Botched Translations of Guru Granth Sahib ji - Part 1 - ਕਬੀਰ ਰਾਮ ਕਹਨ ਮਹਿ ਭੇਦੁ ਹੈ

Keeping the above ponits of Vishnu Jee, and with the aid of Gurbani, we can come to the following conclusions:

He can never be the supreme reality as Wahiguru Akal Purukh.

Excellent point bro.

The only true unadulterated image of Waheguru Akal Purakh  - Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Rai Dev Bedi jee Maharaaj. We must respect the demi-Gods, but never equate them to the Almighty Lord.

Bhul chuk maaf

i am not sure but the idea is the same, Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj used to say to know the meaning of Gurbani, means to know Guru, and to know HIM, one has to be equal to HIM. he told same thing to late Baba Narinder Singh Ji, father of Brig Pratap Singh Jaspal, who was trying to understand meaning of some Shabad desperately by looking at external material sources.

If that sakhi were true then "waheguru" would have been mentioned by Guru Nanak Dev ji in Guru Granth Sahib as well.

This is from a different thread.

Quote (Das jee)

As per my belief (based upon Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji's audio deewan), "Waheguru" mantar was first uttered as "Satnaam Waheguru" by Nirankar Himself when Guru Nanak Dev Ji requested Him to give Him updesh during Guru Nanak Dev Ji's visit to Nirankar (when Guru Ji went to Vae river for 3 days). Nirankar then uttered the Moolmantar.

Again, this is my belief and your belief might differ based upon the your choice of source. But in general, its best to believe that source which have actually travelled instead of the one who just visited the Map (via books, history, scriptures) and not the real thing.

If you want to hear the deewan, then here is the link: It starts from around: 30.00 till 48.00:
