Would YOU turn up? --- Pyare Khalsa Sadh Sangat Jio, Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru JKi Ki Fateh, Firstly on behalf of all the organisers of the 'Sanja International Kirtan Smagam' Dedicated to World Peace & the Common Good, I would like to apologise for the delay in announcing the Venue for the Smagam. The Sanja International Kirtan Smagam for Panth Di Chardi Kala and Sarbat Da Bhalla will be held from 8th -14th August 2005 at Guru Nanak Gurdwara (Sedgley Street, Wolverhampton) The 'Sanja International Kirtan Smagam' will be the first smagam bringing together Guru Nanak Nishkam Sewak Jatha Kirtania, Akhand Kirtani Jatha Kirtania, Damdami Taksal Kirtania, Nakaksar Kirtania, and also Professional Kirtania. On Saturday 13th August 2005 - (Reinsabai Night), All these Jathe will come together for the first time and recite the Lords Praises (Shabads) in a Joint Reinsabai. Transport Arrangements & Accommodation Details will be posted very soon on the Sanja International Kirtan Smagam Website - to be launched soon! For those Gursikhs living in other parts of the world, the week long smagam will be broadcasted live on Digital Radio and over the Internet. Look out for posters in your local gurdwara! All confirmed kirtania will be announced on Thursday Evening (UK Time). So far Kirtania have been invited from India, UK, Kenya, Australia and other parts of the world.
