  4. Hey everyone, So as the title suggest, I would just like to know what is Sahansar Nama? I discovered this bani on this YouTube Channel called "Sikh Parchar WorldWide" The description did not clear my ignorance on this bani. So, I hope y'all can help me. Here is the link to the video.   5. How do you go about doing this? Do you visualise each sound related to the area? So if I recite "Vaheguru" should I visualise each sound on the body part. If I say "Va" I should visually be focused on my navel.
  6. VJKK VJKF! So as the title states. How do you the sangat deal with Indian food smell? How do you combat the smell during the cooking process and after? How do make dishes without the smell being so potent and strong? Has anyone every called you out because you smell like "curry"? I just wanna smell good and feel good. I do take good hygiene care. I shower everyday, I use good products, I apply perfume oil very mindfully, I steam iron my clothes (I never wear the same stuff for more than 2 days) I always change my undergarments everyday or 2 days(depends how bad it is)
