  1. Between sorry for talking too much but is sharing experiences really

    Bad ?

Its only bad when we share it with ego (hankaar) (share only if u conquered ego)

Pls allow us  narrate our story

    I wasn't in sikhi much

Didn't even  use to read single baani whole day

    Was totally full of doubts

    Didn't even believe in God

Used to play video games all day LOL

My mother. Is completely innocent (bholi)

She got jugti of naam abhyaas from a saint

And after 30 days she had experiences she started sharing

    Me first

She told me how she felt she was flying

Then she told me how she had darshan of pavirtar rooh (she told how Devi and devta came to ave darshan of person who is chanting naam

Then she told me how her voice stopped and she was fixed in simran

And then in end she told me how she could enter smaadhi but later broke it with mistake (coz of  bad karma)

When she narrated me this my curiosity knew no bounds so I walked on Naam abyhaas path  I imitated her jugti :p

  3. I was abt to post topic abt auras and tell people abt it but then I stopped

Since people didn't look interested in our sakhi or posts o.o

But since u. Have posted I would like to tell our little mat  we gathered it from different places

As far as I know and I'm sure u already know

Aura is kinda like energy or rays

    Which humans and everything emitate

    They got different colors

Depending on our mood and thoughts

    (Thoughts effect environment)

    Aura color depends on mood

Like I remember incident some days ago my dad Came i was happy that he came to meet me i was emotional :'/ but then  I looked carefully and I could see faint black aura lol I knew dad is thinking negative and he didn't came to meet me

Later I found.out that dad came to borrow money for buying (drugs n stuff) -_-

So well the bigger the aura the more spiritual person he is :p

People connected with God somehow have gold aura

Ever wonder what is rays around Guru's sheesh  in all pictures ??? They are aura

People who can see auras can't handle Gurus aura its so bright and big

There was this Sikh girl who could c auras

She told how Harminder sahib aura lights whole sky and everything appears day

She shared story how she can see auras

Different ppl had different different  auras

But then she saw  a beautiful color aura from Buddhist monks

But anther time she saw more beautiful aura from famous Ragi which was golden

Another lady from foreign was asked abt auras she since could see it

Later question arised what is biggest aura u ever seen in any man

She replied = it was from Sikh holy man who had 10 meters wide aura

    Here is link

    http://www.aurareadings.com/aura-facts--questions.html

Like a lamp which emits light

    We also emit aura

If lamp is dirtied with dust and mud on it

It can't emit light outside mmuch

Same way if our soul is dirtied with lust anger greed ego moh our aura is faint

But as soon as we remove mud of vikaar with simran our aura increase

WARNING ALERT! (Lol) = its recommended to not waste time in concentration of seeing auras and to keep simran going on

  4. Please allow me clarify this

    Bhagauti for Sikhs means Bhagwaan

    God

Yup it also mean goddess but for Hindus not for Sikhs

Nobody can imply their meaning on our words  forcefully

Guru g didn't imply bhagauti as goddess in ardaas

Some people will try to create misunderstanding between innocent Sikhs to promote their Devi

    So here is fact :-

Our father is our father but for some human he is uncle

He is son to somebody (our grandma)

He is husband to somebody (our mother)

Can we call him son or uncle?

Can we call our relative  = father?

    Like that

    A word have different meanings

    Somebody uses it for meaning

While other uses  same word for another meaning

Then how can hindu or manmukh completely imply their meaning of words to words used by Guru g

    Now another Fact

Giani maskeen g say that Parmatama is shakti

But our Hindu brothers call shakti as Devi

Does it mean shakti is Devi only?

They call it devi coz they believe shakti is female (strength as male)

But does that mean shakti is female ? Not right ? It don't have gender

So they got their own theories an mechanism

Bringing them into Sikhism is waste lol

    Bhul chuk maaf

  5. Nice Katha thx for sharing paaji

Please allow stupid das here to tell sakhi abt  why mahapurkh do bhakti after brahmgian

I tried but can't stop writing lol XD please accept apologies sat sangat g!!!

This starts from days of Guru Nanak Dev g

Baba Buddha g used  to visit diwan of Guru g (Guru Nanak Dev g )

They used to come early  before anybody

And they used to go home late (they were last ones to go back to home)

    This continues ...continues...

Baba Buddha g were regular they never took break

    no matter what happens

Well then one day a time came

    Diwan was going on...

Guru Nanak g were waiting for Baba Buddha g arrival but they didn't come

On afternoon Guru g sent a Sikh to Baba Buddha g

As Sikh reached Baba Buddha g home they saw that Baba Buddha g were still sleeping

Sikh told Baba Buddha g that Guru g is calling them

Baba Buddha g reached Guru g at once

Guru g noticed that Baba Buddha g didn't even bath

ocean  of humility smiled with their beautiful shinning face

And asked Baba g why they didn't come to diwan

    Baba g replied while asking

That" is it still necessary??? ( Baba g had reached Brahm giani stage)

Guru g smiled again replied "bhai "

Guru g told baba g that

(Lol don't completely recall exact 100% words but here is what Guru g told )

It is not necessary for Brahmgiani to do Bhakti

But it is still important coz if we were to stop bhakti

What will we teach our sikhs

We cant  just teach them theory

    They need practical too

Guru g told that they  are role models of sikhs

If we do this and stopped ..others will stop too

There chanchal Mann already don't want to do bhakti

We have to keep doing for others sake

    -ends-

Well all gurus didn't need to do bhakti but they had to do it for us

They don't just teach theory but also do practical

Otherwise why would Guru g had to follow rules

Why Guru Gobind Singh g got Baptized???

    One more  sakhi I remember

Of how Guru ji does practical and then turns up for testing Gursikhs

Well u already know that stupid chandu

    Got Guru g arrested

But Guru ji were in Anand

Well they were being tortured by chandu

But lord of Grace didn't even say single sigh

And rather sang praises to God

    Well then Sikhs came

They were totally in bad state seeing Guru ji on tatti tavi

They wanted to  attain shaheedi with Guru g

    But Guru g stopped them

Guru g told them that they are teaching them how to sacrifice life for truth

They should watch and learn for nw

A time will come when we will take ur prikhya ( test) to see if they learned what Guru g taught them

    And that time came soon

Guru Teg bahadur g took test

And Bhai Mati Das, Bhai Sati Das and Bhai Dayala, took test and were successful they were first Sikhs to attain martyr and create an example for useless Person like me lol XD

This is a long journey. I am just a kindergartener happy to play in lap of Saints and Guru Nanak. Hope they won't punish me if I am being naughty.

My all years won't even count as drop in front of these Gursikhs prem and bhakti

    Sadly :p

True.. I heard this when I was 22 or 23 but that time, it was more about thinking about my soulmate lol. I read that it was for God and I was like no Rumi was some lover who missed his beloved but now I realize how wrong I was. Now the poems make more sense to me lol.

    I see

When my mind was narrow I would read bhakts poems and quotes and would wonder that if they are bhakts why they love o.o but later I realized everything

After ur mind progress u realize that poems are For God and finally poems starts making more sense

So is Bhai Nand Lal Ji, his love for Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

I would be blessed to have a single drop of their ocean full of love & devotion.

Yup veer g reminds me about time when Guru g said Bhai Nand g to ask anything

Throne , money , wealth fame power

But out of humility and such a beautiful heart bhai nand g said that

Maharaaj  bus eh kirpa kro ki tuhada darshan krke aakhiyain cho ras aa jaya kre

(Lord Please grant me blessing that whenever I do darshan of you

    My eyes start getting amrit)

There were three Ganikas in history.

    • First, the one mentioned by Harman Paaji
    • Second one lived during the time of Raja Janak jee Maharaaj
    • Third one? - can anyone help?

    Bhul chuk maaf

Really o.o ? There was third one?

what about the Ganika described in Gurbani?

she found a parrot who recited holy words, she just used to repeat what the parrot said and she was saved?  does anyone know this sakhi in full?

Veer ji ganika sakhi we know it

Hahahhaha I feel like sakhi telling machine now

Actually ganika was a sadhu or bhakt in previous life she did great bhakti kept doing it doing it doing it but still didn't get vaheguru g

    She got disappointed

And she kept bhakti but on last moment

She was dying she called bed (doctor)

A vedic person came and checked her hand by holding it  and coz of touch of a male (kaam stood up) she thought that she couldn't even enjoy life and couldn't even get vaheguru maybe she wasted every moment  and shortly laterdied

    And ganika born again

This time God fullfil her wish to  enjoy life and she became pros*itute well she did everything this time

    But then

A sadhu came, she did sewa of sadhu  , pleased sadhu gave her parrot and she named it ram

She would keep calling parrot name which was ram

    Ram ram ram

And on her last moments she was calling her parrot ram ram

And coz of that she liberated

It was all coz of her previous birth

If she had not thought kaamic thought in previous birth she may had liberated but coz of trishna produced from touch of male she had to take birth again

    Das apologize for any mistake

wouldnt the 'bad karma' be to get their leg broken too, not their teeth?  how is getting their teeth broken just?

Karma is like a measuring unit

You do things and u get equal amounts

Well actually he had broke leg of hermit

And after that Sant randheer g took birth again

One day in jail sant g saw dream abt

How he broke hermit leg mistakingly

Guru Nanak g gave this warning that you may have to pay debts now

Then a new jailer came he tried to give sant g meat but sant g refused

Jailer forced but sant g shut teeth tight

    So jailer broke them

My indication was that even sants pay for their karma

They can destroy them but they choose to pay for it honestly due to humility

No I really thought saakhi would go that way. lol so was not joking. I once read somewhere that there were two prostitutes and one of them just sold her body for money and other one actually helped men who were lonely or going through stuff and even in this so called low profession she was being careful that she was helping them not just selling herself off. I don't know I think read in a book and the moral was no matter what your profession is you can help people lol. Not saying people should go and become prostitutes, just remembered that when I read the title of OP lol

OP is original post I think. Right? Lol

Either ways they will go to hell >…> probably

There is also a sakhi abt good and deeds from bhai randheer Singh g

They were prince in previous life and they broke leg of hermit while trying to help and bad karma followed and in current life they got their teeth broken by British jailer

They knew this was going to happen

I can't see Sikhi as being an automatic entry into "heaven" .

But still, it's a very interesting subject brought up.

    Sad truth is that

In many Gurudwaras most the animals living inside area are Sikh claimant  or people who used sangat money

Guru gobind Singh g stated sang at money as poison

That's 31 minutes long :(. Okay lemme try to reveal the suspense and let me know if I am right or wrong. So the person who goes to prostitute go to her because he's lonely and just want company. He does not go there to fulfill his lust. So he go to her but end up helping her and get her outta that business.

And the person who is doing seva of first Master do it because he wants some sort of material things? He got punished because he was being mean to his mother but was being nice to guru ji.

    Am I right ?

    100 % sure.. u are joking XD

wow this just reminded me of a dream or astral travel that I might have had today or lucid dreaming, whatever you want to call it.

So somehow I become aware in my dream. I became aware that it was a dream, and I could fly if I wanted to in this dream. I have done this many times, flying in dreams, it can be quite fun. I don't know if while dreaming you are also in the astral plane at the same time. It was a beautiful dream. In front of me there were forests, jungles or trees, interspersed with plain green fields. There was also mist and some fog, and clouds which would make the dream a bit misty. The lighting was dim. It was not day time, probably either dawn or dusk, because it was a bit dark. Anyways, I realized its a dream, I was effortlessly able to lift myself up in air, and started flying. I was not flying that high, maybe just above the trees...I also knew this dream would not last long because often you cannot control the outcome, I just let myself travel through the mist, and it was just tress everywhere. Beautiful sight, something out of a Planet Earth documentary maybe. And then I have no idea when the dream ended.

But yeah, it is fun to fly when I become aware, but as time goes on the dream gets blurred, the details are not always perfect, its always a blur..just like a hint of things.

Anyways, I had forgotten about this dream, but just remembered when I came across this post.

ps. sometimes I am having a free-fall in dark spaces during dream but it does not last more than 1-2 seconds.

I dont know how to go beyond, it is beyond my control.

    @GurpreetKaur@BhagatSingh@Lucky

You sure are creative bro XD it's really hard to control dreams though

Reminds me abt quote from a Sufi saint

    Rumi-

    You were born with potential.
You were born with goodness and trust. You were born with ideals and dreams. You were born with greatness.
    You were born with wings.
You are not meant for crawling, so don't.
    You have wings.
Learn to use them and fly.

He is probably indicating that we are soul

We can fly we are not bodies which crawl

Yup bro probably all I remember was that they said bhai Nand g were doing sewa

    but won't guarantee

It's Been months when I heard that Katha of maskeen g

It was dasam dwaar Katha by maskeen g or not lol

    Bhul chuk maaf

    Sure bro :p

  16. Sant maskeen told the tale when Radhasoami group came to Bhai Nand singh g

Bhai nand Singh g were doing sewa

They told Nand Singh g that they will give him naam

Nand g told them to  put ears on his body

When they did so they could hear naam coming from ROM ROM

Now Nand singh g told them that if there is Rom where naam sound ain't coming please put your Naam in it

    TROLLING LEVEL = DIVINE

    LOL

  17. Reminds me of Quote of Rumi the Muslim devotee

"Knock, And He'll open the door
Vanish, And He'll make you shine like the sun
Fall, And He'll raise you to the heavens
Become nothing, And He'll turn you into everything"

Then my mind comes to humility

It is said Guru Nanak Dev g humility was biggest ever

    Reminds me abt

Question asked by disciple of Lao tze (Chinese sage(

"Why is ocean the king of all rivers and stream"

Lao tze replied "because it is lower than all of them"

"Poor Nanak asks for the Dust of a Sadhu"

  18. Part 2 -

The story dates back to the ancient times there was a king who had four queens once he went on to visit to another country where he happened to stay for a long period the queens awaited his arrival impatiently they were already in correspondence with him

When they recieved the news of the king arrival they wrote  separate letters to him expressing their joy at the news and placing certain demands before him at last the king arrived  there were great rejoicings in capital now he was in the midst of queens his presence filled them with joy they talked among themselves for SOme time then the king distributed presents

The eldest queen received necklace studded with pearls the second received a bracelet and third queen ear rings the fourth queen got all that he had brought

    This made queens jealous

The three queens were unable to restrain anger they told king abt injustice done to then

The king smiled and said that matter would be settled in court

    In royal court

He placed his private dispute before council

    They were astonished

    Various thoughts crowded their minds

The queen were happy with success

    The silence prevaded atmosphere

    People held breaths

The king mentioned secretary to stand up

He broke silence by reading letter written to king by elder queen

She had requested for necklace with pearls

    The second letter read out

The queen asked him to bring bracelet

The third queen had expressed a desire for ear rings

Now it was turn of the fourth letter

    The fourth letter read

"You are everything to for me

I desire nothing but your presence ... Please return immediately".

  19. Well Sikhs should aim to conquer trishna

Trishna-  desire (attachment also comes in it as we desire for our family and home)  and it is main reason human go in birth of reincarnation

    Like reminds me of sakhi

When Guru g gone to hut of vairaagi sadhu

    Guru ji sat  on manjhi

The disciple of main sadhu madho das vairaagi informed vairaagi that Some weird clothes people have conquered our dera and one person mukh is so bright that u can't even look at him he is sitting on ur manjbi

Madho das used ridhi of 4 peer but manjhi didn't move

Madho das was amazed he came and bowed in feet of Guru sahib

    Guru g talked to him

And told that u will have bad fate here and asked him if he know where is his master

Madho das asked and begged guru g to make him meet his guru since he don't know (madho das thought his master was gone to sachkhand coz he always used to do bhakti)

Guru g pointed to a fruit and told him to pluck it

    Madho das did so

Then Guru ji said madho das to call for his master

    Madho das did so

And for his surprise a insect came out of fruit and was doing "chit chit"

Macho das was surprised greatly and asked why his master is insect

Guru g smiled and told him that his master was too much attached With his dera

Guru g liberated Mado das master and blessed  Madho das with amrit

Well when we become desire less we  have no hunger for anything family home belongings

    That should be our aim

It is said that when Atma is sick of world and its bhog and worldly

ras Rab g would do kirpa

"O mother ! Through great fortune I met my Guru"

    Well Nishkam sewa is important

We shouldn't ask for any happiness , money or anything

Ask for Anand which comes through Guru grace !

Love God from heart don't love him For selfishness when u do this u may achieve everything

    Part 1 -ends-

I am willing to join a esoteric type of school but I can't find any lol. And yea all of this is an illusion but a cool one lol. I will die with two hours of sleep in a day. But I need to recite mood mantra more, sometime I forget reciting it and then realize I forgot lol

Astral traveler are damn rare o.o like  really low and those are people can't  even control where they want to go so I bet astral travel isn't possible for schools

And keep trying when I first started I could recite for 5 minutes only :p

Here is breif sketch of Bhai Gurmukh Singh's Life:

The Life of Gurmukh Singh Aurdeesa

Gurmukh Singh Aurdeesa, was by birth a Hindu and born into a poor Hindu family. Coming from a poor family he was made at an early age to leave home in search of work and moved around before settling down in Calcutta.

Due to good deeds in his past lives Gurmukh Singh would visit various Gurdwara Sahibs and with utmost devotion and love do Seva in the Langar of washing the dirty pots and pans. It was with such good Karm that Gurmukh Singh found Sangat of many famous sadhus’s and saints. It was this same good Karm that brought Gurmukh Singh into the sangat where he heard the glorious praises of Sahib Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji recited by such holy Sikh Saints as those of Sant Baba Ajaib Singh Ji, and learned of Gurmat and the Gurmat way from the spiritually uplifting dharna Kirtan and Katha of Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji (Rara Sahib).

The darshan and sangat of such great Sikh Mahpursh (Saints) led, Gurmukh Singh’s mind to be filled with Gurmat and Gursikhi thoughts. Even while being Hindu, Gurmukh Singh started to keep his Kes (hair) and started to lead a life in accordance with Gurmat.

Everyday after spending a laborious day at work in the factory Gurmukh Singh would come and devote whatever time he had, to the service of the Sangat at the Gurdwara Sahib. Only after spending countless hours lovingly washing and cleaning dirty dishes, in the service of the holy Sangat of the Guru would Gurmukh Singh feel content and at peace and feel all his desires fulfilled. Such satisfaction is told of in Sri Rahiraas Sahib (evening prayer),

Jin Har Sevaiya Tin Mukh Paiya ||

Those who serve You find peace.

Upon the request of Sangat, Sant Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji Khalsa and jatha visited Calcutta. On arrival Sri Akhand Paht Sahib paths where started at Gurdwara Sahib Jugat Sudaar. Kirtan and Katha darbaars where also organized and done on behalf of the Jatha.

During Katha, vadiyaartis (students) would sit and have Sri Pothi Sahibs open and follow along as Mahpursh did Katha. Listening to the Katha of Mahpursh and seeing the love and devotion all the students had for Gurbani, topped it off for Gurmukh Singh and his mind now wanted nothing more but to learn more about Gurbani and Gurmat and he craved for nothing more but to take Amrit and join the Khalsa fold.

When the seed of the karma of past actions sprouted, I met the Lord; He is both the Enjoyer and the Renunciate.

My darkness was dispelled when I met the Lord. O Nanak, after being asleep for countless incarnations, I have awakened.

    (Raag Gauree, Ang 204)

Gurmukh Singh wanting to do darshan of Mahpursh (Sant Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji Khalsa) went up to Mahpursh when they where not holding a diwan and with folded hands went to bow his head at the feet of Mahpursh, when Mahpursh stopped him and said,

“Hey Premia (Lover of the Guru) !! You should only bow your head to Sahib Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Instead you should meet me with folded hands and say, VAHEGURU JE KA KHALSA, VAHEGURU JE KE FATEH !â€

Some nearby Singh’s who where friends of Gurmukh Singh and knew of his hearts desires then said out loud,

“Mahpurkho, this premi’s from a Hindu family, but today after hearing your Katha his heart has been set to join with you and the Jatha and learn more about Gurmat and be trained in reading of Gurbani. He does tremendous amounts of Seva and the sangat here loves him dearly.â€

    Sant Mahpursh then replied,

"First this premi should take Amrit and be on the path of the Guru. Then he must abide by the conditions set for all Singhs who wish to be part of the Jatha. If he is willing then he can come and be trained in Gurmat.â€

Hearing this Gurmukh Singh was extremely pleased with being able to take Amrit and join the Guru’s Fauj (army), and have the privilege to learn Gurmat vidyia from the Jatha. In the following days an Amrit Sinchaar was organized and Gurmukh Singh took Amrit from the punj pyarai (five beloved) who then changed and kept his name as Gurmukh Singh.

That evening when Gurmukh Singh met with Mahpursh Sant Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji, Mahpursh called for Giani Pritam Singh Ji and told them,

"This premi (Gurmukh Singh) was born into a Hindu family, but today he has taken Amrit from the Punj Pyarai who have bestowed upon him the name of Gurmukh Singh. He has a deep interest in learning Sikhiya from the Jatha. Let it be known that he is now with the Jatha. Not only is he a gurmukh but that is also his name.â€

Baba Lohara Singh Ji was also sitting close by, and mahpursh called to them and instructed them as such,

“Lohara Singh Ji, this Singh has studied in a Hindu school and can read and understand Hindi. He can also read Gurmukhi. Sit with him and help him get started on his schooling in Gurbani."

Then on behalf of Baba Loharaa Singh Ji, Bhai Kartaar Singh Ji "premi" & Bhai Kishan Singh Ji, Gurmukh Singh learned the proper ucharan of Gurbani and in no time became an Akhand Pathi, and quickly memorized his Nitnem and other banian.

Although many students would further there gyian in such areas as Katha or Kirtan, Gurmukh Singh instead preferred to do Seva in the Langar where he would prepare the dough, start the fires, prepare roti, wash the dirty dishes, distribute the langar alongside any other duties that needed doing. However no matter what task Gurmukh Singh took on, he did it with full enthusiasm and with great amounts of devotion and love, while always remaining humble.

Whenever Mahpursh where physically ill or tired Gurmukh Singh would help take care of them. In the summer times, Gurmukh Singh would take on the Seva of fanning sangat and spent much time in the Seva of Mahpursh.

During Amrit Vela, Gurmukh Singh would recite Sri Sukhmani Sahib for the older Singhs, and for the Singhs who where preparing Langar. Regardless of whatever else was going on, Gurmukh Singh would always complete his Nitnem and never tire or get sloppy while doing Seva.

No matter what the situation Gurmukh would never act lazy and Mahpursh respected and held Gurmukh Singh in high esteem for the amount of Simran, & Seva that he did and with the love and respect he would show to all those around him while doing it.
