I am so sorry for the late reply but I was trying to figure out the ans to ur question, all this while. These circles as I sit for meditation are like circles of light ( light waves) in my vision. In my mind.
As I sit for meditation I hear Sahej dhunn and see these waves - sometimes outwards other times inwards or like feel earth rotating ( I mean something is rotating- the circular motion). I don't know what it is, or if it means anything.
Thanks in advance
I think I know what you mean... They start off small from distance and get bigger as if you moving into them or may appear as if waves are coming towards you. ALSO, the opposite can occur and they may appear bigge and get smaller. Appears as if they moving away from you ?
Let me know if it's this?

When the child at the time of birth comes out of the mother’s womb, the connection between the mind and the Creator at the umbilicus center gets severed. This end is called mool (the root). This forms one shore of the Bhavsagar. Gurbani says:
mUl duAwrY bMiDAw bMDu ] At the root, the shore of Bhavsagar is controlled (like a dam). (SGGS 1159)
The other shore of bhavsagar is located between the eyes (where there is an edge of sehaj sunn); the flow of vital air (pawan) keeps changing. On opening of the nine doors and vital air entering in through mouth. The mind then merges with the air. This spot forms the other shore of the Bhavsagar.
shj guPw mih Awsxu bwiDAw ]
After crossing the Bhavsagar, the mind sits in the cave of celestial bliss. (SGGS 370)
The space between Dharan (belly button) and upper end of the Sukhmana channel is called Bhavsagar.
duhw isirAw kw Awip suAwmI ] KylY ibgsY AMqrjwmI ]
He Himself is the Master of both ends (Bhavsagar). He plays and He enjoys; He is the Inner-knower, of hearts. (SGGS 277)
The Supreme Father maintains His subtle spiritual connection and union with the mind through the vital breath. So we have to engage in Waheguru (Guru’s shabad) Simran completely attuning and absorbing our consciousness in the vital air. Inhaling we have to chant ‘Wahe’ and listen attentively to the sound produced (dhun). When exhaling, chant ‘Guru’and listen to the sound with focused awareness. Thus chanting Gurmantra when inhaling and exhaling, wall of falsehood (between the mind and the supreme soul) will be demolished and the mind will cross over to the fourth dimension. (Chautha paad) Thus crossing the ocean of worldly desires, ambitions and craving (Bhavsagar).
Rom Rom Simran:
Consciousness manifests in every cell of the human body. It is this consciousness that yums (the minions of death) snatch out at the time of death. This results in agonizing pain. To escape this agony all manmukhs pray for mercy. But to escape Yums noose, we have to do rom rom Simran; so that, we can master the technique of withdrawing our consciousness from our cells and bring it back at will. In this way we can freely go to and come back from our Nij ghar (The Tenth Door, home of mind). This Simran (rom, rom Simran) is done only after one has become an adept in swaas, giraas technique (inhale, exhale method). In this method when surat (consciousness) has become attuned to the Shabad, breathing is briefly held and the sound of Gurmantra (Waheguru) is synchronized with the heartbeat. This will cause every cell to vibrate and resonate with the beat of the sound current of Gurmantra synchronized with the heartbeat. Gradually, every thing that one will come in contact with will seem to be chanting ‘Waheguru, Waheguru’in spontaneous and continuous stream of divine sound. This method of Simran is called ‘rom, rom simran.’ about this Gurbani says:
gurmuiK roim roim hir iDAwvY
The Gurmukh meditates on the Lord with every cell of his body. (SGGS 941)
roim roim rivAw hir nwmu
The Lord's Naam permeates each and every cell. (SGGS 1144)
In future, please clarify from where the extract is copied and pasted from.

This ones for the older cats out there. Anyone whose in their 40s and still training. Care to share your experiences?
I know it's a post from last year. I don't recall coming across it, but yes, I can give a few pointers if interested.
After 40, the workout regime has to change for males. Especially if you want to maintain or want an even stronger and fitter body.
If you find that doing lunges, deadlifts, shoulder press, bench press is not giving results like it may have done years ago, then the answer is "testosterone". Change diet and add nutrients especially, Vitamin D3 high dose, Magnesium, Zinc, D-aspartic acid, Fenugreek, Boron, Vitamin K1 and K2,,......to name a few. Also recommend plenty of ginger(daily), coconut oil, broccoli, garlic, cabbage, greens, beans,. Avoid soy at all costs and limit fried foods, flaxseed and all processed junk.
Need to spend more time pumping and doing compound exercise with weights. Keep intense cardio workouts a minimum and don't slog it out on cardio if trying to warm up prior to lifting and pulling.
the diet and workout approach should yield positive results within a couple of months. I say this because my body reactions and recovery are quite slow, but within 2 months my invisible six pack started appearing.
I've also started to take citrulline malate prior to workouts as it boosts nitrous oxide and blood flow.

you gave words to my feelings, when I mentioned few days ago that we get confused if we are awake or sleeping..... It was not a regular sleep veerji, it was your temporary visit to - heaven. It was SUNN, awareness, pure consciousness , antar dhyaan, deep meditation ⛩ etc what ever we may call it but since beginning we have been understanding that as we loose the control of our bodies we are sleeping, we are not able to differentiate. Once we will gain avastha ( with Guru Sahib's kirpa) we may attain this state voluntarily. { @Lucky and @Sat1176 veerji pls correct me if I am wrong}

Yes, we want to go upwards from mooldhara. There is a lot of dormant energy there and the idea is to direct it upwards.
On 1/25/2020 at 5:52 PM, Kaur1510 said:I have the diary book of Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji in which he states Va sound from navel , He sound from heart, Gu sound from throat and R sound from trikuti for naam Simran. Does it mean we should start from navel , not the lowest chakra, the root chakra?
This technique is good also and makes sure that the "flow' is upwards. I've come across a few people that have successfully got to anhad using this technique...so give it a try and see how you get on.
Personally, I used the saas graas "wahe" in and "guru" out technique. I wrote some detailed instructions some years ago on the meditation thread if you've come across it.
Mooldhara- I'll give you my personal understanding from learning and experience. I don't recommend putting dhyian there, if anything, you could start with putting a little awareness on the navel as per saas graas instructions at first. This helps during first stages when the sevak is trying to build a repetitive maan-dhan habit for doing simran. Once you get going, then the dhyian should be on the dhun of gurmantar only whilst doing saas graas...
Hope that clarifies a little.

Now after about an year I am able to understand what you both meant here. I thank you again !-that could only be have understood once one experience it. we have always perceived sunn as sleep but body sleeping and mind being awake, now I understood what you meant.
Also for someone who may be facing sleep during meditation don't worry! it's a part of the game. It overall rises your concious. Sleep strengthens our grounds to let waheguru ji come and reside on our hirda.its a slow process
Very good bhenji. I'm glad you are progressing and things are making more sense
Also, on this note of sleep;... I've been wearing a fitness tracker for quite a few months that tracks stages of sleep as well as many other things. I noticed that when going into deep meditation/sunn, it logs as 'deep sleep' stage. Normally this stage comes after some time spent in REM and light sleep. I was amazed to notice that at times of going into instant abyaas with seconds/minutes of rom rom; the sleep graph will display a sudden dip from awake stage--to--> deep sleep mode. Now, on nights when i'm trying to go to sleep and do so by stopping vichaar with antarghat simran, it will also exhibit a rapid jump from awake--> deep sleep The other thing I found outstanding was that on these nights, my level of deep sleep is always way above the benchmark of 12-18%.
This aim of going into sunn at sleep time is recommended and you will also find that you will wake up fully refreshed with less than 5 hours average sleep.

I think naad refers to the divine word. This where the ringing or deep humming originates from. It's the single ek shabad that made creation and is present in everything and everywhere.
Anhad bani is difficult to explain but may be easier to understand as the gyan coming through and from the naad. It is the bani, that has no akaar , that one hears via the naad. Just like the bani in sri guru granth sahib that gives us gyan via akhar(words), the anhad bani has no letters or words. If that makes sense?

Thanks for that and I totally agree. One is only able to attempt this successfully after shabad dhun has increased in depth and frequency. (more taeijh).

We are not aware that the language of the Waheguru is anhad sounds/anhad bani and not words. We have not developed practise or love/pyaar in listening to these sounds. People fob them off as teetee, peeepeee tinnitus etc. Not knowing that these sounds would lead you more closer/deeper towards Sach/Truth/Nirankar if only you listened to them
Very important. The affinity develops with practice and you won't feel or realize anything unless you make efforts to get closer.

I am going through this stuff slowly. Sound to be very good stuff.
Sure. I know it can be confusing because it depends on what stage you are at and exactly what you're hearing. There's nothing wrong with the text from the book but it can easily be misunderstood. The idea is to listen to initial sound to get going, and then locate the other very subtle sounds in background..
If you still having confusion, then I can advise via pm according to what i tried and practiced at particular stage.

Funny you mention it since I had the longest simran session few days back for about 30minutes and it was awesome.
I just sat on a chair and started breathing in and out.Lights all off.Kept on doing it as long as I could and then on the lights and realized its been 30mins.
Well done!
Keep it up. Having lights off(artificial), is quite beneficial imo.
I'd recommend keeping yourself physically busy on topof all this, and applying "dhyian"(focus) where it concerns your body and physique. Things like venting out anger on a punch bag, pushing yourself at the gym etc. Focus on diverting attention from the strain of last few reps and going beyond. Make your own mental goals as you go along as this will give more strength in preventing a 'dreaded' relapse back to liquor.

@moorakh, I totally second what Sat1176 has explained above. Whether you should think of sleep as a hindrance or not, is difficult to justify.
According to my own experience, I reckon that some of us may assume we are falling asleep, but in fact, we are rising into deeper states. I'm no expert on sleep, but i can give a few pointers for you to look into....
- If you drift off into dream state, then this is mostly Maya. I'm referring to doing simran whilst sat up with back straight. Doing simran whilst lying down is something I could discuss in the future. For yourself, at this stage, i would pay attention to what happens exactly when you think you're falling asleep?
1) You're head may droop forward, but if you're back and posture is giving way, then a) you are probably going into dream state-maya or b) you're prana flow isn't strong enough.
OR
2) if you are drifting and can maybe hear things in background, and not losing your asan, AND gurmantar is still going, ..then you are most likely going towards the dreamless void(eventually). From what I remember, this stage was rather confusing because i was never sure if i were asleep or in deeper consciousness. IMO, i'd say to continue going deeper into your simran if you are encountering this. Just keep checking that your gurmantar was still going. The tricky part is that you'll only be able to confirm this once you are back and fully awake (disassociated).
This was the approach that i was using at the time, even though I wasn't sure, but It helped in progressing further. I hope that gives you better understanding. Really, you don't wanna overthink it too much either but just keep focus on gurmantar. If sleep comes, and you really feel inclined to get under the duvet, then do so. Otherwise, just continue and assess after the session. Before hearing naam, you're mind will go through a number of intermediary stages. It's all about 'cleansing' the mann.
In time, you will learn that there is much more to sleep and how a gurmukh remains jagath 'an-din' (day-night). I'm not going to say too much on those topics or how it's possible, because it will probably be confusing.

2.Listen to sehaj dhun if you can hear dhun and fall asleep
3.You will enter deep sleep without dreams
4.Then after some time you will come back for a short moment. Maybe to change sides. Don’t open eyes. Repeat gurmantar with surti or listen to anhad shabad or start gurmantar again.
5.You will fall asleep again.
6.Then you will awake again.
7.Listen to anhad or simran
8.5 shabads will start
9.Anhad Toor (very loud) may come as combined sounds or like loud horn being blown
10.Put dhyan (listen) on Toor if possible after which Parkash may manifest
11.Put dhyan (look) on Parkash (Transparent bright light - Nirankar)
Valuable tips.
Doing Simran and feeling tired is a good thing. There is a very fine line between drifting into sleep/dreamless sleep and sunn. With practice, you will be able to recognize the difference.

Below is something I wrote some time ago as I explained to my kids, about Fear and how nir-bhau means no fear.
We shouldn't have FEAR because it's a negative emotion and a negative character trait. Negative emotions from mind, lead to negative affects on body and soul. Anger, anxiety, guilt, worry, chinta, etc. are all negative emotions. Gurbani says Nirbhau Nirvair, Nir-bhau meaning No fear. If we want to go on the path to God, then we have to be like him and show no fear.
So, what is this "fear" of God all about? Should we worry about hukam of God and be in fear? Should we be frightened of his power and greatness?
This "Fear" or ਭੈ is somewhat misunderstood..
FEAR, ਭੈ
The fear that we all understand is usually about "being scared of an outcome". Frightened and worrying to move ahead in fear of something negative occurring It's a human emotion triggered by a perceived threat. For eg. If I had to walk across field with snakes and dogs, then I would also "fear" getting bitten or attacked. If I had to cross over the road with eyes closed, then I'd have fear of a negative outcome and getting hit by a vehicle.. This is negative trait, because I'm fearing the OUTCOME and possibility. What will actually occur as an outcome will be in line with hukam, yet, this is what I'm fearing. I'm fearing the truth. I'm fearing the will of God. I'm not living by "therah bhaana mitta" (your will is sweet).
What Fear is gurbani telling us about then?
The "fear" in gurbani is about the Ghulam(head servant) serving his master or Dog serving his master
There is a difference between this ਭੈ (Fear) that we should have for God.
In asa di vaar.
ਭੈ ਵਿਚਿ ਅਗਨਿ ਕਢੈ ਵੇਗਾਰਿ ॥
Bẖai vicẖ agan kadẖai vegār.
In the Fear of God, fire is forced to labor.ਭੈ ਵਿਚਿ ਧਰਤੀ ਦਬੀ ਭਾਰਿ ॥

In the Fear of God, the Akaashic ethers are stretched across the sky.ਭੈ ਵਿਚਿ ਜੋਧ ਮਹਾਬਲ ਸੂਰ ॥
Bẖai vicẖ joḏẖ mahābal sūr.
In the Fear of God, the warriors and the most powerful heroes exist.ਭੈ ਵਿਚਿ ਆਵਹਿ ਜਾਵਹਿ ਪੂਰ ॥
Bẖai vicẖ āvahi jāvėh pūr.
In the Fear of God, multitudes come and goThese verses from asa tell us that the sun shines by rising and setting. The moon reveals it's reflection on an ongoing regular basis. They do this in the 'bhai' . The sun doesn't decide to not come out one day, neither does the moon and neither do any of the other mentions in following pangtees.
This FEAR in gurbani is similar to the "Ghulam" (ਗੁਲਾਮੁ), Ghulam is head servant of house.
ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਗੁਲਾਮੁ ਘਰ ਕਾ ਜੀਆਇ ਭਾਵੈ ਮਾਰਿ ॥੨॥੧੮॥੬੯॥
Kahi Kabīr gulām gẖar kā jī▫ā▫e bẖāvai mār. ||2||18||69||
Says Kabeer, I am the slave of Your home; I live or die as You will. ||2||18||69||and
Je rāj bahāle ṯā har gulām gẖāsī ka▫o har nām kadẖā▫ī.
If the Lord were to set me upon a throne, I would still be His slave. If I were a grass-cutter, I would still chant the Lord's Name.I believe the rich masters used to go and purchase house servants, just like the white men purchased black African slaves. The white man called this head slave the "house negroe" similar to the Ghulam. (the role Samuel Jackson plays in "Django'"). BIG DIFFRENCE between this servant and ordinary naukar or white mans field slave, is that the ghulam was allowed in Master's bedroom and everywhere master went. Ghulam is constantly at the beck and call of master. He is totally committed and submissive to his Master's needs. He has many privileges, such as being dressed nicely and eating what he wishes by having the house cook make meals for him. This servant builds respect and love for his master because the master takes care of him in every way. ALL his requirements and needs are seen to, as long as he's submissive to master.
The "fear" that the servant has of master isn't negative, but it is fear of being under the power of master. Since master is the doer and provider for him. He doesn't have to worry or think what or if he may eat or drink the following day, or when he'll bathe and what he'll wear...etc. because he knows the master will be taking care of this. In same way, God takes care of meeting our human needs as long as we remain submitted to his hukam. This is the "bhai"... the "fear" that we should have for him. This fear is ego-less and not negative. It's about having the faith and knowing that the all powerful is doing everything as long as servant continues serving.
Gurbani mentions the faithful dog and master. The dog fears no one else except his master.
ਹਮ ਕੂਕਰ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਰਬਾਰਿ ॥
Ham kūkar ṯere ḏarbār.
I am a dog at Your Court, Lord.ਸਗ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੀਬਾਨ ਮਸਤਾਨਾ ਨਿਤ ਚੜੈ ਸਵਾਇਆ ॥

This is an invaluable write up by a Gurmukh on the path of surat shabad marg. Take laha and inspriation from it friends.
OUR NIJ GHAR- THE FOURTH SUNN
Our mind thinks incessantly and does not hold still even for an instant. Under all sorts of distractions it wanders aimlessly in all directions. Only after finding a perfect Guru thru good fortune, who gives mantra of Lord's Name (for japna) that mind becomes quiet and tranquil:
"Eh mun na tikay bauhrangee deh dis dhavay.
Gur poora paaia vadbhagee Har Mantar deea mun thadhay" p-171
This is what Naam Japna does to a wandering mind. It tries to make it still, till it stops thinking when it is lured into the 'dhun' of the japna and comes inside where it is totally disconnected from the input of the five sense organs. It becomes totally thoughtless, a condition called 'sunn' in Gurbani. In this condition mind stops giving any instructions to the body which becomes still and is said to be in 'smadhee'.
It is in this condition the mind is disconnected from world of Maya of three modes and comes in where Naam/ Sabad is. This space where mind comes in is called 'sunn mandal'. Gurbani mentions about sunn many a time, as location of Naam, Satguru and God. Purpose of Naam Japna is to disconnect the mind from Maya and its bad effects in Raj Gun and Tum Gun and clean it up with Naam/ Sabad :"Bhareeay matt papaan kay sung. O dhopay naavay kay rung." Sabad is God's utterance in all the bodies: "Ghat ghat vaajay naad." and cleans the dirt caused by Mayan thoughts: "Mun dhovo sabad laago Har sio raho chit laa-ay."p-919
The inner journey for spiritual development is thru sunn where Naam/Sabad Guru who is also called Satguru in Gurbani, who not only gives spiritual knowledge but also prepares the mind for meeting with Nirankar.
"Sabade he Naaon upjay sabade mail milaaia." p-646
As the mind just enters into sunn it is said to be sitting in FIRST SUNN. When the thoughtless mind in sunn merges with the ambient of the sunn mandal it adopts the nature of air there, the first creation of God, Sach:
"Saachay te pavna bhaiaa." p-19
"Suneh sunn miliaa samdarsi pavan roop ho jaae-geh." p-1103
This condition of mind in Sunn Mandal when it merges with air is called the SECOND SUNN.
Continuing progress on this journey in sunn, Anhad Sabad, the unstruck divine melodies are heard there. These are the utterances of the Nirankar inside us as Sabad Guru. It is here that mind starts getting cleansed by Sabad/ Naam to prepare for the journey to the goal. This zone in the sunn manadal is called Amritsar or Pool of ambrosial nectar of Naam where mind bathes in it to clean itself:
"Antar koohnta Amrit bharia" p-570.
This zone is also called Dev Sathan, the area where devtas, the angels live in three gunas after physical death as they did not reach the Nirankar yet:
"Dev sathany kia nissani.
Teh bajay Sabad anahad banee."p-974
Devtas are stuck here and could not go beyond for not having done enough bhagti to cross over the 'bhavjal sagar'. They don't have to be born again but can't go beyond to unite with Nirankar. And beg God to give them another chance in human body so that they can do more bhagti to crossover to higher level:
"Is dehi ko simray dev.
So dehee bhaj Har kee sev." p-1159
This state of mind surrounded by Anhad Sabad is called the THIRD SUNN. This is also called 'dhaval', a cross over between Bhavjal Sagar and Nij Ghar. Here mind is with air which it sheds before entering into the next sunn. This is also called 'dar' or doorway to the Sach Mehal/Parkash Mehal, the Mansion of the Divine. It is about this state Guru Nanak Ji is writing about in 27th Pauri of Jap Ji Sahib, describing the symphony of celestial music going on at the dar or gate of the Sach Ghar where all His creation is singing praises to Him:
"So dar keha so ghar keha jit beh sarab smaalay.
Vaajay naad anake asankha ketay vavanhaary.
Ketay raag paree sio kaheean ketay gavanharay.
Gaavay tohnau paun panee baisantar gavay raja dharan duaaray."p-6
Next step in progress comes when the mind is fully cleansed of the filth of Maya and is waiting for the Grace of God to open the Tenth Door to let His child in. This is preceded by sounding of Toor and Naad:
"Anhad Banee Naad vajaaia."p-375
As the Door opens amidst sounding of Five Sabads, mind is welcome home having conquered five doots of Maya. Mind sheds the air and is illumined with Jot of God and is fully awakened to its spiritual self by the Sabad:
"Dhun upjee Sabad jgaaia" p-1039.
Free from bondage of Maya, mind sees nothing but Parkash or Divine Light/ Jot and finally meets the Beloved Lord:
"Pargati Jot milay Ram Piaray."p-375
This happens with the Grace of the Guru that one meets the Lord, finds perfect peace and tranquility with such ease:
"Guru Nanak tutha miliaa Har Raaia.
Sukh raen vihaani sehaj subhhaia."p-375.
This is the area where dwells the perfect Lord Brahm in sunn-smadh and holds discussions with Bhagats. There is no happiness or grief and no death or birth (but absolute tranquility):
"Sun samadh gufa te asan.
Kewal Brahm pooran teh basan.
Bhagat sang Prabh gosht karat.
Taha harakh na sog na janam marat."p-894.
This is the Fourth SUNN and end of mind's journey back to its Nij Ghar and Sehaj Ghar where it can live in perfect bliss and becomes Jiwan Mukat, liberated while alive.
This sunn is also called Anhad Sunn. Those minds who reach this sunn become just like the One Who created them:
'Anahad sunn rattay se kaisay.
Jistay upjay tishee jaisay." p-943
Sunn prevails inside and outside in all three zones; earth, sky and nether-lands. In fourth sunn mind becomes Gurmukh and its karmas are over and is not judged for these:
"Antar sunan bahar sunnan tri-bhavan sunam sunan:
Chauthai sunun jo nar jaanai ta ko paap na punnan." p-943
This is the house of the True One as told by the Satguru and is also the true house of His child, mind who is on a physical journey on this planet, Earth:
"Satgur tay paa-ay veechara .
Sunn Samadh Sachay Ghar bara." p-1037
Gurbani guides us how to make it to our true home while alive and become a jeevan-mukat so that at the end of our physical life we land straight into Nijh Ghar and are met with our Father, Nirankar who greets us with a hug, congratulating us for our victory in fight with five-doots of Maya:
"Jo jan Har Prabh Har Har sarna tin dargeh Har Har deh vadiaaee.
Dhan dhan sabaas kahay harjan ko Nanak mel la-ay gal laee." p-493
Gurmukhs thus establish an easy access to Nij Ghar from Bhavjal Sagar via sunn, Anhad Sabad, Toor and back to Bhavjal Sagar for their mundane responsibilities following the same route back.
'Gurmukh aavay jaa-ay nisang." p-932
Wow, that's an excellent write up. You have to pay attention to the details that are summarized.
I will look at it closely when I get back, but was pleased to note some similarities with my elementary attempt on stages of sunn that I did in a thread some months back. My summary was based on different materials I had read, some experiences, gurbani pangtees and more importantly the layout of darbar sahib. I will look into the above for further gains for better insight.

Veer Ji, sat Sri akal.can anyone please help me with the heated head.the scalp is burning after few months of intense simran.any jugti or medicine.very disheartening for me.please help me.
There's probably quite few reasons why this occurs. The couple that I know of are to do with imbalance due to rising of spiritual energy and also the harnessing of divine energy coming from above (gurprasad). I've heard people deal with it in a few ways. ... 1) consuming natural live yoghurt before and after meditation. 2) drinking warm milk. 3) placing wet cold flannel on head during and after Simran. 4) Putting dhyian on moon's cooling energy at left eye and/or the left nostril.
There are various techniques for grounding and balancing prana flow- which can also be useful.

A bit similar to the above:

I had never before seen a man who could sit still without blinking his eyelids for eight to ten hours, but this adept was very unusual. He levitated two and a half feet during his meditations. We measured this with a string, which was later measured by a foot rule.

Levitation is not similar. Levitating is CONTROLLED. Read my post above, because that's what it hints at.

Gravity affects body. Your surti has to be strong enough to control body and balance. Defying gravity(illusion) with control is the idea. If you are getting thrown about, then your prana is messed and youve got to get fit and balanced out. 5 doots have major influence.

I think this may be because your mann's eye is separating and awaking compared to the physical eyes that we are accustomed to. There was a similar question to Bhai Simranjeet last week about someone who saw pair of eyes in vision. Now, i do recall experiencing this a long time ago and there were also some other member that questioned this in the past. Bhai sab said that it was your mann's eyes looking at your very own....He said not to worry they weren't anyone elses eyes but your own. .....mann is getting jagat, purified, awakened.
