  1. This bani is more about the foolishness of men..who were in some important positions and got entangled. I wouldnt call it anti woman. The tales told do not curse women..but how those women were successful in fooling men.

My issues with Dassam Granth are not the granth itself, but in how some people wrongly perceive Chitropakyan as being anti-woman. It's not. Its using allegory to speak of the feminine principle *not physical gender* in the Universe. But some use it as a means to justify putting women down and restricting them. Or use it to say that women have loose morals, more kaam etc. It was never meant to make women look this way. Thats what I have issue with... not the writing itself. Just how it was wrongly interpreted by some.

  2. Mannana nahi Mannana oh te apni marzi aa maalko..o tu kaahda missionary ..lokanu nu jeene de yaar..goli na maari..

I told you, missionaries overquestion but I also won't believe Lav reincarnated as Panj Pyara and some Bhagats came back too. Thats nonsense. Nor did 7th patshah marry 8 sisters. Confused polytheists haha

Shad yaar, mere valo sarea nu goli maar, ik rehat chahidi jo SGGS di bani te khari utardi hove bas

and before you call me a missionary

WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH ;)

  3. missionaries can scrap the entire cause ..mainu ik labbeya si kehinda fateh nahi bulaunni..Gur Fateh hi thik aa...nonsensical logic he was giving ..i just couldnt take it..they are confused atheists

Yeah taksal ne ta jidan gand paya hi ni hunda

taksalis have sharda which is good, but don't question and recite anything from old (interpolated) books and rehats. missionaries question which is good, but they question too much.

  4. Waah ji ..Maharaj di kirpa hoyi ..Kharey are kayasth i believe

hi i am Nikhil Singh kharey i came into sikhi about 2 years ago when i was in 9th stranded i live in dehradun famous for two things 1) basmati rice 2) ram rai ( son of shri guru hr rai) who set his dera here i love to meditate. i want to be a zoologist.

  5. yaar thandd rakhh thand ! bhasauriye ja ghaghhe vargi gandh nahi paahnde taksali giani .

Man why? why don't you take Bhasaurias and Missionaries attacks with a pinch of salt? These double standards are so stupid.

If Taksal claims 7th Guru had 8th wives, take it with a pinch of salt.

If Missionary Ghagga claims that 1st Guru ate halal, then its RSS attack on Sikhi blabla.

  6. All of this should be taken with a pinch of salt..if you overall look at the masses that follow them are the pindu types ..i have experienced exaggeration in the kathas ..but i know that thats what suits the gentry which is after them..i just take what inspires me ..even with Giani Thakur singh ji ..the number of paaths he quotes ..there is no way i would be able to do them..108 japji sahibs in a day ! whew i rather stop counting and do till i feel my heart is full...but the fact is his exaggeration atleast creates the drive in me to chant the banis .

    Is it so hard 2+2 = 4?

Sikh recited Sohila while walking => Gurus feet start bleeding => Guru instructs from now on recite Sohila at night.

What is Gurbachan Singh implying? He wouldn't recount that fake sakhi had Kirtan Sohila been allowed to do while walking in day time because if that happened guru jis feet would start bleeding.

Can't recite Sohila (= Gurbani) while walking

  7. All those who have interacted with this great Swiss Nihang Singh know how Charhdikala he was. He left us... shocked ...http://www.sikhnet.com/news/remembering-nihang-jodhbir-singh

    Remembering Nihang Jodhbir Singh

May 12, 2015 by Nihang Jodhbir Singh Source: www.facebook.com

Two days ago came the news of the killing of four people in a town in north Switzerland.

It was learned that among the dead is Nihang Jodhbir Singh, a Caucasian convert to the Sikh religion.

All who knew him knew of his service, his spirit and his light.

Recently he had posted on his facebook the following write up where he expresses that God can not be found in the head but only through the heart.

Read below to see his unedited write up.

It is an amazingly fitting memorial and message from this most blessed soul.

May be in the pure lap of grace and may we learn how best to join him.

    Akaaal

Wahiguru Ji Ka Khalsa Wahiguru Ji Ki Fateh

Current Acts of many Groups and Leaders and followers of Sikhism and also other Faiths are seem to be very strange to me. I taught, why does this happen ?

    This is what i whitnessed.

Religion is led by many Intellectuals.

Intellectuals Act sometimes very strange. Much Anger is there. Much misunderstandment, much ignorance.

All Questions, Life, Feelings, Behaveing only acts trough Mind (Mannas)

By trying, to find Waheguru (The Source of Being) trough Mind (Mannas). Prayer become Robotic, Live unfulfilled, Speech of Hatred, Everywhere r Enemys, Stress, sluggish, Future is Dark , with Pain and suffering, Songs and Music has no Joy.

Heart (Dil) is blocked by intellectuality (Mannas).

acting very strange sometimes, their is alot of Fear (Bhao).

Fear blocks one, to enter the stage of of Love (Prem)
One cannot be intellectual and be in Love.

A Intellectual Person cannot feel Love, he can only say I AM (Aham), he cannot say YOU ARE (Tuhin Tuhin)

Love (Prem) is the Door (Duar) to the Shabad (Prime Sound) . Where Love (Prem) remains, there is no fear, no Mind, no IAM. In Love one cannot be alive.

In Love one has to Die Fully.

    Die. Mind Die

    Pooran Prem, Pure Love

Mind has died, one has no Enemys, no pain, no stress, no Fear, no Anger. The state of Love (Prem)

Pooran Prem, The True Form of the Khalsa

Waheguru ji, let me stepping on the Path of Love, and Cut my Head from this Torso

    Akaaaaaaaaaaaaaal

  8. We cannot degrade him like this ..and i have mentioned this before we do not know if we had been in his place what we would have done .

Keep all that badal thrashing aside ..this is a genuine issue..Baba Thakur singh is a man of knowledge and although i might not want to take all what he says ..but he still is a source of knowledge and does establish faith in the minds of people seeking it .

So, my humble request is ..let us not be the judge as we were not present there.

Thakur Sinh is from the Dhumma controlled Bhindra Mehta faction of Taksal. All the Gyanis and good Gursikhs have been kicked out and government stooges have been put in place. What could you expect from the likes of those who use drugs ( not Bhang Sukha, Drugs!), kiss the bare ass of Badal, associate with enemies, betray the Panth and ruin the institution of Baba Thakur Singh Jee?

The Singhs that beat up the Paathis are from DamDami Taksal Ajnala, a Jatha that vehemently opposes Dhumma.

  9. The Vedas speak of One Nirankaar Paarbrahm and not of Brahma ..most Hindus do not read or even refer to the Vedas.

The situation now is..Sanatan Dharam got split and the attitude of people also changed, instead of sadhana they focus on deities and keep changing / adding them based on what mythological stories they get to hear .

The entire purpose to worship has become benefit oriented.

In the pinds of Punjab nothing is different ..going to mazars or graves of muslim pirs is a part of many Sikh families daily worship.

The way I have always understood Hinduism (and correct me if I am wrong) is that there is only actually one God "Brahma" and the rest.. the Avatars are all just 'ideas' put into a visual form to help with meditation etc. Not that they were actual real dieties. This was how a Hindu friend actually explained it... so in that sense they are also monotheistic. They aren't worshipping many separate dieties, as the different avatars are all just visual representations of the different aspects of one creation / nature.

For example, Lakshmi is the concept of love / wealth / prosperity... the good rewards in life summed up in a single concept or idea. Many different spiritual paths believe that if you focus on something then it will cone true. (See the book the secret...about power of visualization and true stories). So if you have a visual concept for these things, then you can better focus on manifesting them in your life.

This could be way off... I am just going by what someone told me who is Hindu. But if it's true... there is no need to speak rudely of them. Its just a different method to meditate and connect with the divine. I respect all paths to the truth. Not necessarily the dogma that goes along with them.

  10. its a little conflict oriented ..but you have to be stiff..whenever she suggests with folded hands say Sat Nam Sri Waheguru and touch her feet ..do not argue and counter argue ..i too have faced this ..but mine was easier since my mom even if she consults them will not do any of their vidhi vidhaan suggested..

  11. And how did this Rana help when young girls of hindus and sikhs are abducted time and again ?

    http://www.outlookindia.com/article/Sindhs-Stolen-Brides/229886

    http://www.dawn.com/news/1154059/1261-women-kidnapped-in-sindh-for-forced-marriages-in-2014

I too had initially respect for him but what worth is it to shout high pitch during press interviews and be a mute spectator to injustice.

dont worry, maybe theyll make a comeback. but whats really interesting about the videos is the fact that thousands of people in sindh love their rana and are extremely loyal to him. this family shows true rajput rule, its fascinating. 25,000 people came to karachi to greet the bride's father! there were probably the same or more that came to mourn the death of Rana Chander Singh and this is pakistan so its a real shocker. hopefully this family can maintain its ground for the coming centuries as they have so far.

if sindh and gujurat and rajputana can have communications between each other then theres hope one day punjab can also be opened as such. islamist fascists would have a problem with that but im sure the normal punjabis who still visit Peer Dargahs and have an open mind would welcome an open border.

  12. True Naga sadhus avoid moving in public, it is just the kumbh where they would come and ladies are not supposed to be part of the welcoming procession. This guy is fake ..i don't agree to beating but then how should they be disciplined is another issue.

There is one who visits my office and is partially clothed and at times shows up his private parts claiming to be a naga sadhu..i lost my temper once and felt the same about thrashing him..

  13. :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub::D :D :D:P :P... hahahhaahahahaha !

Thanks bro for reminding me about this issue.

"According to the Ayurvedic understanding of the creation of body tissues (dhatus) it takes anywhere from 60-100 drops of blood to make one drop of semen." [1]

    [1] - http://www.semenloss.info/content/ayurvedic-intro/

We can use that precious blood to donate someone in need and also, for the benefit of our own health. As Satkirin jee said that there is less than 8% chance for a wife getting pregnant during one sexual act; married Gursikh males will definitely need to preserve it, as sex will have to be repeated for the procreation act to come to fruition.

    Waheguru jee kaa Khalsa

    Waheguru jee kee Fateh

  14. The way this discussion is going reminds me of a islamic website http://www.askimam.org/ :D :D :D :D

Ending in ..and Allah knows the best...

But you said to him that Marriage can happen without sex (ie if someone can not conceive then they should not have sex with their spouse). He is just saying that since those people likely could not have sex, then they should be allowed to marry for the same reasons you quoted for the younger couple who for medical reasons can not conceive... the companionship, the support etc. because they too should not have sex (since you quoted sex is for procreation only). He is just using your own logic back on you.

I earlier made the statement exactly what you just said... that if sex is purely for procreation only, then why would two people even get married at all if they can not conceive due to medical reasons... they would have the label of spouse, but be living as brother and sister. No point.

However I found several references to the fact that even in Sikhi, (one I posted above and I think Sikh Missionary College to answer your question) that sex goes beyond only procreation. That there is a highly spiritual link in the act. The two essentially become one, sharing spiritual energy. This is not seen as a physical loss of energy as you keep stating by losing nutrients in a teaspoon of sperm... but BOTH partners SHARE their energy and truly become one soul in two bodies. It's allows husband and wife to unite spiritually and it mirrors the relationship of us with the divine. Soul bride to Husband Lord.

Spouses do not have intercourse just to get their jollies. They do it be close (closer than any sister / brother relationship ever could be), to express love and affection for one another, to truly attach together to become One soul in two bodies. This is why its against Sikhi to have sex outside of marriage... because of how powerful this connection is. I am pretty sure that every married couple who has sex, are not doing it purely for physical pleasure.

There is a difference between lust and sex. They are not the same thing. It's when sexual desire becomes ALL about the physical pleasure, that we are missing out. That is lust. And it's only ourselves we are hurting. Because we are missing that truly divine link and spiritual connection of love between husband and wife. Sex is not bad. Lust is. Showing love for your spouse and expressing that love, is not Lust. Having sex casually just so you can feel physical pleasure is Lust. Hopefully you can realize the difference.

  15. I hope the families of our brothers are fine and do not need any help..i wish could something for all of these brothers..i am proud of them .Waheguru Ang Sang Sahaai

No one's agreeing with breaking the law here.

But when the establishment starts crying tears over muslim girls going to Syria and offering rehabilitation and lenient prison sentences to muslim men (who have killed and raped for ISIS in Syria/Iraq before missing fast food and not liking American/Persian firepower and decided to come home) - I have to ask why things like these Sikhs have done are punished harder. Some of the above have longer sentences than the paedos!

I dont know how Gurdwaras in Leicester are run, but why do we always have to find the Panj Pyare? Surely they should lead and not hole themselves away from the Sikh masses?

I think a lot of people have forgotten details of this case. A Midland Sikh community told not to rock the boat even though the explosion of Mulism fundamentalists setting up shop in their town was leading to massive tension in the schools and streets. Kaljug SIngh and I both talked about how HUT types down south were leaving due not being able to afford to live here and wherever they ended up North would lead to a massive increase in grief for any Sikhs who live there. Luton and Leicester had some of the biggest house price falls in 2009 and large housing stock at the time of the benefit cuts. Look how horrendous the grooming situation is there now.

A girl who's family problems were exploited by devious men who made things worse. A social service and police force who reinforced the abuse and humilated the family and community. A last cry of help from the family desperate to stop their girl being sucked into a pernicious and barbaric alien community. The communities reaction to stop being used as human shield by the establishment to protect their core communities from the extremists.

The trial where the fewest who could be prosecuted where held to account. On the verge of a massive case and another example of Islamic Lawfare the girl pre-empted it all by living truthfully and not holding back. Accounts of her being driven into a Gurdwara car park and made to have sex along with exposing just how many outstanding pillars of the local muslim community where happy to pay to have sex with a 16 year old SIkh girl were enough to get the few on trial to admit their guilt before their whole community ended up on trial.

After all that it was somehow still our fault. Where as poor muslims and whites never seem to be blamed for their actions, we are blamed when someone else does it to us. If young muslim men cant be to blame for beheading civlians how on earth are these men guilty for what they did? Exactly how many more underage Sikh girls and boys must be sacrificed at the altar of 'community cohesion' before we say enough is enough?

To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.
