It because of the merciful blows
That You strike
Upon my ego
At once shattering my ignorance
Crushing my unheeding stubbornness
One blow strikes my head
Cracking it open to spill out
A thousand poisoned latent thoughts
The dizziness I feel shortly thereafter
Your hands gently reweaving
The torn threads of my mind
You summon the rain
Washing clean my mind
Fears and desires quickly subside
The minutes no longer counted as they go by
The flood waters of my soul twist and toil
Pouring over this heart’s closed gate
Spilling tears of joy
Running down my cheek
