You would need to try it and know it's effects on you personally before making this judgement.

    Hanji we meet again 🙏🏻🙂

i would like to tell u this now as u wrote this. Before my transformation and before like who I’m now and what kind of person I was before.. so I use to consume weed before and use to love it a lot so I know it’s effects.. and I can do it now as well but I just can’t do it anymore because there’s a voice that’s not letting me do it and we all know THAT VOICE can never be wrong.. now even I have  valid reasons for doing it.. I can also take in a right quantity and do my simran..  right, but I just can’t do it anymore.. well that’s what I think and there are so many people who misuse it.. like people in India they even try to get high on cough syrups.. and yes there are other people who do it in a right way but those people are very rare.. and I really think those on spiritual path they actually really don’t need to do it..

This is a very brief explanation

Thanks for this explanation and for ur time. But I don’t know why I can’t agree with this. I can understand the part where back in days Singh’s needed something to relieve their pains as they use to fight and do Jungs and whatever u mentioned that’s fine but that was something needed at THAT time.. but we don’t need all that at this present moment so just because it was used at those times people keep doing it today where they don’t even need it and thn they bring up with all these like u quoted and mentioned Guru Ji and shiv ji thn we just keep our mouth shut because obviously we don’t know the actual truth and don’t have the right knowledge about all this to speak against it.. And as u mentioned that it’s consumption helps focus more on gods true name This is something I can NEVER agree with.. what kind of remembrance that would be in which we need to take help of a drug, doesn’t matter if it’s natural or whatever.. it still is a drug.. And I don’t think it’s about narrow mindedness it’s about doing what’s right and going with a better option... yes I know it’s natural and more safer drug and it helps in making u feel relaxed but that doesn’t mean we HAVE TO do what they needed to do at those times.. thn I can get high on weed and I can say oh this is something my guru did and it’s shiv ji’s fav drug. That’s what my point is.. people when they don’t need to do it but still do it and thn they bring this thing that it was done by Singh’s at those times. Taken at a limited quantity only when needed is something I can understand but making it a ritual and saying its been done from that time is something I don’t seem to agree with..  I don’t know if anyone will understand my point or not.

this is something I was reading about Shivji consuming weed and came across this.

Marijuana/Opium was primarily used by the Sikhs as a pain killer during war times.

That’s ok when used as a med.. even nowadays it’s been used as a Med in a limited quantity like when prescribed by a doc.. I’m concerned about those who don’t need any medicine I mean physically healthy but still using it and they do it by taking vaheguru’s name. Like using it in degh and making shardayi and while making it they keep chanting vaheguru.. and I haven’t listened to the link yet.. forgive me for any mistakes 🙏🏻

Well what i have done is i read Chandi before anand sahib in 5 bani or yes you can read Chandi Di Vaar first then 5 banis.

But as it is your first time i would recommend Sukhmani Sahib with it which is more recommended than 5 banis.

I have done Ugardanti which is supposed to be more tej than Chandi Di Vaar and i read sukhmani sahib afterwoods

Okay.. thank u 🙏🏻 Will do

Bhen Ji its best to the paath with Sukhmani Sahib at the end or with 5 bani nitnem. It does make one angry yes i have witnessed it myself if the bani is read on it own. It makes it worse if someone says or does something the bani then kicks in.

Almost everyone is against this bani but i myself was very scared to even listen to the audio of it in the starting. And i was very scared when i read it for the first time.

So don't be afraid and read it

So with nitnem I should first do Chandi Di Vaar and thn the rest 5 baniya.. right

First of all Bhen Ji i have been reading Chandi Di Vaar for a while now. So feel free to ask anything about it.

Yes 99% of people i have met or know are against Chandi Di Vaar believe me no one is in favour of doing its paath.

So my advice is just follow the time maryda and don't listen to this gender nonsense

True.. people are actually against this bani saying it makes u angry.. now that was too much for me when I heard that females can’t do it and I really really want to do it..

Who told you that females cannot do Paath of Sri Chandi dee vaar?

    Bhul chuk maaf

Someone in my relatives.. she actually asked somebody I don’t know who she asked maybe some granthi (not sure) and that person told her that females can’t do Chandi Di Vaar.. she wanted to start doing it herself but when she been told that she can’t thn She didn’t do it. And she didn’t even ask the reason.. and I just can’t digest this.. now their are baniya as well that a female can’t recite.. it makes no sense to me

  8. one question I have plz if anyone can answer that is someone told me that females can’t do Chandi Di Vaar da path.. and I just can’t agree with this I mean why.. was this all left now.  Discrimination regarding baniya?? Where does it say that we can’t do Chandi Di Vaar da path. And if it’s true thn really need a valid reason for that.. plz plz if anyone ever heard something like this plz do share ur views. Thanks

  10. I don’t know if I should be posting here but after reading all the posts it seems like ur crazy about blondes maybe coz of white skin or what.. but I think no one should look at the outer/physical appearances because that’s actually not our true identity.. anyways ur story is sooo similar to   One of My friend’s boyfriend’s frnd.. he also had these urges and all.. he use to do the same thing after doing everything he’ll be like oh I feel ashamed, i feel nasty.. I feel like people should throw shoes at me this and that.. and he was married as well.. but the good thing is that u want to get over it.. there are some people who don’t even think about u know getting any better..  but all u can do is control urself. Yes it is hard but that’s what we are told by our guru’s to fight each and everyday like a battle with our enemies and our enemies are lust, anger, greed, attachment and pride.. and trust me after little hard work you will be so grateful to god. And the only way u can win ur battle is by doing simran, seva and everything you’ve been told to do by other members.. I can suggest one more thing always keep waheguru in ur mind. Like never forget him not even for a sec.. when u have this thought in ur mind whatever I do my waheguru is always watching me thn That might help in controlling urself.. good luck brother and I’m sry if I said anything wrong.

The problem is when these nihangs are just by name. They claim to be Sikhs , people of the truth yet they are nothing more than drug addicts or cowards...most cases it's both.

Really. U mean Nihal singh ji as well. I’ve been at his residence few times at harianvela gurudwara can’t say anything about him. But yes the other nihangs there his cheles they are not that religious or I don’t know which word to use for them. Like some of them are weird. Not all of them.. I did heard something about that happened between him and I think some other Nihang as well I think his name is Balbir not sure. But don’t know the exact details.. so I just wanted to know what’s wrong with baba Nihal singh.

If you do Ardas to Sri Satguru jee, he might help you find someone who can answer your questions.

Some people have been instructed by Gurmukh Mahapurakhs to not talk about their spiritual experiences to anyone.

    Bhul chuk maaf

But if they won’t share thn how will others will get help.. like in my situation I have no one to talk to and I’m stuck with unlimited questions and need helpand and at this moment my situation is that I can’t even go out and look for a pooran Maha purakh and if by his kirpa I get into little higher awastha ( just an example) and I keep doing the same thing hiding and someone else who’s looking for real help thn ?? And that’ll be so ungrateful if I’ll forget this pain and suffering that someone else might be facing at that point..  my thinking is we can share our experiences but not getting into the feeling of pride but only to help someone. And it doesn’t mean that we should keep telling about experiences to each and everyone.. like here in this forum there’s a thread called my experiences am I allowed to share there I only remember sat paji who actually shared his experiences and if someone else also did and I don’t remember thn I apologise for that. Just a thought of mine coz of the situation I’m in..

  14. I just wanted to ask everyone who does naam simran. When someone do simran on a regular basis and if done properly they do get its outcome or result that we call spiritual experiences it could be anything as hearing sounds or seeing visions. I just want to ask how do they know that whatever they are experiencing is leading them to the right track. Like are there any experiences that’s the result of Kaal I know everything we experience is still a part of Maya but how would one know that they are on the right path and not getting trapped in kaal’s net. Or every experience that comes no matter what kind of is a part of our simran and is right/true..  and yes we shouldn’t be focusing too much on these experiences but I just want to make sure that whatever happens is okay and will take us to our father one day maybe in xxxx janams. And I don’t know why people don’t want to share about their experiences.. sharing can help others who are genuinely looking for help coz nowadays there’s hardly anyone who help people in true manner.
