  2. Pray truth for all and Sat Sri Akal!!!

I went to Rara Sahib recently. At Rara Sahib , every thing that baba Ji wore or used has been collected in some sort of museum. shoes, clothes , moonglian etc its all there. Cant help thinking what would Baba Ji do, if he were alive? Keep it here soo people can bow to it, or give it to those people who need it. Scores of chapla etc , are there.

I put my hand on a moongli to see how heavy it was. The sewadaar got angry and said " why you touching? just do your matha and move on. I said, i aint even gonna do my matha now, and left.

God, those people have realy got thier heads up thiere butts. I aint gonna go there aghain in a hurry.

  3. Pray truth for all and Sat Sri Akal .

A good few months ago, when i was gonna get my head beaten in , by the comiiteee of my local gurdwara , i started this discussion about a translation of a line of Gurbani by Sant Gurbachan Singh. on my recent visit to Panjab , I bought a copy of "Gurmat Martand" by Bhai Kahn Singh Naba. He gives exactly the same meaning as Sant Gurbachan Singh . Just wanted to share this wiv the sangat.

ps also Panth Prakash of Bhangoo in english is available now. didnt know that Panth Parkaash was written as a reply to an english officer (murray) enquiring about Sikh history.

  4. Dear fellow God-seekers, I is back from Panjab after 3 weeks of getting bitten by mosquitoes and dust all over my clothes and body and getting travel sick etc , you get the picture. The first day i arived i saw a man stomping on a goat on the roadside. Saw lots of signs in badly spelt english. Saw very few young men wiv sabat surat. The best scene that i saw was a dal of about 20 nihangs going down Machiwara road wiv about 50 horses. really nice horses of different colours.

Anyway I went to Sangalwara Akhara and im afraid to say i was very dissapointed . when i went there , there were 4 babey stabnding to one side, and my friend asked is Guru Granth Sahib prakaash?

They said we only have Baba Sri Chands bani here. So we left after having a quick look around. Its a very small place. Didnt see anything about Sikhi there. I have only heard of Aarta by Baba Sri Chand, but have never heard of him revealing bani. Can anyone reveal more on Baba Ji's bani ? And is it looked on as divine scripture?

this dera is nothing like Baba Ishwar Das dera of Jalandhar.

  5. When i had the bhaag of visiting taksal at Chowk Mehta there was aprkash of aad Guru and Dasam Guru in the same palki. Same as when i have darshan of Gurdwara Tari Sahib by chamkaur sahib, there was Aad Guru and Dasam Guru parkash.

There are many vids of Taksal concerning Dasam Guru Granth on youtuve.

  6. hav looked at preivious link. duz this grewal ever attempt to have Guru Garnth Sahib in his possession again? And also what have the Sikhs become? Listening to somenone call Guru Nanak my son, and i am his father... and just accept it? i would have given him a thapar.

However sangat plz forgive me for when the Christians came to my door , i told them I had a message from the Lord, telling me I was the chosen one to guide Humanity and everyone should bow down and worship me(mainly by offering money). They left very quickly. After I felt it probably wasnt the right thing to have said.

  7. Good point Niranjana, i find that sum groups rely on oral tradition to bolster their claims, yet ridicule other groups claims if its not in writing from a reliable source.

Another thing is that Guru Ji describe Akal as the sword/bhagauti, and the poewr of Akal as sword/bhaguati, so would a partak appearacne of Devi in the assumed(hindu) form be neceesary?

The Devi did appear but not the tiger riding 8 armed Goddess, but the Sword. The power of Akal.

  8. well he gave up sikhi to plz his hindu comrades. Then he gave up beleif in God altogether. Then meeting Bhai Randhir Singh he came back to being a believer. Im not saying he wasnt great at all, or that he never made a sacrifice, I know that he did. I jus think that there are many others who made greater sacrifices who didnt receive the adulation that Bhagat Singh received.

  9. it is compulsory for all iranian men to do 2 years service, with some exclusions allowed. i knew an iranian doctor who had to do his 2 years service on the frontlne in the iran-iraq war in the 80s. He told me that was teating people for chemical weapons injuries, and it was hell on earth. He said he would never go back there.
