More often than not, the greatest difficulty you must overcome is convincing yourself to get started. Imagine what would happen if you could simply stop fighting with yourself and could just go ahead with whatever needs to be done. The great and empowering fact is, you can. What if all the energy you put into avoiding effort was suddenly redirected into productive action? It can happen much more easily than you think. What if you stopped making excuses and started making real progress? The good news is, you don't have to just imagine it. You have the power to get yourself started. You have the power to overcome all those complaints and worries, anxieties, doubts and excuses that exist only within the confines of your mind.
