Kashmir Shaivism/Trika-shastra reading list

Recommended Posts

the good stuff...I know Lalleshvari has another little text that is hard to find, that he could add to the list.

an absolute classic

Shiva Sutras

even more absolute classic

with Abhinavagupta's commentary

with Ksemaraja's commentary

These are the classics, all masterly translated by Jaideva Singh. Also worth checking out are the writings by and on Swami Lakhsman Joo who was recognised as one of the last great exponents of Trika.

Can we start transcribing please?

With my legal mind, I feel suited to take on the task of the hadith (all schools) in Islam. Can also pass questions on to a very stern, very old Gosain.

Let's do this.

Why bother transcribing these? Just go out and read them instead. They're easily available.

I think Vijnanabhairava is available in very basic translation on the internet on the Nath yogi website (www.shivashakti.com)
