to amrik$ingh it was a joke having arguments over topis is not the first stage of sikhi (see majority of posts) there are stages in spirituality so may be you could set the forum up to have basics of spirituality first and then advanced stages after I think there should be a campaign to get the inspirational threads to the top of the forum and not at the bottom i fear though as koor is pardhan and i may not get much support!!!!

why doesnt Niddar Singh write on this forum to provide official stance of Buddha dal uk with regards chatka. I think from the threads we are debating what type of chatks is allowed he may be able to shed light on it or may be somebody speak to him and post official stance

to be a sikh of Guru Nanak dev ji you must take amrit and hence keep hair all ten saroops are the same and the 10th saroop gave hukam to all his followers to take amrit and enrol in the khalsa panth sikh=khalsa we have heard that th10th saroop started other sampardas nirmale, udasi etc did he actually start these?? didn't he just say that these will flourish? saying that doesnt mean they are right or wrong, or that we as sikhs can follow them if we want to class ourselves as sikh of Guru Nanak dev ji we must follow all commands
