My point is that Bhangra has no relevance with Sikhi and the kids could be doing something far more constructive with their time at a camp, bhangra you could do anywhere at any time and dont need to go to a camp to learn it. However, its not everyday your with such a large chardi kalla sangat, like the people at the camp, and that should be taken advantage of as much as possible. If their looking for something fun to do for the kids, there are many other activities they could be doing. Also, why would you want to be dancing and listening to bhangra, which promotes everything sikhi is against, especially at a sikh camp, when you could be listening to kirtan and what guru ji gave you instead....

does playing football have any relevance with sikhi?

its just the arms and feet flying abotu in air. Who says they were listening to rude bhnagra songs.

There are plenty of bhangra songs about the life in panjaab, the khet and the old charkhas and so forth

oh who cares...

lets face the music and dance!
