    Organic Farming?
Isn't that what Punjabi farmers did before the green revolution sponsored by the west which damaged and destroyed the soil?

Now the west is going organic and Punjabi farmers are returning back to how they USE to farm?  This is what  happens when you follow and not lead.  Punjabi farmers would have been ahead in the organic business if they  did their own research and had the confidence to know organic farming is safer and sustainable.

Wouldn't be surprised if in the future the west moves away from meat and starts advocating for vegetarianism and veganism.  Then Indians will magically adopt that lifestyle as if it's something new that the west taught them.

Sri Lanka forced organic Farming on farmers. The result is in front of . The president had to run for asylum.

Allow me draw a parallel. You're an opium addict. You've been liberally eating from an ancient stash of free pills. They are running out. So you do all the math and find that yes, this one poppy plant is THE most cost effective one to get all your opium from. Then you do that math and find out it takes 98 percent of your farmable land (note study didn't define farmable).

Now. That doesn't mean you haven't determined the best poppy to grow to feed your addiciton, the problem is your addiction is that big.

I think the world has already chosen alternative to oil and that is EV. Even in India they are promoted in big way

    https://returntonow.net/2021/09/19/hemp-ethanol-could-replace-gas-at-a-quarter-of-the-price-biofuel-expert-claims/

Hemp ethanol would cost about a quarter of what gasoline costs at the pump with just a fraction of the government subsidies – if we grew more of it – bio-fuel expert Tim Castleman says.

Hemp MythBusters — Can hemp ethanol replace gasoline?

    The Myth

Hemp ethanol can replace standard gasoline?

According to the report “Cellulosic Ethanol: Status and Innovation”, cellulosic biomass can yield up to 82.5 gallons per metric tonne. If we model a production capacity of 8 tonnes per irrigated acre and consuming the entire plant stalk, up to 660 gallons of cellulosic ethanol fuel can be reduced per acre.

The Energy Information Administration (EIA) states that the United States consumed 142.86 billion gallons of gasoline in 2018. If we take that volume and divide by our gallon per acre value, we would need 216.45 million acres of land to grow enough hemp biomass to replace ethanol. As we know, the total available US farmland is 233.14 million acres (Farm Bureau Services, August 2019). Growing hemp for ethanol would consume 92.8% of all US farmland.

So if 92% of USA farmland start growing hemp then only it will fulfill all requirement of oil

It's not as simple as u wrote.

Indians had different languages but had almost same religion. But they didn't fight under the umbrella of their common religious beliefs.

Religion is a much more stronger force as compared to language/culture.

    Respected Bro

The bullets that killed Sikhs at jallianvala Bagh came from the guns of Indians. How do u explain that?

Even in 1984 mass murder of Sikhs in Delhi, the Delhi Indian police people didn't do their duty and some even enjoyed and participated in the rape and killing of ur sikh men and women.

Europeans have same color religion culture but they fought some of bloodiest wars . Middle east in entirely Muslim but have different countries. They invited USA to invade Iraq. So where is religion is strong binding force

In jallianwala bagh the troops who fired were Gurkha and Baluch . Gurkha are from Nepal while Baluch are even fighting for independence from Pakistan. I really doubt these two ever considered themselves Indians.

  5. The guy and other Taiwanese need history lesson. Handful of Manchu entered China in 1644 and ended Ming Dynasty with help of Han Chinese Generals. These Manchu forced Chinese to cut their hair and keep Queue hairstyle. Han Chinese used to keep uncut hair because of their traditional Chinese belief . These handful of Manchu ruled them 270 years .

As far india is concerned it is more like a Europe type continent rather than a single civilization. People were loyal to their own region rather than entire country.

What is the general opinion regarding Kejriwal, where you live in Delhi?

Do you think AAP and Kejriwal could one day become the National Party/Prime Minister?

Is it true they are allies of BJP ?

I live in NCR region which comes in Haryana. I have many relatives in Delhi which are hardcore aap supporters. AAP has done good work in Delhi but problem is Delhi has three authorities. MCD , Delhi government and centre. So it's very difficult state to measure performance as they all blame each other. MCD and Centre are in BJP control.

AAP can become national party but it's very far stretched imagination that AAP or Kejriwal will be in race of PM. They still hardly has any presence in big state. Moreover Hindu's now have feeling of revival of their power. so large number of them will not ditch BJP anytime soon.

As far being allies of BJP. I think it is wrong and propaganda of congress. The emergence of AAP means decline of congress and division of anti BJP votes. This definitely help BJP . BJP has solid votebank of around 40% which votes for them and hate AAP. The rest of votes gets divided between congress aap and other regional or caste based parties as a result BJP wins easily.
