Going to make this less personal. Dude might just have a sub 80 iq and never read Gurbani.
Was there a video or something this is related too? Makes no sense otherwise bro.

Reading this now:
Very different to the previous book I read, Sleepers.

I think Norm Macdonald might have instigated this! It should be looked into by Scotland Yard.....when they can fit it in inbetween covering up for racism and rampant sexual abuse under their noses.

I saw the film years ago, but actually just read the book a few days ago. It was a good read.

If this isn't a clear case of someone seriously mentally ill, I don't know what is.........
It's a strange modern tale, with someone talking to AI like some sort of sci-fi Bladerunner shyte.
This guy needs help, it's obviously not some professional, well planned job. I think AI encouraged him to do it myself. But then that shows you what a delusional world he himself was living in, with how he couldn't differentiate between a sentient being and an AI thing. Like I said, some sci-fi, Manchurian candidate shyte - I wouldn't be surprised if they made some movie based on this in future.

I think they are both big time attention seekers. When the two first went out, the women wrote a weekly column in the Daily Mail about their relationship and it was one of the most widely read columns at the time. So she benefited from him, he also benefitted by getting a book fast tracked for publication.

Just posting this for entertainment purposes. It's novel for me to see someone from a non-eastern background (and working class too), delving into spirituality like this. He does articulate himself well.

Free Jagtar Singh Johal.
Also those (now) old boys who've been banged up for double their sentences. They should be freed to allow them to spend the rest of their days with their families and loved ones.

Warning, plot spoilers!
I think, if I see the movie as context on what Chris subsequently experiences in the TV series, the movie is quite revealing in just how much of a dysfunctional dynamic was already a norm between the Soprano family and Moltisantis.

There is something called being realistic. Opposing khalistan does not mean being patriotic indian . Realistically Sikhs can't even vote for a panthic party in present Punjab but somehow some day dream that if a separate khalistan comes to existence then hardcore sikhs will be it's ruler
I'm not in disagreement with you. But you do seem to get some Indians, who think those silly protests abroad, is enough to warrant the death sentence or something....
I'm a Sikh in the diaspora, some Sikhs I know support the idea of K'stan, some Sikhs I know don't. Many Sikhs don't really care and go about their day to day lives. Even those that support it, might do so because of familial norms rather than any deep conviction. Some seem in a cult-like suspension.
Given what you written above (and other things), it does seem like it is not anything in serious contention. Then we get confused by a perceived overreaction by India to it??

I loved The Sopranos series, and was looking forward to seeing this prequel:
I watched it, it was real shyte. A real let down. I don't know someone could go from the quality of the Sopranos series to this....????? Go figure.

In indian media the picture is twisted but what about sikh groups on fb? What about pannu? What about referendum 2020? Any sane person knows that referendum is held under supervision of UNO or any third party in the disputed place where all the people vote. The one sided referendum is nothing but a joke. Total waste of money.
I think a lot of these things are publicity stunts to keep that idea alive.
Like, I just saw a tiny bit of a 'Hindustani Times' very recent youtube video on some apparent 'attack' on an Indian embassy by Khalistanis. When I actually saw the video of the 'attackers' an how many there were, and their age etc. It (to my mind) looked like some school boy level naughty kartootan rather than any serious threat??? Plus, for all I know the attendees could've been pakistanis or hindus in disguise? Who knows who some of these people are?
I'm probably in a minority where I don't think most 'fb' (or similar) groups actually reflect real life communities.
But again, I go back to my comment about cult-like mentalities being abound all over the place. It's tragic that we now have this dualistic, binary dynamic between 'Khalistanis' and 'patriotic Indians'. Pakistanis are the same about India too.
Someone seems to be covertly 'cleaning up' though?

Been thinking about it. There's real cult mentality abound on both sides.

Is this remotely relevant though? Or some pyrrhic victory?
I grew up with marches, and all manner of political overtures about 84 - not one resulted in shyte.
To me this just seems like a repetition of a failed stratagem?
