Vaisakhi celebrations 2005 begin with religious performances and ceremony between 11.30am and 1.30pm followed by classical music until 2pm. From 2pm to 5pm Sunrise Radio presents a programme of Asian music and entertainment. Between 3pm and 3.30pm a number of Sikh Olympians will be welcomed on the main stage. ’Blessed’ food (Langar) will be served throughout the afternoon.
