what i do know is that people who force a strict, nun/priest-like existence upon themselves aren't doing themselves any favours because this probably won't help them out.

Maybe, but at the same time, by forcing this type of action upon themselves might also be doing good...... i mean if they're telling everyone else to be ridiculously strict, and they themselves are also practisingwhat they preach, there's a good chance that they might only be preaching from experience....

on the other hand, mebbe i'm a raving lunatic who doesn't know anything and is seeing all of this the wrong way.

c'mon, don't distrot them tooo much.. they've got a belief that they're sticking to.. although i disagree with them on it, i still think it's commednable that they're firm in what they believe.... if that means that they fele it's inappropriate to show love from one human ot another, in public, then instead of "making fun" of them, just don't listen to it, clearly it shouldn't bother you, correct?

honestly, though.. is it truly any of our Business what god does?? what i mean is, isn't it simply possible that God gives us a certain extent of brainpower, but clearly not enough that we don't even understand what God does....how He "lives".. how He "does"... we jus DON'T know.. and there's absoultely no way to find out.....FOR us, GOD is the absolute definition of infinity... we have no ability to ponder the greatness (or finiteness/infiniteness) of God, cuz we just don't have the ability to grasp it..

Just wanted to point out...about a quarter of the way down the page:

Now we've got a discrepancy.. i mean, if all these Mayans were so accurate, all the dates should be the same.... this one states December 27th as the "end of time" date...

Secondly, if i compare it with the site i put up before... the fisrt site i put up says that they've traced 0.0.0.0.0 back to August 31st 3114 B.C..

This second site traces 0.0.0.0.0 back to August 11th 3114 B.C... theres a 20 day discrepancy there.. and a 6 day discrepancy in the end date.....

what's strange is also that the second website starts earlier but ends later.... anyways.. finding some problems now accepting it..

the reason i've heard about clockwise parkarmas is the supposed significance of the right side of our body... about how when we're walking around Guruji, our karay always face guruji..

i've always been told that our shastars are never supposed to face or point towards guruji, therefore another erason a clock-wise parkarma made sense for me.
