ground work we had done during six months preceding the elections in respect of the Ram temple, in respect of Ayodhya—if we had been able to get renewed mandate in the Lok Sabha, it would have been a few more months that there would have been agreement between Hindus and Muslims in respect of constructing a Ram temple,†he said. Acknowledging that the Ram Janambhoomi movement had been to a “great advantage†of the BJP, he said, “I believe that our failure was not so much, not being able to reconstruct the temple, as much as the failure to get a renewed mandate.†He, however, asserted that the party’s commitment to building a Ram temple was “irreversible.†On the “popular notion†that he was responsible for the conspiracy that led to the demolition of the disputed structure in Ayodhya, he said, “I have many times (in the past) had expressed regrets over the turn of events with regard to the demolition. Things did not go as per the plans.†Asked whether the construction of the temple would have alienated the party from a large section of the society, he said, “It would have contributed greatly to even social harmony, to the Hindu-Muslim amity.†Advani said an “enduring solution†to the problem was possible only through an agreement between the two communities. “There will be dispute even after any court verdict. I have seen many verdicts not acceptable to some communities.†Meanwhile, the BJP is set to walk down the memory lane in the next two days with the party’s national executive and national council being held on days that mark the 25 years of its formation. The year-round events were flagged off by Advani today, when he inaugurated a photo exhibition showcasing the party’s journey from its Jan Sangh days. The photo exhibition appeared to be celebration of mainly absent leaders of the Jan Sangh and the BJP, like Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, and now on bed rest Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Even Balraj Madhok, who acrimoniously parted ways with the BJP, found a moment in the sun. Recalling the events, Advani said it was an emotional moment for the party. “This day— April 4, 1980— is important to us. It was on this day that the Janata Party passed a resolution throwing us out on the issue of dual membership of the RSS and the Janata Party,†said Advani. “We stood firm on our ideals and have struggled this far. We are not interested in forming a government through sleight of hand, but by getting democratically elected,†he said. He also warned the rank and file of not washing dirty linen in public. “Yesterday, when some Gujarat BJP leaders came to meet me in Ahmedabad, the press termed it a visit of protest. But it was not so. Thus I appeal to all to keep problems within the fold,†he said. The national executive of the party will be passing an omnibus resolution looking at political events and economic issues that it wishes to address. According to a senior-office bearer of the party, the resolution will do mention the Ayodhya issue, but mostly address issues such as internal security, increase in migration and the population explosion. “In fact, we are going to have a separate discussion on population explosion,†he said. The two meetings will also acknowledge that the party is still considered a party of a certain section of the society. “Our theme for the year is strengthening the organisation and spreading our social base. We will hold farmers’ rallies and rallies for Dalits, women and weaker sections,†he said. The party, which is desperately looking for a pick me up in the face of a demoralised cadre, is hoping that the harking back to a glorious past will be enough to stage a comeback.
  16. Lol ..... I am sure there are males pretending to be females on this forum .... there has been a good point made on another forum: When the Nangs first started doing their parchar in uk in 99, they would say it's okay to eat maas in war times, the same Nangs now eat maas as part of their daily food intake. now they are saying one can have sharab in times of war, i wonder if 4 yrs down the line ,they will all be in the pub everynight? the main qestion is "What defines times of war" Okay the spirtual war is ongoing for everyone in controlling their mind and i can't see how maas or sharab can help in this The pyhsical war, well as far as i know the last pyhiscal war the panth fought was 84 and after and i am not gonna go into detail on that in this post i understood the point that Singhs always need to be mentally and pysically prepared for war as the time could come anytime, but i personally think (i could be worng) that because it has been part of the khalsa martial traditonal to be ready for war we have to be prepared and to be prepared you need a common enemy BUT because at present (some could argue RSS) there is no visible enemy, the nangs need an enemy to encourage others to join 'their mighty fauj' and have made other Singhs their enemy, AS their whole admin cut-ness started around their blatent hatred of the AKJ What's the point of preparing for jang, if all your energies go on attacking (verbally) other Singhs. also there is a strong rumour in UK that at wedding parties and birthdays of Nangs, sharab as been consumed, i put strong rumour because i wasn't actually there to witness this with my own eyes so don't want to put paap on my head, but if these rumours are true then is getting p~~~~~ at your son's wedding preparing for jang? anyway its' a shame, cus i know Singhs what rather be busy doign bhagti than waste time on pettiness caused by the behaviour of Nangs in Uk chello all in Guru'jis hukam Akaal
  17. Sorry if you cannot see the Behsharam, then cant help you understand, the post is self explanatory.
  18. read the post again and u will see what Behsharam I am on about
  19. Just read this on the forums, this guy has got no shame, and no beliefs, actually his beliefs are the worse I ever heard. This guy is No Nihang, he believes more in old newspapers than Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee, the everlasting Truth. Also this guy believes in Idols at Darbar Sahib (How much is he getting paid  ), believes in adultery in 'certain' circumstances (wonder what his wife thinks of that) and Singhs used to get pissed before they went to battle (obviously this guy likes to judge the whole of Sikh history by his standards) : "On March 27th, 2005 Parmjit Singh whom I heard belongs to the UK Nihung Jatha came to Toronto to speak in a conference organised by a Sikh organisation here. We found out about his arrival and decided to attend the conference. Some Singhs reached there at 11:30am but I and four other Singhs reached there around 3pm. Couple of minutes after our arrival, Parmjit Singh started his lecture. He began his lecture by complaining how the definition of Sikhi was so broad in old days and how it became narrow in the last century or so. Others may not have known but I knew that he was referring to the Singh Sabh movement that brought clarity in Sikhi; the clarity that had been lost because of the fact that Khalsa was busy fighting in jungles and non-Sikhs were the custodians of our gurdwaras at that time. He showed many pictures and newspaper clippings from last two hundred years. Then he showed the picture of Baba Khem Singh Bedi and he greatly showered praise on him. One of Bedi’s picture was an embodiment of Guru-dumm. It showed Bedi sitting on a throne and a person doing chaur on his head. I interrupted by raising my hand and voiced my comments that it is pure Guru-dumm to do this. Parmjit Singh said something like it was a practice of that time and also expressed his doubts on the authenticity of the picture. I was wondering, why show such a picture that can be misleading and can promote Guru-dumm. I was wondering why he showed such picture that he himself has doubts about. The lecture continued with I continuing to interrupt where I found objections. I think Parmjit Singh was a bit upset at my comments. At one point, he said something along the lines that it is unfortunate that at one time there used to be idols in the parkarma area of Darbar Sahib but some fundamental Sikhs threw them out. I immediately stood up and corrected him by informing him that it was against Gurmat to have idols at Gudwaras. He replied by saying that we should let idol-worshippers to come to Darbar Sahib. I replied back saying that even today all idol-worshippers are welcome to all Gurdwaras but these idol worshippers are not allowed to place their idols at our Gurdwaras. He said that if we let them place the idols at the parkarma, they would listen to kirtan and then perhaps change. I said that to do parchaar of Sikhi we cannot break the rules of Gurmat and maryada or Gursikhi. Others in the audience agreed with what I said. I explained that these idols and other anti-Gurmat practices had crept in our Gurdwaras because the management of our Gurdwaras was not in the hands of Khalsa at that time but in the hands of mahants who did not follow Gurmat. The Singh Sabha movement fixed these problems and maryada was once again restored in our Gurdwaras. Then he showed a picture of a woman who looked like a good and pious woman but did not look like a Sikh woman. She was wearing a Sari, had a bindi on her forehead and had earrings. Parmjit Singh said that this picture was of a Sikh woman Preacher or a Sikh missionary. I was shocked by his claim and so shocked was the sangat there and even normally mild Sikhs like the most famous Sikh lawyer of Canada – Sardar T. Sher Singh – had to speak up. He said that it was not wise or it was too early to draw conclusions from what the press reports say because even today in this age of knowledge, press does not always cover facts accurately, then how can we expect the press two hundreds years ago to be accurate. The whole audience totally applauded Sardar T. Sher Singh jee’s statement and it seemed that Parmjit Singh too had to reluctantly agree with him. So ended his presentation. By Guru Sahib’s kirpa, no parchaar of Sanatanism was done in the conference because of the stiff opposition he faced in the audience that interrupted him at any slight deviation from Gurmat. After the lecture we all came out and Parmjit Singh too came out. He and I said fateh to each other and shook hands. He expressed his desire to have a discussion with me and I readily agreed. While the third lecture started, I came out to stretch my legs and do some paath, that I saw Parmjit Sing there. He was sitting in the sitting area outside and I too sat beside him on a couch. We started having discussion. I first asked him that why do UK Nihungs put down AKJ Singhs in UK. He tried to avoid this question saying that he did not represent the UK Nihungs but I persisted. I said that I wanted to know why they had to put other organisations down to forward their agenda. He could not answer this question and asked me to name some UK AKJ Singhs who had told me this. I said it was not about persons but about ideology. I asked him why the UK Nihungs put down Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee and accuse him of being a British Agent? He could not answer this question. I then went on saying that at one time pretty much whole of Bhai Sahib’s jatha was in jail and he himself stayed in jail for 16 years. Then how could he have been a British stooge. He had no answer to this. I then asked him, about how he was preaching in the lecture that Sikhs should be tolerant to all .e.g Udasis and Nirmalay but how come UK Nihungs were not tolerant to AKJ then? I said to him, "you can hug ganjay (skinhead) Udaasee saadhoos but repulse AKJ Singhs who are in baana like you guys." He could not give any satisfactory answer to this. As we were talking there were two more Singhs with me – Baldeep Singh and Amritpal Singh. As I had finished discussing the above with him, some more Singhs came from inside. One of the Singhs, who was upset at his lecture, came directly to him and said, “You are a direct agent of Indian Governmentâ€. Hearing this, Parmjit Singh got upset and uttered an obscenity. The Singhs there respected us and restrained themselves and did not get physical with Parmjit Singh. Otherwise, they would have severely thrashed him for his stupidity. I pacified them and then asked Parmjit Singh, if he had read the first salok of 21st pauri of Siri Asa kee Vaar. I explained how Guru Sahib tells us that one who utters obscenities is against Gurmat. I told him to apologise to the Singhs. He refused to do it first but then after few minutes apologised to those Singhs. I asked Parmjit Singh, if it is okay for an amritdhari Singh to consume liquor. His answer filled not only me but everyone else there with total surprise. He responded saying that in dire circumstances consuming liquor is okay. My next question was what kind of circumstances are those in which a gursikh is allowed to drink liquor. He said that when Singhs used to go to battle or war, they used to drink liquor. He said that liquor helps one in battles. I asked him what was the position of Gurbani and Naam then? I asked him if Baba Deep Singh jee could have consumed liquor. He had no answer. Then I asked him if Gurbani allows for exceptions in drinking liquor. No answer at all. The worse claim that he made was his support for polygamy. I asked him if a Singh can have sex with a person who is not his wife. To this he again said that in some circumstances, it is allowed. There were many Singhs who were present there who heard him say this and the liquor thing. Overall, it was a satisfactory meeting with him and I ended this conversation with him requesting him to firstly, review his beliefs that do not seem to be on Gurmat e.g. liquor, drugs, meat and fornication / adultery. Secondly, I asked him to cut the spiteful and venomous attitude they have for AKJ. Whether he will heed to these requests, time will judge that. What I have written is based on honesty and if Parmjit Singh wants to clarify any point, he is more than welcome to post here."
  20. http://www.asianews.it/view.php?l=en&art=2902 31 March, 2005 INDIA Hindu fundamentalists injure Christians during screening of ‘The Passion of the Christ’ Hindu extremist ideology penetrates the ranks of secular Congress Party. The state of Maharashtra is on its way to adopting an anti-conversion law. Kochi (AsiaNews) – A gaggle of Hindu fundamentalists assaulted Christians who were watching a screening of The Passion of the Christ inside the Kanai Church, the oldest church in the state of Kerala (south-western India). One Christian was seriously wounded and scores of others were beaten and injured, including women and children. The incident occurred on Easter Eve in Chalakud Taluna when 25 militants from the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)—the paramilitary wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)—disrupted the viewing of Mel Gibson’s movie and started attacking the spectators, one of whom George Kutty, was seriously hurt. Kanai Church members are followers of Canai Thoma, who reached Kerala from Persia in 425 AD. Speaking to AsiaNews, John Dayal, president of the All India Catholic Union, said that “these anti-Christian attacks are probably designed to discredit the Congress Party†which currently rules Kerala. The Chief Minister, Oomen Chandy, is Christian. Concern is also growing among Christians and the Church in Maharashtra, the most secular Indian state and under a Congress Party administration, where State Home Affairs Minister Sidharam Mhetre presented an anti-conversion law. It follows the main lines of a similar bill already presented in the state of Tamil Nadu. Should it become law, the bill would, among other things, require anyone changing religion to submit an affidavit to the authorities. Human rights activists have often said that anti-conversion laws are used by Hindu fundamentalists to persecute non Hindus. In Tamil Nadu the anti-conversion bill has been withdrawn after a prolonged campaign by opponents. Dolphy D’Souza, president of the Bombay (Mumbai) Catholic Sabha (assembly), said the proposal by Congress-led Maharashtra was shameful. “The Bombay Catholic Sabha is anguished and pained at the response of Mr Sidharam Mhetre,†Mr D’Souza said. He added that “if the government thinks it can pass a law against the people, we can tell him that we and other organisations shall launch a campaign†against the anti-conversion law. Maharashtra’s Chief Minister had already publicly stated that such a law was not necessary. (NC-LF)
